This is something that is very non-bias to how to get a food truck started! They interview successful people so you can see what you can do so you can implement their success into your truck! Thank you team for creating something like this for me to listen to and learn how to grow my business! It has helped me so much and I think my truck is about to explode with publicity that I may need to hire a couple of people lol

This is such a great podcast, I just listened to it all this past week and it’s great to hear all this information before jumping all into a business idea. Seriously interested in starting a food truck and so I’ve been leaning on this podcast a lot. Love the host and his questions always seem to be the exact questions I’d ask next BUT I wish his guests would answer more in detail, and when they don’t, that more questions would be asked to really answer what he’s asking. Other than that, great pod!

I think this is such an informative program for anyone with the slightest itch to start any kind of food business. First hand honest advise and experiences from those that have "Been there and done that ...and are still doing it. 34 years ago I built my own food (snack) cart and expanded into other carts and then bricks and mortar full service restaurant (s). Experiences and efforts I'm glad I've had. But it is hard work and more complicated than meets the eye. Listen to these podcasts to balance the " Romantic appeal and the real commitment and regulations. Then once you get it "follow your dream". Best of success to all. My husband and I are in the process of developing our business plan to make our dream of opening our food truck a reality. So this podcast has come along at quite the opportune time for us. I listen to various genres (video games, business, sports, science, entertainment, politics, etc.) and this excellent stuff. The show is only a few episodes in but still some quality info on branding strategies & marketing for small businesses. I have always wanted to open my own specialty ice cream sunde food truck and this is exactly what I need to get motivated to follow through!!!
