Soul366Love the show!Been watching it for years! Easily my favorite cokic book podcast. From DC to TMNT to Indie to 90s cartoon, their weekly topics are always enjoyable.

Jnich44Best comic podcast out thereI can’t even say which type of episodes I like more; the special interviews with guests or creators or the thought provoking what if type episodes where they dream up alternative stories. Then there is the interesting takes on industry stories. Thanks for making great shows!
-
FutureTedComicPop rules!Great podcast, Sal and Joel have more esoteric comic knowledge than anyone out there. Every episode is a winner. Thanks and keep them coming!
-
nicholas name esq.I’m confusedFor someone that makes his living from comics, sal sure seems to hate most of them.
-
Merlin0824Comic Pop!I love all the content Comic Pop! puts out. Sal and Joel are very funny and knowledgeable, and their interactions are great. 5 out of 5, go watch and listen to other Comic Pop! shows on YouTube if you love comics.
-
jcomsa15Great showGreat show, Sal and Joel play off of each other very well. Both guys are very knowledgeable about comics. The occasional comic guests are great too.

bridgesellerI triedBut. I could t get through an episode. You two seem to enjoy tearing things down and ripping people’s efforts apart. In addition, you sound like the guys in a comic shop who look suspiciously at anyone who walks in that doesn't look like you. I listened to a recent episode and a flashback episode, hoping you may have matured some and shown that perhaps you learned something in the ensuing four years. I was disappointed. Aren’t there enough toxic fandoms out there already? Be different by having something nice to say.

AVC102203Review of an amazing, spectacular, and ultimate podcast.I love listening to this so much as I’m a comic book fan, and listening to Sal and Joel who are veterans in the medium are so entertaining to listen to. As I find myself going back and rewatching/listening back to previous episodes still enjoying and loving every minute of it. I always enjoy listening to it if I’m doing something especially as a 16 year old doing homework isn’t such a torture, as I can easily throw on an episode of elseworlds’ and be fine working, I also enjoy listening to this as I work out or run, and drawing which mostly always consist of super heroes. This was my first podcast I ever listened to and since then it has got me into more podcasts, and even as I listen to more this is still my number one favorite podcast. So if you want to listen to detailed conversations and debates over comic books, or my favorite thing to listen to which is the interviews with creators within our entertainment then you have to listen to this podcast, it’s a must, no question about it.

Scottie94Best Comic Book Podcast!Have been listening to this group for a few years now, both here and on YouTube and I gotta say that I love and appreciate everything they put out. These guys got me back into comics after I stopped reading for a few years. I love the well thought out critiques and the genuine reactions that everyone gives about a comic book or a topic. Sal is an incredible host who constantly goes above and beyond with his reviews and discussion. He’s incredibly knowledgeable on the subjects he discusses and he always provides valid critiques with comics he isn’t fond of. Tiffany has opened my eyes to many other comics that I normally wouldn’t give a second thought too and I have learned so much about things outside my own wheelhouse. I love Sal and Joel’s I’m depth conversations on a wide variety of topics and I am always looking forward for the next show! Keep up the great work!

natshuckGreat show! Audio levels too low!If you want a comic book show that is intelligent, articulate and relevant this is it. However, the audio levels are sometimes too low or there is quite a contrast between the hosts.

DC Inter FanaticSal hates joySal is the worst part of this podcast. For a guy who has never had a successful comic published he seems to get a great deal of joy out of tearing down talented writers and artists. He tears apart people like Scott Snyder, Nick Spencer, and freakin’ Grant Morrison. This guy doesn't even have 100k subscribers on YouTube but feels his opinion holds weight. He is the epitome of what’s wrong with giving EVERYONE a platform especially since he uses what little platform he does have souring people on comics. Tiff is more level-headed and measured in her critique/analysis of comics but gets man-splained by Sal every episode. Joel’s just there to be Sal’s dopey sidekick & never seems to challenge anything Sal says especially when Sal has bad takes and/or summarizes dense & nuanced comics with “idk. It’s stupid.” I listened to this pod for years and am totally fed up. There are many better comics podcasts that will actually re-affirm your love of comics. PS, Sal is one of those Spider-Man man-children that is super protective of that character & won’t accept any writer/artist DARING to do anything different. He’s one of those...ugh

branhickmanHate-filled podcastI’ve listened to multiple podcasts from this show and this Sal guy is the most negative, gatekeeping, talk smack about every little thing podcaster that I’ve listened to. Comic fans already have to fight against stereotypes of gatekeeping and pessimism and this cast does nothing to combat that. Feel free to just do you but know you, Sal, come off as a giant jerk and bring down every person that speaks around you. Protip - stop faking interest every time your wife talks about a comic. It’s painful hearing the disdain in your voice when you say things like “well that’s cool... I guess” every few statements when she’s obviously passionate and giving objective commentary.

chnallenMissing Episodes?I enjoy this podcast, but it seems some of the later episodes are missing.
-
AnanymuslolGreat show!If you're new to comics, or a seasoned reader looking to get back into them, this channel and show are for you!

disarm1977Cry BabyI’ve given this podcast several hours of my time because I hoped that it would get better. Sadly, 90% of that time has been nothing but this dude b*tching and moaning about these books. I get it. He expects better. I know that I certainly do, especially if I’m forking over my hard earned cash. But tearing down these creators and their work the way he does just adds to the toxicity of comic book fandom. Instead of being a part of the solution, he seems to relish in being a part of the problem. I just think that it’s a shame because I really wanted to love these shows. He obviously has a lot of knowledge and passion; too bad his tantrums overshadow everything.

