    Always fascinating!
Dr. Kara Fitzgerald is not only hugely entertaining and knowledgable, but she also understands how to draw out the best in her guests. And her guests are fantastic: an array of practitioners, scientists, industry leaders that present new ideas or data that I can apply to my own lifestyle or medical care. I encourage anyone who wants to improve their mental, physical and emotional health to listen in.

Excellent topic and thorough discussion. Was already familiar with the use - both personally and professionally- but learned so much more! Thanks so much!

Usually a fan but this episode was disappointing
Episode with Dr. Vincent Pedre was maybe interesting if you are new to general health and nutrition issues, but it was so basic and constant references to his book without giving any reason to really read it, as he just rambles on about general things anyone who spends any time reading in this area would know and refers to studies already written up in general news platforms. With so many good podcasts available, it’s a bit of a disappointing waste of time and has not been my experience with Kara Fitzgerald in the past, so hoping this is just a fluke.

    This could be great
This could be an excellent podcast but it lacks sound quality (please get some new equipment with all your sponsor money) and the host lacks interview skills. She asks a question and then puts words in her guests mouths instead of waiting for their response. She could spend some time listening to great interviewers - Anna Sale, Kara Swisher, Debbie Millman- for guidance. The guests are respectable and have great info to share and Kara is a smart researcher. With some fine tuning this could be top notch.

Way to make me feel super smart. DrKF can take the most intricate research and break it down to bite size morsels that I can then metabolize (pun intended) and share with my physicians and friends. Thank you.

    🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stars!
A podcast with information you can trust! There are other “top” health care folks disseminating information that just is not very well researched. I am very discerning and selective about what health information I consume. Dr. Fitzgerald is tops. And you can tell that she’s very passionate about what she does. Please continue teaching us! I would love to see the audio improved though. That would make the listening experience much more pleasant. ♥️

    Love the content, but…
It doesn’t matter how great content is, if the audio is bad. I find myself tuning out as the volume is inconsistent and the tinniness sound is jarring. Sorry :(

    Outstanding podcasts!
It’s hard to find a podcast where you can learn so much from every episode! The topics and depth of information are incredibly inspiring and helpful in my clinical practice. Thanks so much for all of your hard work & for constantly pushing the envelope.

This shapes my thinking and mentors my practice
Dr. Fitzgerald is one of the brightest minds of our times . She reversed aging with natural diet and lifestyle …Wow I have trained as a physician with IFM where she teaches and that’s when I started listening to her podcast. It delivers the very latest and the very best in innovative health care. What I love is she combines natural medicine with cutting edge research and this junction is where the solutions to health care live. May she have lots more energy and passion to keep changing the world!

    Good information but...
Kara is very bright so I enjoy her interviews with people like Bredesen and Dayspring BUT sound level is not well balanced between Kara's voice and interviewee.

    Such Deep
I started listening to Dr. Fitzgerald’s podcasts earlier this year and have become hooked to listening to every single one. Her guests are so intelligent and so innovative in their research and clinical studies which provides so much hope to those of us that struggle with chronic illnesses that traditional medicine has not been able to prevent/treat. This is a must listen to podcast!

    Excellent
I can get overloaded with functional medicine information. As a practitioner of myself, it seems I never know enough and so sometimes shy away from this sort of thing because it just makes me feel inadequate. Not true with this podcast. Dr. Fitzgerald has a great tone and her conversations leave me feeling inspired and excited! I always enjoyed her as a presenter at IFM, and I’m so excited to get to know her better through this podcast. Thank you so much for this, Dr. Fitzgerald! You rock.

The cell danger response episode is a pain to listen to
It’s my first time listening to the show, and I started with the one on Cell Danger Response. Boy, it is a pain to listen. If the host cannot ask a question without repeating “I just want to ask you” three four times, she should just not air the episode. I couldn’t get that the speaker was trying to say at all, though he did seem to be making good points. Unfortunately, the host totally butcher conversational dynamics.

Great topics and conversation. Love it!
This podcast is extremely informative, up to date and insightful. It is special to have a show that offers such great advice from a host with such a postive attitude. If you are looking for new information, great advice and motivation this podcast offers it all. Always great conversation and upbeat comments.

    Love this podcast
As a dietitian in functional medicine, I really rely on the info provided by you and the speakers. And I also just appreciate your voice. That sound weird, but with so many podcasts out there, and so many egos, I can tell you are kind, legit and evidence-based
