MelssgriannnLove her and this podcast!I really don’t agree with having a cancer patient on that completely forgoes medical treatment and instead uses “natural” remedies. This women is leaving her kids behind because she is totally medically illiterate … she needs mental health help not her choice being broadcast to more people! Shame on lisa

catswineThe Irony of Discussing Cults……is that crunchy woo-woo crap like this podcast are often a major in-road for cult leaders to attract members. Tarot cards do not hold power. People born in the same place and time do not share characteristics due to the influence of objects in space, or any other reason. Time to join the 21st century and put away all this pseudoscientific garbage.

ChicagoKevThe truth behind a facadeLisa Hayim was complicit if not integral to a smear campaign of another RD. She spread false information about this RD and gleefully mocked a competitor for her own benefit. Lisa Hayim does not deserve a platform like this; she’s no better than a high school bully.

Cristina ToledoTRANSFORMATIONAL!i’ve spent more time listening to podcasts than i spent getting my bachelor's degree. with that being said, i am confident to say that this is the REALEST—or should i say TRUTHIEST—podcast i’ve come across to. i’ve listened to 90% of the podcasts so you can DOUBLE trust me on this. Lisa is a golden interviewer and her guests are just WOW! add this to your queue!

amk7991InterruptingI’m not a regular listener but came to listen to one specific episode. The way Lisa constantly cuts the guest off and interjects her own thoughts and interpretations of what the guest is saying is unbearable and so rude! Lisa, please listen before you talk over your guests, you are taking away so much value from the conversation by dominating it completely. Overall not a show I would listen to regularly.

NGG412Just wish it was a bit slowerLisa has so many brilliant insights and writings - I wish she would just talk a bit slower! I feel like it deserves more time but I understand that as a busy mom, extra time is so hard to come by unfortunately.

Mellybelly310Life lessonsThe birthday episode about life lessons was refreshing, inspiring, and insightful. I resonate with Lisa’s words to my core. I feel seen on a deep level. I’ve been following her journey for many years, and she gets more wise and beautifully spoken each year. I recommend this to everyone and anyone who is on a path to healing and trying to be their most real selves ❤️

Rded123Writing to HealI had not written for awhile when i came across this podcast and it truly gave me an emotional break through *not breakdown. When my head is so full it’s hard to explain to my husband what i’m feeling. i decided to write and gave it to him and it helped him understand me so much. so thank you so much for taking time to help me. love your podcast.

SylvieYvonne87Loved the latest episode..The latest episode with Allison Fallon was so beautiful and relatable. It has felt too overwhelming to ever imagine writing down some of the experiences of my life, but after listening to this I am inspired to do so, and see the healing rewards that writing entails. Thank you!!

Andrea 🤍I am excited for a new episode every week! This may seem wild/heavy to write about a Podcast, but these raw stories, amazing guests, words of wisdom, and Lisa herself have helped me to grow as a person. I legitimately started therapy (in a good way) because I was so inspired by each episode. It made me want to dig deeper and really do the hard work that has to come before living ~your truthiest life~ Honestly every episode is worth the listen. I think I’ve shared this podcast with all of my friends and definitely some strangers on Instagram. I can’t wait to continue listening.

KatSnyder27InspiringThis podcast is everything. Lisa and her guests are so raw and real and I relate on so many levels in so many ways. I walk away from every episode with something so different yet so powerful and each listen gives me a tool to use on my own journey. It is inspiring and comforting and helpful in so many ways and I feel like the knowledge and courage she shares really is helping me to be my truthiest self.

