Swiftie girlie popI like it, but objectively, it’s pretty basicI like the pod, i think it’s really cute, but they contradict themselves constantly, and they also say men are trash constantly. Yes there are some men that are trash, but that’s a minority. I also think some of their episodes are boring kinda boring, cause they talk about the same experiences over and over again. Overall, I really like some episodes, but I could totally do without others.

Willie ColonoscopyThank god. One less Liberal bagPlease take Ria, Liz, Willie, and the rest of the Wokestool liberals with you. Ellie was the 26th most attractive girl in her sorority. One less horrible influence at Barstool

aloeveraaaBummed About This PodcastI loved this show but then corona virus came and it’s started going downhill ever since then which I’m so bummed about. A couple months ago, I also remember being really upset after listening to one of their episodes because they were talking down on women who have a serious boyfriend in college. I just want to say, having a bf in college doesn’t mean you’re missing out. I’ve been dating the same guy since the middle of my senior year in High School and we’ve been dating for nearly three years. We are perfectly happy and I’m loving my life. Just thought I’d put that on here for you guys to realize that life is different for everyone. If you’re looking for another barstool podcast, I absolutely love Chicks In The Office <3

imagooberokUnreliableThis podcast now is never posted when it should be. They skip weeks or delay posting with no explanation. I like the content but hate the inconsistency. What is going on?

aIipacinoLuv emI’ve been listening to this podcast for a long time and it’s really nice seeing girls just be girly girls working for a company like this. They aren’t perfect but as they say themselves they’re just learning as they go like we all are, and I for one am so touched to see it as I grow too. I should have rated this show a long time ago but I recently looked and saw that they were bombed with bad reviews after making some courageous and JUST political statements. I am glad to see they have taken this time to address and comment on topics their audience might not be comfortable with, but definitely needs to hear. Love ellie, love alanna, and I love all the little quirky things they say and do. Much love to these gal pals <3

sophelliI LOVE Ellie and Alanna, please come back!I refuse to give this review anything less than 5 stars because this podcast is so so good. Ellie and Alanna are two normal, relatable women who talk about what being a woman in your early twenties is like. I just wish Ellie and Alanna would try a bit harder to get things back to the way they used to be (i.e., regular Tuesday episodes, Thursday Girls’ Night In on Instagram, and Friday snacc edition episodes). Please please please come back. This pod is truly great for young women and I think Ellie and Alanna are very talented and absolutely great when they are putting the effort in. I would literally listen to them talk about anything. COME BACK!!!

listener rachaelSo much potentialThese hosts are so great together but the topics are not usually relatable unless you are a sorority girl or used to be one. Ellie has some great mental health segments but at this point it’s not worth 45 minutes of not at all relatable y’all of sorority life or their lives for the 5 minutes of advice. These hosts have so much potential but the podcast gets wasted with 30 minutes of them talking about what they did this weekend or long talks of reminiscing on sorority life. If they picked a theme instead of “Ellie’s life” this show would be great! You can tell there’s something in there but not worth the time if you don’t fit the demographic of young 20s rich (ex)sorority girl :(

kelseykearneyPeople are too hard on them!I love this podcast and it’s great to listen to while I get stuff done. Ellie and Alanna are funny and confident, and I think they are offering a lot of positivity during such a hard time in the world. They definitely made a lot of people unhappy with their BLM episode, but if you don’t like it then you shouldn’t listen. Disagreeing with them doesn’t make the show bad! Much love

