I was excited to find this podcast initially, but after listening to a few episodes I’m a little turned off of it. The microaggressions are insulting. Why so much banter and condescending jokes about a character’s name being Darnisa, who happens to be a person of color?

Love Patrick and this show. Discovered it during your brief hiatus. Patrick has to be the perfect host for all things made for tv. Love this podcast so much.

This podcast led my husband and I to get the Lifetime Movie Club app, and it has been a saving grace during quarantine. Thank you, Patrick, as your suggestions have given us so many delightfully bad movies to watch. We do like to imagine each movie with a full cast of drag queens and kings. How can we make that happen??!! Anywho, I love everything about your podcast. I have been away from Lifetime movies for quite a while. They can be so -- insipid :) But with the stress of the pandemic and people unable to keep distant and wear masks, well, I am finding Lifetime a remarkably amusing blessing. And, as a result, this follow-up podcast. I listen to a LOT of podcasts - probably about 70 right now - and a lot of them are true crime. Well, these days are so fraught that I need something a little different on occasion. This podcast is the perfect fit! The hosts make proper fun of Lifetime movies without being mean; although I do enjoy hearing the occasional background story of a host, unlike some Lifetime-movie related podcasts, these hosts don't meander and ramble on self-importantly. They have fun, they get to the point, give you a super hour or so fun and laughs, are lighthearted, and then they're off. Actually, compared to the other Lifetime movie podcast I used to listen to, these episodes are too short! :) Yeah, I gave some digs. Probably shouldn't have. But this one is super fun, enjoyable, and laugh-out-loud escapism at its finest.

I’m lifetime obsessed so it’s fun to have a podcast to listen to that likes to discuss the movies as well! Patrick cracks me up and I love hearing him tell stories and his re-enactments of some of the acting! There’s lots of guest stars who also watch the movies and discuss, some are really fun, so not so much. I love this podcast, however I think maybe Patrick should watch the movie an extra time because sometimes he forgets what happens. 🤷🏽‍♀️🥂🎬🎥💕🍷🍷🔪🔪

This is hands down my fav podcast and the college admissions scandal episode is my fav so far. Clearly Rick Singer will do anything for a buck. He sold himself and all the parents out for a plea deal and def gave Lifetime permission to use his name on the show. I bet you could get him on the podcast to let him tell his side of the story. Maybe that should be the lifetime movie you and Drew write. “Rick Singers Side of the Story”. You have two weeks to write it. Go!

I love Lifetime movies, always have thanks to my mother. Slightly embarrassed to say, my all time fav is Death of a Cheerleader (the OG). Saw it when it premiered on TV, have owned the DVD for years, and have watched it waaaayyyyy too many times. I was thinking to myself one day, someone else must be talking about this ridiculous movie in this world, so I searched it the world of podcasts, and it lead me to Patrick, Drewbear, and the most amazing group of rotating guests. I’ve been hooked ever since, got my sis on board, and my friend who introduced me to podcasts in the first place. Totally hate myself for loving these movies, but thank little baby Jesus for this podcast and the joy it brings me. If only it was acceptable to drink wine at work on the daily while I binge and laugh to their portrayals of my most guilty pleasure. Looking forward to this seasons Christmas episodes. Murder, eating disorders, killer cheerleaders, psycho grandparents/parents/kids, what does this podcast not cover?! 😂 it’s the highlight of my day when I get to listen to the hilarious movie recaps. Patrick and drew are awesome and so are the rotating cohosts. I love to hate-watch all these movies and then listening to the explanations makes it even better. The ending segment “whatchu sayyy Candice Cameron Bure” song is my favorite. And it gets stuck in my head in the most fabulous way. Keep it up!

I’m one of those people who watch ALL Hallmark, ION, Up, Freeform, BET, TvOne and Lifetime (etc.) Christmas movies and any Lifetime movie that piques my interest (usually the ones about famous people or their rom coms). I simply adore Patrick! He is (as Wendy Williams says) a friend in my head. I enjoy his funny and insightful commentary and when I write my Christmas movie, he will be my gay best friend and we will wonder how we two POCs (I’m Haitian) ended up in this Christmas movie (LOL) and I will move him from BOXES of wine to BOTTLES of wine (you are too classy for boxes, Patrick!). DrewBear is a great co-host and they have great rotating cohosts. Stay for the “what you saaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy, Candace Cameron Bureeeeeeeeeee!,,,” ending. It’s fun, fun, fun!!!!!!

I love this podcast and look forward to a new episode every Thursday. It’s a relaxing part of my nighttime routine (binger here) hearing Patrick and his guest recap and gently roast some of these so-bad-it-might-be-good movies for producer Drew, who hasn’t seen it and is often aghast at the atrociousness. It’s always lighthearted and good natured and somehow they always get great guests. Patrick and Drew are a great team and this pod always leaves me feeling good!
