Thatphillychik32It was boring and out of touch.I tried listening to this in 2020 even before the TI sitch because I love podcast and Im always tryna find new ones, especially hosted by women around my age. This was boring and disjointed. I couldn’t relate. It felt like a bunch of rich women talking about things I couldn’t relate to. I see why this never came back. Even if the TI thing didn’t happen, I doubt this woulda lasted.

@missriv3raMy favorite podcast! This is hands down my favorite podcast. Not because I’m a fan of either of the ladies ( because I am ❤️), but because it honestly feels like they are one of my girls. It’s such a real, honest, & down to earth vibe, and I love it. They speak on a large range of topics, and give their personal perspective- it’s all relatable. Nadia’s humor is SO great & Naz is such a beautiful soul. Ladies Like Us is just what I need during this Covid-19 mess, when I can’t sit down and hang out with my girls. Thank you ladies!! Love y’all.
-

AgodiiMy favorite Podcast! When I’m listening to Nazanin & Nadia on their Ladies Like Us Podcast it’s almost as if I’m having brunch with my girls. They make me laugh when I’m feeling down. And have genuine, level headed advice. Not to mention hilarious stories to tell. Nadia you have me cracking up, I feel you and I have the same sense of humor lol. And Nazanin I believe your long time relationship with your husband has given you some great relationship intel so I really enjoy your advice on that topic. Thanks for the laughs, I look forward to every Tuesday because of you two! ♥️

elysa ryanFavmy favorite relatable podcast, i see naz as a mentor. nadia brings my spirits up
-
kshdnrjdjebdiSpread some love!!Dang people are soo mean in their comments! Why do we have to focus so much on what a person does wrong!?!? Why can’t people just be nice for once and focus on what a person did right! Nazanin and Nadia seem like fun energetic people just living life! They are human and humans make mistakes but that doesn’t define their character or values. If you don’t like the podcast then simply don’t listen!!! People need to stop being so sensitive over other people’s views!!! Like dang just LET THEM LIVE THEIR BEST LIVES!!!!!! Ps my favorite part is the highs and lows of the week ❤️😁
-

ArimarieyerI’m shocked....It’s kind of weird how much hate these ladies are getting.... I honestly enjoy them in every single way, shape, and form. I realize that maybe this podcast won’t be for everyone but come on if you don’t like it move on. To go out of your way just to troll people for trying to talk about things they find important? The topics and guests they talk about and to are inspiring to people, and I’ve honestly shed a tear listening to them because they are genuinely relatable. I’m pretty sure that’s the point of what they are doing, if even one person feels moved or touched from listening then its clearly positive. I never write reviews, unless I love something and ladies you’re AWESOME. I put you guys on while at work to get me through my day. You both keep it so real and inspire me to stay positive in dark times. I love your cousinly bond it makes your conversations flow so well and all of your guests talk about things that are truly important. I literally sobbed through the whole entire Nicole Russell episode. Please, PLEASE, PLEASE KEEP DOING WHAT YOURE DOING! You’re smart ladies and seem so fun! I’m obsessed, I hate that there’s so many haters but I guess it comes with the territory. All in all I’m trying to sit with you because this podcast is EVERYTHING!
-
Jas_SanWe Stand Nadia 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽@Nadia -Girl you are awesome! The haters are gonna hate, but you are amazing for taking the comment the way you did. I love you girls both so much. As a young woman I really appreciate this podcast and the way you use it as a positive, and empowering platform! Thanks Nadia and Naz 💕

