in anticipation of attending halloween horror nights for the first time in more than twenty years, i gave each podcast i could find on the topic a whirl. catacombs quickly became my favorite and i spent the brutal south florida summer working my way through your delightful back catalogue of episodes. the big event is finally upon us, and i can’t wait to walk into universal orlando armed with my shiny new HHN PhD. thank you for sharing your labor of love— i owe you a beer or two.

Some time ago I came across this show while browsing NeoZAZ selections. At the time I was unfamiliar with Halloween Horror Nights and can give Catacombs full credit (blame) for my yearly travel of 1000 miles to do HHN. While some hosts have changed, the quality has not. From their covering of the event’s previous years to the present, it is well worth a venture into the Catacombs of Halloween Horror Nights.

Over the course of the last year and a half I have gone through and listened to every episode and learned so much about the history of HHN Orlando. I moved to central florida in March of 2022 and immediately got hooked on everything about HHN. I found your podcast and didn’t want to stop listening until I got all the way through. Matt, I’m glad you kept the podcast running and were able to hand it off to Hunter after the history was all caught up. Maybe Quint can come back for an episode sometime for old times sake. Maybe you guys can have an instant reaction podcast with his reactions at the event when he comes this year. Thanks for everything you all do. Keep it up fellas.

I recently discovered this show getting ready for my longest stay in Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights and I ran through everything in just a matter of weeks. Since then I’ve eagerly awaited each new episode and started going back through the old ones. Can’t wait to see what they bring out during the season this year.

Forever entertaining and insightful, this is the cream of the crop when it comes to HHN content. They take the time necessary to discuss each topic instead of rushing through the elaborate material in 20 to thirty minutes. Instead of picking guests off their "star power" they choose guests who love the event just as much and fit well with the show. My highest recommendation.

I found this show when I was getting ready to go to Hallowen Horror Nights for my very first time during their 25th Anniversary. At the time this was the only show I found that talked about Halloween Horror Nights every episode. But besides being the only choice, I found it a great show to listen to. Since then there have been many other shows that have now come along and center their talk on Halloween Horror Nights. I enjoy those as well, more Halloween Horror Nights talk is always good. But The Catacombs Of Halloween Horror Nights will always jump to the top of my listening list with each new episode. It's the best of a great bunch and everyone that participates in the show is a lot of fun to listen to.

Listening to Catacombs kindles feelings similar to hanging out at home with a group of my closest friends and just geeking out about something we all are passionate about. Kind of like the season 1 Stranger Things kids hanging out playing D&D. Keep up the amazing work!

I've only been going to Halloween Horror Nights since 2012, but I became hooked the second I walked in and have never missed a year since. I've been looking for something that not only talked Halloween Horror Nights, but talked about all the years, the icons, the properties and about what's coming next. There's many great resources, and I enjoy them all. This format is my hands down first go to for listening to bother and sisiter fans talk about Halloween Horror Nights. With each episode release, I'm listening the second I pops up. I've now gone through the entire feed of past show and I'm starting over again from the beginning.

My love for this show starts with the subject matter. I've loved going to Halloween horror Nights for years now. I love hearing pepole talk aboout horr nights, even more about the years I didn't go. I also love the reaction episodes. The energy and excitement, along with the honest even commentary on the good and bad, get's me hyped up for the season each episode. The mix of history, news, expereincesn and stories is a fantastic formula and make each episode amazing.

I've been a long time listener of nearly everything on the neozaz pod network including this show. I'd never gone to Halloween horror nights before but enjoyed learning about this with this show. I finally went this year after listening to the whole history on this show and so happy I did. Amazing work and really looking forward to listening on as I plan my next visit.

I've just starting going to Halloween Horror Nights in the past 5 years. I came across this series before 2016's event. It was a great way to get myself ready and amped up for the event and to get a bigger look at the entire legacy that continues each year.

So much detail and so much history in each episode. Great coverage of the news and events too. I listen to each episode the second it comes out.
