This podcast contains casual girl chats with a lot of ads. within the last year or so the ads have gotten ridiculously long and half the time I can’t tell if they are “advertising”macys or actually chatting about it. 😂 I’ll reach for it if there’s an interesting topic or guest but I can’t say I learn much or get much gossip from it.

Alishaaaa I beg you to relisten to the podcasts and realize how much you talk over and interrupt people. Which is unfortunate considering remis humor and podcasting skills FAR exceed yours. Not to be rude but you’re making this podcast hard to stand. Adderal mixed with energy drinks perhaps? Chill out girl!!!

Happy for you that your mental health has gotten a lot better. Currently, listening to Aspyn’s episode and feeling so excited to finally have her on PB. But feeling annoyed with the number of times the long awaited guest is interrupted by Alisha. I find it rude the conversation needs to take a turn to be about Alisha and she goes on and on using run-on sentences and uses “like” every other word. 4 stars for Remi, but -1 star for Alisha.

These two host just ramble on and on absolute nonsense. It’s boring, repetitive and no one has a back bone. Don’t listen.

The information started getting annoying and immature. Hard PASS.

It’s sad to hear two women give out false information and attempt to guide the next generation in regards to politics, finances, sexual relationships, faith, etc. educate yourselves before advising.

I’ve liked this podcast but I’m tired of Remi having the same opinion the girls on the Toast have had Ex: Justin Timberlake, J Lo, etc. I love the toast so much but I’m tired of coming to pretty basic and remi pretending like her opinion is an original thought

These girls have so much potential to deliver a quality podcast but 90% of the podcast is ads. Half of the ads are them trying to fool the audience in thinking it’s genuine but it’s so clearly fake. It’s obvious and makes viewers not trust anything they are selling.

The first thing I do every Wednesday morning is listen to pretty basic! Absolutely love this podcast 🫶

As a mom of a 3yr old I just wanted to say that one thing I wish I would have done before having a kid is gone to therapy first! Having to re parent myself and realize how much trauma I have from childhood while learning how to be a mom, is so hard! So you knowing that you want to work on yourself before having a kid is a sign that you are going to be THE BEST MOM!! 🥹

I absolutely adore Remi & Alisha and this is my favorite podcast, but I am honestly so over the 5 minutes of ads at the beginning and like 10-15 minutes of ads in the middle. I’m still gonna listen, but please cut back on the ads, it kills the vibe

The 10 minutes ads every break is brutal. I skip them every time because it’s so annoying. Why does it need to be 10 minutes?!? No one cares, and no one is buying from the ads.

the ads are getting a little bit too much. i can’t listen anymore because 50% of the episode is ads. and also you guys have started talking in normal voices in the ads to where you make us think it’s part of the actual episode and you are just having a normal conversation when in reality you are just trying to fool us so we listen to the ad and don’t skip it. you’ve lost me as a listener

Love the pod however the ads are way too much. 5 minute ads to start makes me not wanna listen and we all know yall have an iPhone not the galaxy phone we don’t wanna hear multiple 5 minute ads

Ads have gotten out of control!! This is one of my fav pods to listen to when I’m having trouble sleeping, but spending 10 minutes gushing on and on about silly phone features and Macy’s is so irritating! They’d be hard to listen to even if it was compelling information, but they’re so poorly written and off-base for your target audience, very cringey. Change it up, please! 🩷

Alisha spending this entire time dogging on remi’s relationship was painful to listen to. If everyone loves Cal and Remi together then you’re the problem girly. Remi deserves a better, less jealous, more supportive friend.

I don’t usually write reviews but I truly had to turn off the first episode of this new season. :( I use to love listening but I feel as though the conversations have become so out of touch and coming from a place of massive privilege. I understand that everyone has struggles but mentioning “money struggles” and having to “give up your big massive yacht birthday party” in order to “pay for your wedding” after just talking about getting botox in your face is so not relatable and just insensitive. The reality is MOST people can’t even afford a wedding in general.. it’s just hard to sympathize or listen to someone complain about something that is so beyond reality. just wish you had more relatable topics…

absolutely love this podcast so much! remi has the sweetest soul ever. she’s inspired me so much to better myself. alesha is hilarious and makes me laugh while listening to every single pod. I think they fit wonderfully together for a pod. I love listening to the advice and all the stories they’ve been through. THE ONLY SLIGHT BAD THING- - - sometimes the ads are quite crazy. I thought they’d be maybe 30 seconds but they’re definitely a couple minutes and I don’t really like that as I listen to these at work and can’t skip them.

I never leave reviews, but I had to share how much I love this podcast and the friendship these two have. As a new listener, I instantly could feel how genuine Alisha and Remi are. It's a 10/10 for me!

Love the podcast and this duo but one thing recently I noticed and kinda cringe Remis fake laugh. Love you Remi but the fake laugh has to go.

This podcast is fun, but please provide a backstory if you talk about celebrity gossip! Sometimes I have no idea what you’re talking about and I have to Google it! Just assume your listeners have no idea what you’re talking about, haha. Other than that… this podcast is great!

Remi carries this show on her back. Remi is so open and shares funny stories and Alisha shares very little about her life and love life. She always hints at things but then won’t discuss it at all. Alisha talks about the same thing over and over. Remi get a new co-host who will be open and share!
