A great Louisville podcast and an above average fantasy golf and Cincinnati Reds podcast. If you’re ever feeling down about yourself, Dan will make you feel better at the end with his Dan in the Dumps segment or by telling you how he doesn’t know how to correctly mail a letter.

Great pod from the creator of my favorite blog and a dude named Dan. I listen as soon as the pod is updated in my Apple library. It's funny, informative, and appreciate the honest takes from two huge UL sports fans!

Hey guys! Found this podcast about a year ago and love listening every week. I also in Dublin, so it’s nice to hear that there’s another card fan up here in buckeye country. Keep up the good work! Graduated from UL undergrad 2003 and UL grad school 2008. Also have 9 year old twin boys who play soccer in dublin. Dan, we need to get together and watch some card games!

Their takes always seem to match up with mine, even Rutherford’s Lion love. They don’t always take the company line but also have insight from mainly Mike’s contacts. Only complaint is I need more shows. Cardsox

I’m answering the call for reviews. I’m a Marylander who lived in Louisville in 2016 (great timing). Became a Cards fan and the biggest fan of Lamar. My hometown Ravens drafting Lamar has been one of my greatest thrills as a sports fan. Best compliment I can give is that you are both entertaining and people anyone would be lucky to have as a friend.

Best segment on the show has been lacking lately. Dan used to bring it from the “Dumps” segment. Feel like the wrong way driver story was just mailing it in. Other than that, great POD.

A meanderingly irreverent, yet entertaining dive into the chaos of Louisville sports news. Also a pertinent source of life advice mostly providing a myriad of don’ts for young adults. Mostly just want Dan to read this aloud with no mistakes.

Come for the Louisville sports insight, stay for Mike & Dan’s tales of being millennial dads, Dan in the Dumps, and references to Saved by the Bell or the things they were up to in HS that for sure weren’t embarrassing at all.

Listen to the show to and from work, so sometimes listen in parts. Left it on after picking up daughter from dance after work and it was right when MFer was dropped twice. Turned it off as her eyes widened. I laughed. Great podcast. Love the insights into the program and the inside information. It also helps we have similar thoughts on the programs too. Haven’t found myself disagreeing yet. The jokes, the questions from listeners, the references to shows from when we were younger are an added bonus, all add great value. Keep up the good work.

Amazing to hear my dads buddy Mike Rutherford have an amazing podcast that I can listen to over and over again on the airplane. You won’t regret listening to this. (Unless your a UK fan)

This podcast is the best Fantasy Golf prediction podcast on the internet. There are just two catches; First, you have to listen about Louisville Basketball for 52 of the 53 minutes, and second, you have to listen after Thursday and apply the advice to next week. In all seriousness, if you are a Louisville fan this is a must listen. Fun and funny, it makes you feel like you’re drinking a beer on the couch with Mike and Danny.

I mean, 580+ reviews and all 5 stars! Not much more u can say about that. The pod is grest, filled the void left by losing the radio show. Speaking of which, any guest appearances or interviews w Ramsey on the horizon? Dan is great for his perspective, and equally so for giving Mike the opportunity to crack jokes on him. Keep up the good work guys!

This is the best Louisville show I’ve found. Each episode starts with fun and insightful talk about the team, then dips into 15-20 minutes of rambling about 90s or early 2000s nostalgia, and finally ends with a good story about the worst thing in the host’s recent lives. Then again, sometimes you just get a story about losing in fantasy golf. Either way, work goes much quicker listening to these two.

This is the best UofL sports show, and it’s not even close. The podcast features two amazing hosts. One who has a tenuous grasp on the English language at best, and the other treats his listeners like an absentee father in a 90s movie. He promises to show up, “two podcasts a week” he says. Will it happen? No. Will you keep checking every day to see if there is a new podcast? Absolutely. The best is when they post a podcast on the day of a game, so you don’t even have an opportunity to listen to it before the game. Even then it’s still a better listen than any other UofL radio show, where they talk about betting on horses or something else no one cares about. In all seriousness, this podcast has the perfect mix of sports talk and humor. Listening is like talking with your friends about the games. Mike and Dan are clearly the future of Louisville Sports Media, or the show could be over tomorrow, who knows.

Enjoyed the news on the Cards and the ple-thora Of memories of one Charles E including his electric organ player the purple Mr. Munch! Keep up the Americana side stories, but please less Creen going forward.

The best voice on the Cards in the country plus some random dude from Ohio that seemingly forgets every week that he needs to have a story for his *recurring* segment and I also am pretty sure thought he was on a Cincinnati Reds podcast for the first four episodes equals pure podcast gold. Hooters in Jeffersonville forever.

I really love the content of this show, really a blue collar sound to it with enough inside information to make me listen. Dan kinda sounds like that kid in high school that would smoke pot everyday and mumble his way through an oral report. At first I hated the audio quality but now I agree with Mike that it adds to the charm. Please add more jokes at DePaul’s expense because it’s been lacking lately. Go Cards!

If you answer yes to any of these questions, this is the podcast for you. Mike and Danny provide a level-headed Cards fan perspective. Show some support for the only man who can turn a former Nickelodeon game show host against an entire university.

A fun podcast by two guys who love the Cards, but don’t take it too seriously. In the grand sheme of things, when the world seems to be a mess, this podcast is the perfect escape. Also, this is my first rate and review of any podcast and was done solely because mike is always willing to call dan out for mispronunciation.