VIv.ia.anneNazanin please stop deleting commentsFollowed her on insta for over a year, decided to check out an episode but it wasn’t my cup of tea, no big deal on to the next. Until I saw a her life coach certificate post the other day and googled the school. Front and center “earn your certification in just 3 days” I was quite shocked by this because by her post I would have thought she had taken a 6 month course at least. I’d like to note I applaud any accomplishment big or small, I am not trying to take that away from her and this is not coming from a hateful or negative place this is an observation on a lack of responsibility and accountability for someone who has a public platform and whose words reach at least thousands each day. I too enjoyed her inspirational quotes on her story each day and it was only when she started posting videos of herself explaining common sense life tips as old as time as if she was philosophizing them into existence, to me, seemed tacky and overly dramatic. Fast forward to the certification, I started to scroll the comments assuming I would find someone had asked and it was clarified of what her training entailed etc. This is important because in this same post she asked people to let her know where what cities would attend her self help seminars. As I scrolled and scrolled through approximately 1,200 comments, there was not one question or constructive critique or negativity! I’m sorry but this is absolutely ridiculous. If mother Theresa had an Instagram there would be all of those things on her posts, so this self help motivational speaker whose going on tour and who also has a weekly podcast which is supposedly a commentary on the common themes us “ladies” go through, is deleting any comments that are not a shining light of praise of her is unethical and lacks integrity. That’s why I am writing this here, since this person is censoring her own unflattering comments, whether untrue, hateful or not shows the mental capacity of this person to handle critique and judgement from the public. By doing this she is also taking away the right of those people to speak their mind and hiding these from others so they are unable to clearly form an honest opinion of her. She decided to have a podcast and a heavy presence on social media and is now planning to go speak to crowds of people, take their money and tell them what it takes to be their best self. well I'm sorry but if you are not in a position mentally to be unfazed by the opinions or critiques of strangers and also hide these from others on a public platform to only show a filtered, unbiased praise of you does not exemplify the character of someone who has achieved a balanced healthy life and mind last and certainly should not be directing others as if you so.

cass727Can’t Stand NadiaI wanted to like this podcast because I’m a fan of Naz but her cousin Nadia makes it hard for me to enjoy it. Nadia is annoying to be honest.
-
ForeverNatiDisconnected from realityFrom the title itself maybe I should’ve known this podcast wasn’t for me. Listening to them talk about the same partying drinking LA bingers every intro gets old quick. There isn’t too much substance. Would be cool if they got back in touch with their roots but they sound and talk like they were born with a silver spoon in their mouths. Completely disconnected from reality and not grounded at all
-
VeryvickeeHate that I hate it...I really wanted to like this podcast because of Naz...& thought the Jessica Burciaga one about “glowing up after a heartbreak” was gonna be amazing - only to hear a bunch of gossip/instagram trolling, nonsense comments. I kept waiting for the encouraging, woman power speech & fast forwarded through most of the end. It wasn’t inspiring at all. Which was so sad. For someone to have such a large following on IG & always making “inspo” videos...I expected more! Maybe it can still be turned around, but I won’t be listening anymore unfortunately.

