    A little insufferable at times.
After transitioning from a seasoned journeyman technician role I initially found this podcast to be helpful and well knowledgeable but over time after listening to many of their podcast, I can say their lack of technician first hands on experience just rubs off as typical service advisor behavior of a maybe once short lived lube tech/tire tech who moved into an advisor position. For how much they seem to tout the concept of not wasting a technicians time and understanding the value of not tying one up the tactics I’ve listened to on their implementation seems far from it. Also, I could do with far less of their non related banter, thought it was a service department podcast..

Love the show, always great information. Hey Chris, on the latest episode you gave us the real formula for hours per RO as labor sales/# of RPs/ELR. After a lightbulb moment, this also always equals total hours sold/# of ROs.

    Great Stuff!!
I have learned so much stuff from this guy! I literally re-downloaded my podcast app to hear more!!! Background..I am the only female in my service department. “Women in the service drive” is a must!! Wish there were more information for women out there! Thanks so much Chris for being an inspiration for us all!!

    To much BS talk
I found the podcast and really dove into it so I could hopefully learn something. I found some fantastic content within the work but it was just to sparse. I like a great deal of folks have limited time to listen and this podcast wastes half of its time with mindless banter not at all related to the title. I'm gonna skip and buy the book and hopefully it will be better. Tip Mr Collins save the shat talk for the shop limit it on your podcast.

    Best Service Drive Podcast
This podcast stands alone. Chris and Gary always share insightful and ingenious solutions to everyday problems faced in dealership’s service departments. They’re not like typical dealership consultants, either. They’re relatable and grounded. And they’re usually drinking a little tequila. If you’re looking for a laugh, I recommend the Service Drive Happy Hour episode. You’ll love it! Personally, I keep tuning in to make sure Gary’s not dead. Seriously, his cholesterol baffles me. If you watch the full video on their website, you’ll understand. I always get great content out of every episode and they’re incredibly consistent in providing new episodes weekly. This podcast quickly became a regular staple in my week.
