Great chemistry between Jones and Adam. And great mix of guest interviews!

I am a triple UNC alum, quadruple legacy, and life long Tarheel fan. I listen on a regular basis but I find this podcast uneven and inconsistent. The reporting at times is inaccurate and skewed heavily (occasionally almost to the point of delusion) toward UNC. This is not unexpected nor does it totally bother me, as I realize the show is produced by the university and hosted by university employees. My biggest issue is the level of smugness that Adam Lucas brings to the table. He is exceedingly conceited, and (at least in his own mind) never wrong about anything. On multiple episodes this has been enough to cause me to stop listening. Love Jones though. For more clear eyed analysis I turn to Inside Carolina or Locked on Heels. The Carolina Insider is more entertainment than a legitimate news source.

Required listening for any UNC fan! Well, only if you like to learn about all varsity sports, laugh (a lot), and sometimes even cry. Great insight into football and men’s basketball, but also field hockey, golf, volleyball, and others. And a great variety of guests!

Love all the insights that these guys give. I have always been a die-hard Carolina Basketball fan, and this podcast also got me into Carolina football. I started listening about a year ago, and can’t stop! Right balance of humor, insight, and randomness that really keeps every episode interesting. However, sometimes on apple podcasts it stops working. Maybe Adam is right about not updating your phone :).

Loved the episode. Told former UNC golfer last night about the podcast. Trying to forward but this particular podcast in library seems to be cut short. Only 22 minutes. The gold coach interview is later in episode. Please put back up the full episode. Thank you.

There are other good podcasts out there regarding our beloved Tar Heels but this one is hands down the best one It there!!! TAR!!!!!

Jones and Steve (I don’t know where Adam got to) are fantastic. Inside info, humor, great guests, movie watch (though they need to do Tremors), game rewatch, the list, 5-second challenge, How Can You Justify That - it all adds up to the best sports-related podcast out on the webs.