sarahjeaaaanSimply wonderfulThought provoking, heartwarming and exactly what I want listen to during some of my challenging days. The topics/guests Lisa brings on are so varied but always connect to the uniqueness of the human experience. My only critique is I’m so ravenous for content like this that one episode a week isn’t enough!
-
jessleb5Obsessed!I am in love with this podcast! Every episode is so fun and informative. They are all so unique and all tell such an interesting story. I feel like I am sitting right there with them. This is pretty much the only podcast I listen to now and I can’t wait for new episodes. Lisa has really found her calling; she is an amazing and warm interviewer and gets out all the good stuff!!
-
Lilahbean13LOVE!I’ve been looking for another podcast to listen to and I couldn’t decide on what I wanted or needed. Too much murder, too much crunchy therapy advice.... BUT THIS!!!! It’s so good. I love it. I can’t get enough of it. So so good.
-
ash.germAll Around AmazingI cannot recommend this podcast enough. Lisa does an amazing job making heavy life topics feel light and makes you feel like you can really take on the world, one small change at a time. She has new, interesting guests on every single week and educates you on topics you wouldn’t hear about otherwise. Her perspective is positive, but realistic, and it influences you to better yourself, mentally and physically. Go listen!
-
Les_kWorth the listenThe first episode was so good that I listened to it twice and shared it with my sister and a friend. Having been a victim of a carjacking, I always like to hear other people’s survival stories. And Bre is an excellent story teller in this episode.
-
pedsRDNLove love love this podcast!Look forward to this podcast every Friday. Intense conversations but appreciate Lisa bringing these topics to the surface
-
JWat85WowI have only listened to the first episode but I’m so inspired!
-
Mannie NanniInformative!Lisa!!! Omg! I knew your content would be nothing less than top notch because I can always count on you for that but this was all that and more! Congratulations on your podcast! I am a fan and will be sharing! Keep it up!
-
lopieriCan’t stop listening! The purpose and intention behind this show is amazing and so refreshing. Her guests have beautiful and sometimes intense stories to share and Lisa does such a great job asking the tough questions but also providing a safe space for them to open up. So inspiring! Thank you!!
-
TristenButlerNecessaryI listened to only the first episode thus far, but it was such an important story to hear. I appreciate this concept and I look forward to consuming the others and becoming a regular listener.
-
obsessed with himintense but amazing converesationsthis podcast is what we have been missing !! Although some of the conversations are tough, they are are all amazing and necessary.
-
Chs5032So far so good!I think this podcast is off to a great start, and I really enjoyed the episode with Carolyn. The episode with Sammy made me wildly uncomfortable - the details that were shared by the guest about her ex husband felt like a violation of his privacy (did he consent to his drug and alcohol abuse being shared??).
-
n-mccLove the concept of the show butIt was really hard to just listen to these wonderful stories as I felt they were constantly being interrupted by the host’s thoughts and comments. This may be a personal preference but I’d rather the host help guide the conversation vs dictate it with their own perceptions of the issue.
-
Atxgal221Lisa is so refreshing!!I have been enjoying Lisa’s podcast and the variety of guests she has had on! Their stories have been inspiring and thought provoking. Keep it up!! Xo
-
cameronoaksrogersLove!!A huge fan of everything Lisa does and this podcast is no exception. I love watching her continue to grow and dive into the difficult topics with her guests. Highly recommend!
-
lanierose03CornellNot only the Truthiest but the realiest! Couldn’t and didn’t want to zone out during this episode with Cornell. Aha moment after aha moment...keep up the momentum. Fantastic!!
-
kendallc21Refreshing, interesting conversationsI love these conversations. They open up your mind and heart, and allow you to hear others stories. My favorite part about it is that it’s not just about one topic theme (I.e diet, relationships) it really touches on anything and everything. My one piece of feedback would be to have an outro at the end of the episodes to wrap it up!
-
Still Not Working!Love, but...Love the podcast, but felt like she kept cutting Sam off. Really was hoping to hear more from Sam about her story.
-
ashlynn wGood start!I found this podcast via Sammy and absolutely loved the interview with her. I wish the host would have let her speak more, it felt almost like she had a list of talking points she wanted to hit so she cut Sam off pretty often. I still enjoyed listening though.
-
Kaitpppplisa is amazingthe theme song is so calming, your honest with no agenda to portray yourself a certain way for an audience, it is so refreshing. my new favorite! 🤍
-
GoodgutfeelingsI love my Truthiest Life!Lisa is such a natural podcast host. She asks good questions, understands her guests, listens to hear and see, and holds space for the people she is talking to. I can’t wait for more episodes!!
-
Lauren HartwickHost needs to interview betterLiked the interview with Sam, but the host talked too much and kept interrupting and pulling away from Sam talking.
-
tribecalistenerThis podcast makes me think!I look forward to this podcast! Every week has been a little different but has always made me think about new topics and expand my perspective. So excited to continue listening! You share such great energy even while discussing difficult topics and find a unique way to mix up deep conversations with lightness and laughter. LGMusic007The realest!Lisa is a source of light and brings a refreshing perspective on topics that many need to hear. Experiencing these episodes feels like hearing from a dear friend. Lisa’s passions are evident and would excite any listener!! She’s realistic and says it like it is. She’s unapologetically herself and a true inspiration. Highly recommend :)
-
podcastreviewerkatherineGreat podcastLooking forward to this podcast! I’ve followed Lisa’s Instagram for a while now and excited to hear her wisdom in a new medium. These first couple of interviews have been so insightful so far - I do feel like the speed is a bit rushed? (Maybe edited in post) understand wanting to squeeze in as much content in the time limit, but the content feels a bit heavy to speed through. Just a thought!
-
Ajones81Love this podcast!!Firstly, thank you @radioamy for introducing me to this podcast!! I absolutely fell in love with the first episode, Bre is such a amazing brave woman. I was so inspired by this podcast. Can’t wait to listen every week!
-
