    Gender Inclusive Language Pleasee
It is important for you and your guests to include all genders in your language "helping you to be a better father, husband, etc." makes those who are not men tune out and feel excluded. Thanks.

Great podcast, continue to discuss upcoming innovations
Thank you for this podcast! Would it be possible to grab some of the people behind the Air Forces’s Learning Services Ecosystem? I am very curious as to what drove that program, what it’s capabilities are, and what problems it plans to solve as it moves forward. Keep up the great work!

    Show suggestion
Great podcast with a lot of useful information and insight into the evolving training world. I would like to hear about the Accelerated Commissioning Program that was Beta Tested for MSgt-CMSgt this past year. What was the outcome and what is the future of this program or a similar one?

    Good information... needs some work
First and foremost, I think it’s great that a MAJCOM is taking a modern approach at reaching Airmen via the conduits that they are more apt to use. The production and sound quality is good and the topics so far seem broadly relevant. It does seem like there could be some more pre-production prep about what questions will be asked and to what depth of answers should be provided. There were several times during the Recruiting podcast where it seemed like the question wasn’t really answered or was answered in the most generic, surface level way possible. In depth discussions can be had and chopped down later if needed.