RxBxFx0220Good, but not the bestI like this show. The hosts are fun and do a pretty good job of breaking down the comics, my biggest hang up is lack of detail about the actual episode. Aside from the title you get no detail as to what the episode is about. Other shows have timestamps with what they’re reviewing, it’d be nice if they’d at least put the comics they’re reviewing in the description. I’ve listened to entire episodes and not been interested in any of it, just thinking “well maybe the next topic will be something I care about”, so it’d be nice to know what they’re covering. Overall a good show, but there is better out there if you’re only have time to listen to a few shows.

Irishman.CamIf you love comics you’ll love ComicPop!I’ve been watching ComicPop for a long time, they are an amazing, hilarious, and well thought out group of friends just explaining, and talking about comics from across the huge spectrum of titles. They cover everything from the big two (Marvel & Dc) as well as image and other smaller indie publishers making sure to provide a space that’s comfortable for all comic readers.
-
Johnny OrnelasEssential for any comic book media fanThis show is amazing and single handedly got me into comics. Sal and the crew have such an infectious enthusiasm about comics. They do not hold back and give their clear and honest opinions about comic books as well as television and film inspired by them. Over all best show you can listen to for all your comic book related discussions.

TailGater73Appointment Listening...Love the show, listening to Sal & the gang banter reminds me of my conversations with friends at work. You guys keep it fresh & funny, there’s the occasional “language” which is fine since this is one of the shows I enjoy once my son is in bed...otherwise I’ve no complaints...keep it coming guys!!!!
-
HouseMonkiNo barrier for entrySal and Joel are comic book nerds who are not self-aggrandizing. Which is not to say they don’t find value in their hobby, because they do. Instead, the Elseworld Exchange podcast follows Stan Lee’s mindset of “every comic is someone’s first comic”. Every episode, even if they cover an idea or topic you aren’t familiar with, you will come away with a better understanding by the end.
-
LizardPitSal hates everything.Good show, but come on Sal let’s be real... I think you hate comics. I haven’t actually heard you say you actually like anything you read. Joel and Tiffany y’all are actually entertaining to listen to. Lighten up bud it’s not that serious. Try to remember you are older and comics aren't written for you anymore.

Spider-UkComicPOP! wins again!ComicPOP!'s Sal Crivelli, Tiffany Zubes and CapedJoel's own Joel Daly host a great, fun podcast with it's own really comforting fan base. Elseworlds Exchange is, as it says, an exchange of ideas based on comic book media and pop culture, recorded every week on Wednesday. I really dig the Hosts, and their extensive knowledge of the rotating topics. If you like this podcast as much as I do, please check out their Channels and their sister podcast, of which it spun-out, the Weekly Pull. A great podcast to wind down to and a fun time when you listen with friends. Just an overall happy, nerdy podcast. I'll listen to them forever.

Oreen YousufBest podcast by a mileThe Elseworlds Exchange covers any and all topics of interest to a person in the nerd/geek zeitgeist. The hosts, Sal and Joel, bring out the words us as listeners have voiced ourselves to anyone that would listen to us, but enrich the conversation with their own experiences and enthusiasm that is immediately accepted by their fan base as genuine and hilarious. Their analysis of a given topic is fluid throughout the conversation and they really have a flare for digging deep in why the subject is relevant and what it brings in its nature. It's gotten to the point that I look forward to the next podcast right after I finish one.
-
Generic RavioliAn essential listen in the podcast world. The Elseworlds Exchange is a wildly entertaining and criminally underrated podcast full of laughs.Centered around two genuine nerds talking about everything under the sun in nerd culture, this show displays fantastic chemistry between the two as they simply talk and rant over any given topic. The conversations at all times are not only gutbustingly hilarious, but are also intriguing and even factual at some points. As an avid podcast enthusiast and YouTube junkie I can't recommend this whammy of a podcast enough. It covers a vast array of topics in a consistently funny way with each new episode. This podcast is a true gem that is well worth your time. Thank you very much Sal,Joel, and crew for the hours of entertainment and good times all found within this glorious show.
-
XaintrixTop Notch Pop Culture Talk - US/CANFrom two people that makes the comic book world accessible to all comes a show that takes an 80s kid like me back in time to talk about pop topics. The insights are interesting as one host is from the US and the other Canada and they have a fun time comparing and contrasting their experiences.

Gary GianniniEpisode 32 Failed Superhero SequelsAnother great episode of the Elseworlds Exchange. Sal and Joel share anecdotal remembrances of past Superhero movies and their failed movie sequels. Wow, great episode guys. Dispite Sal coming in feeling under the weather with staunch cold/flu viewers enjoyed an amusing discussion. Touching on a failed Joel Shumacher sequel to Batman and Robin amongst others our Elseworlds Duo bring us a comedic look at what could have (but probably shouldn't have) been. Thanks guys, Gary G
