    The best of the best
I can’t believe that it took so long to find this podcast! I grew up seeing Hatebreed at Ozzfest and seen them like a dozen or so times, bought all their albums, this is so freaking sick! This is a must listen for any metal head!

Jastas been a longtime face in the scene weather you love hardcore, metal or death metal he’s always been a realist to himself as well as any scene. I seen Hatebreed with the Boston crew ages ago and the show was awesome, a young jasta doing his thing now he’s one of the most successful in the business thx again big bro

Best Heavy Music Podcast by Far
The Jasta Show is the one that really pulled me into the world of podcasts and I’ve been listening for many years now. The show has become essential for me. It allows me to feel connected to the world of heavy music in a way that I couldn’t otherwise. The guests they have are almost always figures that are super influential to me personally and frequently they nail the topics and questions I would want to ask. I want to just say thank you for what you do, and please keep it up!

    Show has fallen off haaarrrrddddddddd
I have been listeneing from jump when the show was funny and interesting. Now it's about Patreon, having Brian be like Jamie from JRE and Jasta's bad business ideas. He's the Ralph Kramden of Hardcore/Metal. Haaaarrrrrrddddddddd pass!

    Meh
I used to absolutely love the podcast. I found it when they were around episode 50, and went back and listened to every episode starting at 1. But the past couple years, it’s definitely gone meh. A ton of repetitive guests. I love Howard but i just skip over any Howard episode at this point. I definitely get that it’s hard to find new guests in such a narrow field.

    Updated review
One of my favorite podcasts, been listening sicne the double digits however lately this podcast seems to be focused more on his Patreon supporters than any of his other listeners, including his Gas Digital subscribers. I'm sure this is great for the 15 people that subscribe to his patreon, but the episode quality have given in to his horrible attention span. "Bryan could you look this up" and by the time the producer does find the stuff he's already on another tangent. I wish it would go back to just him and another person recorded on the Zoom, but I feel like that ship has sailed. And much like another reviewer stated, he's going far to into the conspiracy realm at times. I've considered dropping this as a gas digital subscriber because there's not much there for me.

    Best metal podcast
Love what you’re doing here Jasta. It’s been a while since you had Dean Delray on, he is always a good guest. I also think that you should get someone from Death Angel.

    Squared circle
The squared circle is old school wrestling. Stone Cold and Triple H wrestling. BTW, Hatebreed saved my life. Without their music, I would have let an ex talk me into killing myself with her. One day I would love to give Jasta a hug and thank him personally for getting me though my darkest days.

Less conspiracy talk, more music talk needed.
Many of the guests bring up really harmful false ideas such as covid denial and vaccine denial. It is very irresponsible for Jasta to broadcast this nonsense without pushing back on it at all. If Jasta is unable or unwilling to push back on the crazy conspiracies his guests rant about then he should not discuss these topics with them. Listening to people talk about baseless conspiracies without any skepticism is not being “open minded”. Don’t be so open minded that your brain falls out! Having the producer on the show adds nothing to the show, especially when he airs his misinformed political opinions by calling politicians he disagrees with fascists. I wish he would get back to just talking about music.

    It’s really quite enjoyable.
Jamie does a great job of putting everyone at ease while he goes through his random subject matter. You never quite know where he’s going to head but you do know everyone will be laughing. I’d also like to recommend that he and Jesse do it covers album of the entire gorilla biscuit start today. That would be awesome

    Right wing bs
Having to hear Jasta and Killswitch’s bad singer Jesse actually complain about “radical left extremists” in Donald Trump era when there are actually real issues is just wow. Unsubscribed. Never listening again. Trash

    Fun and insightful
Hardcore/metal veteran Jasta cast a wide net and covers ton of bands/topics. Also has fun and engaging segments that keep each episode fresh. Guest included up and coming hardcore bands, music industry icons, comedians,MMA fighters and everything in between. Don’t be an “impress me bro” and give the Jasta show a listen.

Excellent Podcast for Fans of Heavy Music
I love Jasta’s podcast! He’s a fun host who knows his stuff when it comes to the music industry and all sorts of underground music in general, but he is about as far from pretentious as you can get. Most episodes sound like two buddies hanging out having a great time together, and it’s a treat for the listener as you’ll laugh, you’ll learn some interesting stuff about your favorite bands, and hopefully you’ll get some inspiration as Jasta does a good job of keeping the conversations generally positive as well. Any fans of Jasta’s bands, or fans of his guests/their bands are highly encouraged to check this podcast out.

    DMC Episode best yet
The podcast keeps getting better and better. The episode with DMC is raw, honest and insightful. Jasta sits back and let’s Darryl go deep on Run-DMCs failures, breakup and his alcoholism.

    Best podcast for heavy music
Been listening since day 1. Excellent conversations with people from the music business. If you don’t like all the plugs and what not at the beginning, it’s really easy to skip...Coffee, Death Metal, and Pushups.

    This podcast used to rule.
This podcast was awesome. Then it slowly turned into 15 minutes of preamble, then a song no one wants to hear, then all the reads and cuts make the auditory experience feel like i’m walking through NASCAR’s pit row. I understand the sponsors need their reads, but Christ. This feels much less like the labor of love it was, and much more like a cash grab that it seemingly is.
  • G19G4
    Jamie Jasta
Jamie let people finish when they are talking they are about to make a good point that I would like to hear and you totally cut them off all the time. I’m interested in what Tommy Victor had to say about a photographer and you cut him off come on man I love your show though. Tighten up man come on
  • Riki Rachtman
    Great stuff Ya I subscribed
Forget about the guest that is no indication on what the topic is going to be and that's what makes the Jasta show so great. Its not pre planned questions about producers or engineers It's conversations withoutr an agenda Great stuff