croissantbetchLOVE this pod!Updated review: gah this really hurts bc I love y’all, but this show has been falling off more and more as time goes on. I totally understand needing to take a week off here and there and feeling strange w everything that’s going on in the world. But it feels like no one is even trying to come up with content/any real outline for any of the episodes anymore. It’s all over the place with very little substance. Even with the pandemic there are so many things you guys could do that don’t even require you making your own content (for the boys, answer questions, crazy story submissions, suggest watching an episode of a Netflix show and then have a discussion the next week, SOMETHING). I’m know it’s not intentional but it feels like you don’t really care enough about your listeners to make an effort anymore :( Old review: As a single 23 year old woman trying to navigate post-college life, I find this pod super relatable and it makes me feel better about not having it all together. I love Call Her Daddy for sex advice, but Schnitt Talk is great for life advice that’s actually healthy and helping me grow. I really identify w Ellie and a lot of her struggles/emotions/personality traits mirror my own to an almost alarming degree- shoutout to my past non relationship w my own personal “Mike”. Ignore the negative reviews- confidence isn’t cocky and your honesty about your struggles is a breath of fresh air :)

long time disappointed fanSame regurgitated topicsI used to love this show! But now I feel like it’s the same things regurgitated over and over again. They only talk about (pretty toxic) relationship advice, them constantly relive their college days (kinda seemed like they peaked) and I never feel like I actually gain anything after the end of an hour long of their unstructured ranting. I definitely feel like I’ve outgrown them (and I’m only a year younger than them) so I’ll be looking for other shows that actually challenge me mentally and help me become a better person.
-
sophieee! Most relatable podcast aroundLove love love - so many episodes relevant to college and young adulthood. Funny and eye opening. Keep up the good WERK!
-
ldauysltainOne of my favorites! Both girls are so funny & have so many good stories & insights. Super entertaining topics, guests, & segments

nabsherDo Better (I Know You Can)Used to love this podcast but lately it’s just been super disappointing. It’s sad because I had mad love for Ellie and Alanna but it’s hard to ignore the inconsistent sound/production quality and disorganized show outline. A conversational vibe is great but it’s been hard to listen to some of the things they’ve been discussing. Maybe I’ve just outgrown the pod but I also feel like they could be discussing topics in a more mature way/from a different perspective.
-
caoilinntKeep talking about real issues 💕👏I’m proud of these girls for tackling issues like BLM and how to protect yourself at protests. It is crazy to see people here calling them domestic terrorists. The episode with Gina was one of my faves. Don’t stop talking about important topics. Love you both.
-
Alex LeMereMisguided BSLike a wanna-be Call Her Daddy lite version. If you listen to this, you’re probably what’s wrong with this society. Just regurgitated Bs she doesn’t actually believe in to appeal to a wider audience. Won’t last too much longer at Barstool.

jennaleo97My therapistsThe past year (after graduating from college) were tough but can’t explain how much this show has helped me. Downloaded Apple podcasts just to write this review because I’ve been listening on Spotify forever. Love it!!
-
victoriafaith710Love to listenI’ve listened since the beginning and Schnitt talk is what got me into podcasts to begin with! Highlight of the week - especially during quarantine. Feels like hanging out with old friends, love you girls❤️
-
K3maaltMy favoriteCouldn’t ask for a better podcast with relevant topics for 20 some year old gals

UNCGangstsa202Gina the cop killerI listened to this podcast and decided to burn down my local police station as directed. I was told it would cure racism and poverty
-
305afFun, easy to follow conversationsLove both of these girls, definitely feel like I’m listening to friends talk. I especially love when E makes references that A doesn’t get and A dismisses E as being too niche. If you’re reading this, Ellie, you’re not too niche! I’m just as “online” as you and get all your references! We just need Alanna to intake some more pop culture.

Poor MetsVivaThis person was employed by barstool. Her association makes her complicit and she should consider any other career options (lol)
-
uconn18838InconsistentUsed to love this pod but the content has been lazy lately and you can tell they aren’t really trying to produce good content. Started listening to girls gotta eat instead
-
CuuivcucxGinaEllie’s best guest was Gina. Made sure to teach us how to burn buildings down in the name of peaceful protest. Until she’s back on I won’t listen
-
amandacorineThank youThank you for the Cancel Culture episode where Ellie talked about mental health. I really needed to hear everything that you said and I couldn't thank you enough for saying all the right things. ♡ love this podcast so much.
-
sammylynn04I’m in this with youHi, I think it’s awesome how open you are about your mental health. After suffering with anxiety, depression and adhd for about 5 years I finally started opening up and talking about it casually this past 2 years. Taking medication can be a difficult decision, but it can be very helpful. After going to therapy for about 6 months, I felt better but therapy could only take me so far I couldn’t fix certain ways my brain worked so, idk where I would be with out it! Also you should watch Claudia Sulewski in YouTube! She’s such a joy too!

