mother sarahSaying no to your familyHi Sarah knight my name is Sarah Knight though I am a shepherd of the word of God I am located here in Houston Texas my church is Kings-Land Ministries👑🙏🏽❤️ and it’s very peculiar that you were teaching about how to say no not just to people but to your family I to teach this very principle though I may teach in a different way than you do I am a teacher and the Bible says that we must let our no’s mean no an our yes means yes anything else is from the evil one Matthew 5:37

surfghostCan’t wait for new episodes!I enjoy listening to Sarah’s take on how to navigate our feelings about ourselves, others and how others make us feel. She provides clear and concise advise that I appreciate. Looking forward to new episodes.

Ian GruenhagenPractical Methods for Taking Control of Your LifeSarah Knight knows what she’s talking about and she says it well. This is one of my top five favorite podcasts and the only self-help podcast I’ve ever listened to in it’s entirety. I love Sarah’s in-your-face energy, and her casual yet intelligent rhetoric keeps me engaged and receptive to her content throughout the episodes. Would definitely recommend to anyone who feels like they’re stuck in a rut or simply doesn’t know how to get what they want from life. Her books are good too.

🐓🦎Great showI’ve learned a lot of good life hacks in this podcast and I can’t wait for the next season. My sister doesn’t listen to podcasts, so I bought her the book and she loves it. You are a fantastic host and author!

30mccatharnThis is the answer !Sarah has given what I’ve been looking for: the key to mental de cluttering. She is hilarious too. This is a total antidote for the complicated mind ! It’s relieving many pain points already helping to quell that buzz of “am I doing enough ?”...and “is this ok to be doing now”? ...”what should I really be doing now ?” —> those joy killing questions. Thanks for this info, Sarah !
-
kayklazVibing to this!I’m a very highly sensitive person, and this struck home with me. I care very much about if people are happy in general and if they don’t like me what I can do to fix it. Taking your tips!

Camille VirginiaSarah (refeshingly) doesn't hold backWith our modern world almost encouraging the blaming and scapegoating of…well, anyone but ourselves…it's refreshing to hear a podcast with life tips about taking responsibility and sucking it up to push through life's inevitable challenges. I love Sarah's unique insight and direct approach to grabbing life by the…you know…and finding the joy along the way.

-
BobbyBboyA little bit sweary…LOLSara is so great with her advice and the practical ways she recommends to reclaim your space. My F-budget is so much better managed than ever before thanks to things learned in Season 1. I’d read the books, but hearing it from her is even better! Can’t wait for Season 2 to come along.
-

I’m always in my head and this gives me a sense of clarity to know that I’m caring to much of what others could think and that the more you focus of yourself, and be in the present is your best option and so much more!!! Yes she’s my podcast guru love her

Calma mamaIt grabs your attention and won’t let goOnce I stumbled on this, I couldn’t stop listening. I am quite certain that I will re-listen to many of these episodes as needed and print a few flow charts as reminders. Sarah is refreshingly honest and determined to help others. Gbort1998So F@cling awesomeI am obsessed with this podcast! Smart, witty and just the right amount of sweary! Could literally listen all day. Thanks Sarah.... you F@cking nailed it🥰
-
lisbeth0925The inner voice speaks!I KNOW and think and have even said so much of what Sarah says. But I still need to hear it again and keep pushing myself to do it it. Getting too caught up in what others think of me, getting mad over how others cannot, will not , are not able to meet my expectations and giving myself permission to let that s$@t go is freeing!! Thanks, Sarah!!!

jdotdisJust what I needI’ve been home on leave for a little over a month. My mind has had a LOT of time to wander and often gets stuck inside my head. Now I’m wondering if Sarah wasn’t there, too. I found this podcast completely by accident and I’m so glad I did. Sarah’s topics, style, and swearing like an angry sailor fit me SO FREAKING WELL that I want to move to DR and be best friends. My only issue is that a noticeable portion of the show is spent recapping the previous show and pitching her books and doing commercials for sponsors. However, I didn’t take a star off because, well, a girl’s gotta eat. I also sometimes enjoy the brain break.
-
averysofiafawesomeloved your podcast! I enjoyed listening to it very much and it helped me through a lot of struggles!:)

alexisleewvuMy new fav Podcast!I’m so glad I finally checked out Sarah’s podcast. Her down-to-earth + matter-of-fact advice makes SO MUCH sense! I love the candor, and her delivery just pulls all the information together in a way that makes me feel like she’s talking directly to me. 🙋🏼♀️ I don’t always have patience to listen to self-help podcasts, but this one is in a class all by itself. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Kudos to Sarah…keep it coming! 👊🏻♥️

chriscw72Refreshingly raw and honest.I found Sarah’s podcast while searching for shows to inspire me to live my best life. Admittedly, the title caught my eye, so I have the show some of my time. Little did I know how much I would enjoy a show that while it seems is geared toward the female persuasion, spoke to me on a deep and personal level. Sarah’s advice and perspective is refreshingly raw and honest, and reminds me of the importance of the need to occasionally be brutally honest with not just myself but others as well if it achieves the desired results. If you need a swift kick in the pants to encourage you to set boundaries and not feel guilty about doing it, this is definitely the show for you!
-

DogMomma1001So helpful!I love this podcast. I’ve always had anxiety, but the year of Covid really pushed me over the edge. My anxiety at work started to escalate to the point that I needed medication. This podcast has helped me get more organized at work, focus on my must-do list, and stop saying yes to things I don’t have to do. My anxiety is improving already!
