clcw130Love Trading Secrets!ETA please, please bring back the intros and recaps! Podcast is not the same without them. Like a lot of others in these reviews, I knew and loved Jason from his time on The Bachelor. I was excited to listen to his podcast, but did not expect to love it as much as I do. It’s fascinating, interesting, and educational — a great blend of the juicy stuff you want to know from these guests and informative, helpful tips, and lessons in their businesses. Jason is engaging, pointed and well phrased in his questioning and conversations. I learn something new every week while being very entertained. The Lo Bosworth episode was my favorite to date as I have been a big fan of hers since the Laguna Beach days! I was very impressed by her interview; she came off incredibly intelligent and also so warm and engaging. I also enjoy the friendship and humor between Jason and the curious Canadian, I always listen all the way to end to hear their recaps. Love Trading Secrets!

Deee!!!Loved The Kelly Episode, but David really???Loved the Kelly Episode. Hate that she’s had to go through such a tough time. I hope good things come her way. Always liked her. But, super disappointed in David during the recap. The fact that he said having to wear a condom in marriage is grounds for a divorce. I’m sorry, but that’s disgusting and selfish. Women do not need to be the only ones responsible for preventing pregnancy and std’s. Birth control causes a lot more negative side effects and long term health issues than wearing a condom. Not sure I really want to listen to this show after this episode especially considering everything happening with women losing their reproductive rights.

Izzy WatEpisode 229Have been listening for over a year. I always love your episodes. I have heard you mention multiple times about getting personal finance into schools. I wonder if it is per state. I am a teacher and I know at my district in order to graduate students must take personal finance or an accounting class. I am shooting my shot- I have my masters in curriculum and instruction. Been a teacher for 10 years. If you are serious about building some type of financial literacy curriculum or getting it into schools that is something I am passionate about and would be very interested in. I’m sure there are many other teachers that would be too. We sometimes just don’t have the resources to get it going.

private pleaseFinance FriendLike many, I’ve been a fan of Jason since his appearance on the Bachelorette. I was first exposed to his podcast from listening to Networth and Chill. I wish I would have known he had a podcast sooner! After hearing his podcast with Ramit Sethi, I was hooked. I’ve read multiple finance books and listen to a few finance podcasts, but this one is by far the most FUN. This podcast has a variety of content with an overall playful, classy tone. Love the silly sports references. Jason is great at taking complex topics and making them simple. I also can’t wait to read his upcoming book. Update: I still enjoy the podcast, but sometimes find it to go down weird and unproductive turns at the end. Prefer to not hear that condoms are a grounds for divorce, it feels like dumping reproductive responsibility on the woman (who already goes through enough between pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding/pumping). I get it was the edible, but it didn’t add anything to the substance of the podcast and felt ick. Plus that level of personal isn’t needed to have an open discussion about finance and business, unless you want to go down the costs of contraception and childcare? Maybe the motherhood tax? Vasectomies versus tubal ligation versus egg freezing? That would fit and maybe be more interesting. Bring on a reproductive specialist for that type of talk and I’d give back a star or two. 👍

Jaime Marks AcuKelly Flanagan episodeLoved the episode-love Kelly- can relate with losing a parent around the same age as her. She has always been one of my faves from Bach nation. As David said she is just so normal. I love the interaction between you guys and the friendship. You support her journey with care and client or not there is something there. I’m down for the Hamptons house and betting on you guys. Jason the vulnerability is noticeable and your loosening the reigns. This looks good on you! Move to NYC and keep killing it!

GitanaBananaReally enjoying - and this is not my typical type of podcastI am not generally interested in financial conversations but this show is good. The fact that they actually say how much they are making and how much debt they have/had etc is so refreshing and interesting. Give it a shot! 🙃 @3daisychains

HighlandsHouseGreat PodcastRelatable podcast with a lot of sound advice that’s translatable for everyone. In the sea of podcast, Trading Secrets offers valuable insights from various business perspectives. Jason your interviewing style is very insightful, intentional and adroit. I also particularly appreciate that you don’t talk over people when conversing. Thanks for all you do & keep going!

Stacy MichelleRaw, informative, and interestingI love the RV content! It’s so interesting and I love John’s music. I think that David is right about the Sahil episode. I was skeptical of a lot of things he was saying too.

TlschumFinance TycoonJason puts his money where his mouth is! He invests in himself, trusts his instincts, has a charming disposition relating to all walks of life & cultures. He’s down to earth, shares parts of his life with his audience, & he doesn’t have to share everything, although we wish he would. He’s an author!! Go get his books, The Restart Roadmap & Talk Money to Me. Go ahead take a listen, get hooked with Jason Tartick!