hitherehaileeHighlight of my weekSchnitt Talk has been a highlight of my week since October of 2019 and has been one of the main things keeping me going during quarantine. I don't have a lot of girlfriends in my life that have stuck around so having Ellie and Alanna cover issues of things that I wish I could talk about with girlfriends has been so nice. Not to mention these girls are hilarious and it's like a second day of therapy during the week LOL
-
suzczcso comforting to listen toI think Schnitt Talk is a great blend of relationship advice, life/work advice, personal advice, funny stories, and much more. I find listening to this podcast extremely relaxing and consoling and I think that Ellie and Alanna both have good heads on their shoulders and talk about relevant topics for women 18-20 something. As a 21 year old, I find their content relevant, heartwarming, precise, and funny. Listening to this podcast makes me feel like I’m talking to friends!
-
EdogFanLove to listenI lose track of time listening to this podcast. It really flows naturally and has a good balance of topics. Super relatable and relevant.

not a power hungry fb adminAdopt don’t shopthere are so many dogs in shelters and alanna is promoting buying a breeder dog. She is looking for a weiner dog—so common in shelters 😡
-
ihfkjttvbkGinaWhen Is Gina back on? I need to brush up on my looting.
-
Devvvv96My favorite podcastEllie and Alanna are awesome girls who care a ton about their listeners. If you’re giving this podcast 1 star because of their BLM episode- newsflash: you’re the racists their talking about. They are funny, sweet, insightful and always keep it real.
-
tiffanyandco22Peaked in collegeGirl loves to live in the past. Really cringe and sad listening to someone MY AGE talk about her college sorority days because those are the only stories she has 😂😭 YIKES SWEETIE
-
Sandy C 🌻Best part of the weekI always look forward to new episodes! So funny and relatable.
-
Ana431Entirely HypocriticalI’ve listened to this podcast from the beginning. Some aspects were cringe and sometimes Ellie and Alanna would make offensive remarks but I’d let it go. Now, it is insane. Ellie tries to promote being a good human, but it’s strictly on her terms. Apparently being a good human is being a domestic terrorist. I consider myself pretty independent in politics, but if you’re not a radical left in Ellie’s book, you’re not a good person. They make lots of questionable stances and I can’t see how this whiny, dramatic, and hypocritical podcast can keep surviving. To each their own as for beliefs, but to turn on your audience and listeners due to your radical views makes it impossible to listen again.
-
The Commish FFPUnfortunateNot a fan, lost interest after they went down a weird path calling everyone racist with 0 real solutions offered. Absolutely uninformed and makes everyone sound/look hopeless. Millennial problem podcast.
-
hdkwowndbsjwihdkanwDon’t rate if you don’t listen?Solid podcast, love listening to it when i’m doing my makeup or at work. It’s pretty light hearted for the most part but discusses a lot of topics relating to younger women. I don’t really understand why a lot of people are leaving bad reviews because of a beef with a different podcast that has a different audience. Yeah, it’s a podcast for 20-something women. My dad probably wouldn’t enjoy it but it isn’t a podcast targeted for him. It isn’t a political podcast but it does mention what’s going on in the world right now and their take on it. If you don’t want to listen to it, it’s mentioned in two episodes so feel free to skip those.

paityn01Longtime subscriberThis was the first podcast I got into around this time a year ago. Love the topics they talk about and love them very much!

cmcnutty98Its alrightI call it my stupid girl podcast. I find it interesting to listen to most of the time. However, they contradict themselves so much and act like they’re better than everyone. I also don’t understand why its so hard to not eat during the 2 or 3 hours they record this. Eat before and after, problem solved.