nnnaatLove this podcast.“Cancel culture” is lame. The backlash they received for the TI episode is ridiculous. There’s nervous laughter, and I know that’s relatable in an awkward situation like that. All the reviews saying they’re disgusting is uncalled for and extremely judgemental. Especially since they’re coming from high and mighty feminists, very counterproductive. The podcast itself is amazing. I have been hooked since I first listened. These ladies are so funny and insightful, I feel like I’m talking with them. I love the highs and blows part of the podcast, it shows that they’re real people, with real problems, just like me and you. They don’t try to be something they’re not, I appreciate the authenticity! *for Nadia and Naz, get Schoolboy Q on your podcast! He released merch a while back for “girl power”.
-
fernliketheplantWoman who can relateAs a Mexican it’s so nice to listen to women who have gone against the traditional role and do what they want. I can relate to you guys so much from culture parents to relationships thank you and please do not stop
-
Jessrclarke589I love themI love this pod cast! I laugh all the time and I leave feeling so positive and inspired. Keep up the great pod cast. Love you ladies!
-
Morgan JanaeNarcissistic. I'm kinda over it now.At first, I thought I'd give this podcast a chance since I like following Nazanin on IG. The guests were pretty interesting. But after weeks and weeks of hearing them talk about themselves (i.e, the long a** 30 minute intros about partying every weekend or about their cats AND interjections/interruptions with their life stories when guests are trying to tell their stories) like, I'm over it. Especially Nazanin!! Girl, we get it. For someone who dislikes conversation we hear more about you than the guests most times. Will follow them on IG, but this platform ain't it. Wish them well on future endeavors.
-
coffeelaterCan’t take the heatWas blocked on insta for calling them out for their silliness. Still wack.
-
Cornhell2005Anti womanSlow women talking about slow things
-
Carmen.JJDisgusting and UnforgivableIt doesn’t matter how much you apologize or what Sex Ed episodes you do. You two nasty excuses for “ladies” bullied and laughed like mean school girls at a young woman’s abuse. Almost everyone wants you canceled and are praying you are before you can hurt another young lady for ratings and clout. Disgusting!! I’m sure Apple will remove you soon.
-
laurenasaysMehI see them in a new light after the TI issue and it’s not a good one. Tried to listen to the last couple episodes and they just aren’t relatable, intelligent, accountable or interesting.
-
fraeuleinbpunktLadies Like YouLadies like you, behaving like you, facilitate cruelty against women and minorities in general —by turning a blind eye in a situation you’re supposed to stand up for human rights. Either you lacked the sensitivity to understand your famous guest’s sickening behavior is a perfect example of a disturbed, possessive man violating a woman’s freedom... or you simply didn’t have the courage to speak up when it’s time to do so. Either way, you’ve shown us your real faces and no press release can take that back. As for the PR team: nice try, but these “ladies” are horrifyingly shallow, their words just empty promises.
-
blactressStop making excusesI really don’t get it. The WOMEN of this podcast asked a sexual question and now they’re claiming they were embarrassed when they got an answer about sex??? THEY opened the door. T.I. answered the question. By spinning it to education and they are doing a public service does NOT excuse them asking about a young woman’s private sexual life. An interviewer NEVER knows what the answer will be. Have they apologized for providing a platform for embarrassing T.I.’s daughter? Their laughter wasn’t nervous. It’s THEIR show. It’s THEIR platform. Take responsibility. Stop making excuses. They are used to placating and serving men. So that’s what they did. They should own it.
-
katie nichole aBoringI tried to listen after the whole TI situation to see if they really had a strong podcast in the first place but I was pretty bored . I don’t really have much to say just bleh. They should probably stop saying its an unapologetic podcast because now that’s not the case . But idk it’s nothing special at all
-
Mal TonesTake Ownership and move onI wish there were more education and less justifying your lack of action on the most recent episode. We get it, you’re sorry. Don’t make it about you.
-
MMSSBB711Is anyone not allowed to make a mistake anymore? The ladies are “clapping back” by following up with educating themselves and it’s listeners. Now they are better equipped in handling a guests opinions/beliefs they may offend others. Thank you for doing so!
-
not a power hungry fb adminLearn to respect womanUnbelievable that you supported TI over women.
-
Meag233The follow-up episode is trashIf it’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s a lack of accountability. So to hear the follow-up episode to the T.I. episode and to excuse the reaction because you’re nervous? Come on. Women deserve better from other women.
-
krystleplailRaw and RealI first started listening to the podcast because I grew up and went to school with one of the girls and shared multiple of the same friends and every interaction together was always pleasant. I also believe in supporting and showing love to those who take big risk and chances. Everyone who has taken the time to bash this podcast based off one episode and rate a 1 star rating are really showing how judgmental and close minded they truly are. I understand that what may have been discussed was shocking and uncomfortable for many. However, no one else was in the interview and therefore cannot judge and condemn. Also, if the ladies took the stance that half the audience wanted, another half would have been upset at the fact that these two women are not mothers and who are they to tell a parent how to raise their children? Also, if you were really listening, you’d hear the raw reaction of “oh dang, she’s a prisoner in her own house!” It was a real and raw conversation. If this ONE episode made you upset, move on to another PodCast. I truly love and enjoy you ladies! Your topics, banter, sharing, questions, etc. Ignore all the haters. Haters gunna hate. And hopefully they’ll just drive more listeners to your awesome podcast! Keep it real, ladies!