NR99809Informational and entertainingLong time listener and I believe Jason is one of the most talented interviewers in podcasts today. He makes all episodes entertaining and relatable - even for guests that I wouldn’t normally be interested in listening to. Unique show amongst so many podcasts today. And the recaps at the end of the show are fun and keep getting better and better!

jfifjfjgjvudbfhvOne of the Best Trading Secrets Episodes Yet – Packed with Actionable Advice! As someone who has listened to almost all of the Trading Secrets episodes, this one with Sahil Bloom is at the top of my favorites list. It was super informative and easy to follow, with so many practical takeaways I can actually put into practice. He broke down the “five types of wealth” in a way that really makes you think beyond just money, and his insights on work-life balance, income streams (including making seven figures from a newsletter!), and the behind-the-scenes of his book were eye-opening. Definitely a must-listen! Instagram handle: @juliamagee_
-
Kelsi_RSahil Bloom EpisodeI am a weekly listener and always love the show with Jason but have never been compelled to write a review until now. This weeks episode with Sahil Bloom felt invaluable! As someone who runs a local newsletter and has been working to build that value his advice and expertise was wonderful. Excellent episode Jason!

gogogadget1989Awesome podcast!Loved Jason Tartick from when he was on Becca’s season of The Bachelorette and so cool to see him go on to do his own thing with talking about finances on this podcast! I was brought here after listening to Jason on Reality Steve’s podcast and loved hearing what Jason had to say finance and can’t wait to listen to Trading Secrets to learn more!
-

From his guest interviews to the recap with David, the structure is always informative as well as entertaining. The Chris Voss episode is still my all time favorite and is one you’ll want to listen to twice. I’ve never revisited a podcast before, but this episode has take away, after take away, after take away! Thank you Jason and team for bringing us such amazing guests! nancygfarrThe Points Guy TakeawaysHave always loved this podcast (have listened from the beginning!!) but travel for work and am especially passionate about travel so loved your episode with Brian Kelly. My biggest takeaway was that I do not need a united CC (I’ve been thinking about it) and rather sticking with my Amex platinum will get my the best bang for my buck. Also love booking a backup flight on points! I didn’t know you could cancel so easily! I would love Brian’s books for more tips and tricks. IG handle is nancygfarr!
-
Lexi466Love this podcast! No matter the topic, there’s always something to learn while listening. I loved the interview with The Points Guy where I learned I need to ditch my airline credit card and move it to something that’ll get me more points! Thanks for the tips - excited to learn more! JS!1771The Best!Truly one of the best podcast out there. Thank you for talking money and things we need to hear but also bringing us along on your personal journey. You truly have a gift of engaging with others. Keep shining … I think we also need a JTA 6 month follow up then an in depth one first of every year :)
-
Iam62yoTravel- The Points GuySo much information in this episode!! It was interesting to hear about which credit cards are the best for travel- the more general ones versus like a United card. Also how to book 2 flights (one w travel points) in case you absolutely have a deadline to get somewhere. I would love the book as reference. I would also love a show on credit cards in general- beside a travel one. Are there others w perks that are valuable. How many credit cards to have? Should you cancel ones not using? I don’t carry debt but currently have too many and worry about fraud and not keeping track. Instagram handle: @KAS8084 Kelly Sedivy (I am 62!!)
-
tessamcgowanBrian KellyAs someone who travels frequently, there were so many good tips and tricks in this episode! I feel like I need to go back with a notepad and write them all down, like Jason said. My biggest takeaway was the travel insurance - why didn’t I ever consider booking a flight with miles for backup? That’s genius! I’d love to read his book.
-
TinaBrennerPoint guy master!Brian Kelly we do not deserve you!! Seriously the best. Key take away, loyalty to the credit card with transferable points not the airline CC!! Chefs kiss of an episode! Jason you keep crushin bringing on the absolute best most realistic helpful guests!!
-
xomiichellexoRecapsDavid’s recaps are SO helpful! Legit the voice of the people and helps us understand. A woman’s perspective would also be amazing!!!
-
MeganStetsPoints Guy EpisodeLoved the Points Guy episode and all of your episodes like this that offer insider knowledge on how to navigate nuanced financial secrets like an expert. Like you Jason, I’m a delta loyalist with a co-branded card, and while I’ve know that maybe I should diversify my top used card for awhile - this episode *might* have given me just the push I needed to venture out! Excited to read Brian’s book + would love to win a copy. Keep episodes like these coming! They’re so valuable and appreciated (other similar favorites: Vivian Tu, Julie Solomon, your episode when you promoted your book!)
-
kaitzy12JTA 2025 episodeLove the raw conversation and honesty that comes with the yearly recap episode. I also love the recap episodes with David after each interview so don’t get rid of those. I listen to almost all of your podcasts and with each one, I take at least one new thing away that improves my life in even a small way. Keep it up. I’m sending you a DM too.
-
Edward LooneyMaking me think in new waysI thought I was winning at miles and points, that was until I listened to the points guy episode. Loyal Delta customer, medallion member, etc. I didn’t realize how little the miles are valued. Like Jason, I’m a hoarder of miles, will think more about using them. Just recently booked a reward trip to Rome. I will be registering to this episode and picking up a copy of the book!! IG-@FrEdwardLooney
-
Men-loplove this podcast!!jason is the best and asks the questions the listener is thinking. brian the points guy episode had me rewinding again and again… i love that travel can be accessible for all. pick me for a free book!! 😘😘

Using the multi-city tool when booking flights, using your destination as your booking “start” to save $$$, and more. So many great tips and tricks in this episode! @kellydc2
-
parkeradoLoved the points guy episode!Wow - the timing of this episode was so helpful to settle a healthy debate with by husband on what type of travel card to use. We’ll be looking into transferable points cards with confidence it’s the right move. Thanks for the great tips and content !
