themultisportbrainWhat I have come to expectWith Brad Beer I have come to expect a level of quality that if to be achieved takes a level of commitment that only few can aspire to. Brad knocks it out of the park time and time again with his podcast but also in his core business.

Pat in USAPowerful Performance Podcast!I am finally paying my dues for so many hours of amazing content. The Physical Performance show features amazing guests from the sporting world, be they top performers, experts in their field or coaches. I enjoy all of these as there is always something new to learn or a common theme grasped among performers or coaches. I find the expert editions very informative as an “older” age group competitor in keeping me performing at my physical best. I wish I had Mick Hughes episode available when I tore my ACL! But the best aspect is learning the mental skills from athletes and coaches, which is so important in sport. I also coach youth runners from 10 – 18 and occasionally advise adults. The show’s wealth of content has been invaluable to me. I must share that I love the opening theme audio. Being a race junky, I can literally feel adrenaline flow if I let myself get carried away with the theme. The Pogo Physio site and Brad’s book (I have the first edition) are also tremendous resources. Alas that Australia is halfway around the world or I would be a client! Cheers Brad for your great work and blessings on your continued work! Thanks to all those who make the show possible!

A'nna JBest info available!Love the physical performance show and can’t believe how much I have learned from Brad and his guests! I also follow on Instagram, Facebook, and blogs. I’m an a mature athlete, but have been a runner for 38 years and this has been the most informative, up to date information on running and performance I’ve found. Well done and always engaging! Great work to Brad and team -

De-IronwomanNew favorite podcast!!I’m an Ironman triathlete and new podcast lover and the physical performance show is my fave!! I heard Dr Rich Willy and learned a ton, including that I’m a “masters runner” :) I wanted to hear more, so jumped back to episode #74. I loved the conversations with Gwen Jorgensen, Lionel Sanders and Tim Don too, so cool to hear their stories and what they’ve learned through their journeys. I can’t wait to work my way through more episodes, keep it up Brad!!

gubipodloverFirst Class PoscastThis podcast is truly one of my favorites! I look forward to each new episode that pops up and even enjoy scrolling through past. Brad is an excellent host. He is organized, professional, asks great questions and carries conversations so well. If you are an athlete or interested in athletics, learning about injuries, or even just listening to a person’s story - this podcast has you covered. Hearing elite athletes talk about their journeys to get where they are, their training, their own injuries, their families, their lives...is so refreshing. Brad’s interviewing allows you to see a side of them you normally wouldn’t get to see otherwise. It makes you feel you can relate in ways you never thought you could! Of course, In addition to his athletes, his expert editions are top noth as well. He brings in the best of the best in regards to experts in their field. And, being a physical therapist, he knows the right questions to ask and gets answers that are easy to understand. I am so happy to have come across this podcast. It is well worth my time and I think yours too!

ChrissiePTExcellent podcast! The Physical Performance show is an excellent podcast and one of my favorites!! Brad selects interesting guests and has wonderful interviewing skills (and I love the great Australian accent). I’m a Physical Therapist and feel I really benefit from the “Expert Editions”. Some of my favorites: Prof McGill, Dr Barton, Dr Willy and especially Dr Malliaras!! Also love the athletes-Chris McCormack’s interview was so good! Thanks for such a great show, Brad!

ChelleG19one of the best!Brad's podcast is really wonderful for any endurance athlete. Has a wide variety of athletes from Australia and all over the world. He asks intriguing and interesting questions to really delve into what makes that individual who they are. He covers their journey through success and lessons learned. Really enjoy listening to Brad's podcast on many of my long runs.

Nurse GrahamInspiring PodcastThis is my favorite podcast to listen to while out on a long training run. I enjoy listening to Brad and his guests talk about life, training, and everything in between. I appreciate that Brad has a variety of athletes on his show. I almost always come away with some sort of mantra to use in my training. From Cassie Fein's "HOPE Hang On, Pain Ends" to Dean Karnazes' "Death before DNF". Thanks Brad for a great podcast! PS I may or may not tune in just to hear your Australian accent :) Good at ya from Spokane Valley, WA USA
