By far the best horror podcast I’ve found so far I listen for background noise and the stories are bone chilling and I love that it’s clean. Most of the stories admittedly are probably fake but I enjoy the creativity and scariness of these stories. I’ve had many paranormal encounters so hearing these are spooky!

Not believable stories. It just sounds like bad Reddit horror stories from neck beards trying to practice their creative writing. Much better horror pods out there

I love the documentary style you used for this episode and hope you make more episodes using this style. The stories are factual and true and that’s what I like. Your regular episodes are ok but I sometimes doubt that some of the stories are true. Some of them sound made up. Not by you of course but by whoever submitted them. You’re doing a great job and I love all of your shows.

Iv been listening since my 6th grade year back in 2016, I have loved every episode since! I love the reading style and the way you make the story immersive!!

I’m a huge fan of this podcast & decided to preorder the new book by Darkness Prevails [aka Daddy Darkness 🤣 lol, sorry I had to!] & Freaky Folklore’s host, Carman Carrion.. the hardcover is beautiful. It arrived just in time for my day-long flight across the country, followed by 4-day road trip back home. So excited to start reading it!

Awesome podcast!! I love the stories, and Dark Prevail’s voice is great for the narration of such creepy tales. There’s been many days where I’ve listened to this show for 6-8 hours, as it’s so interesting and easy to listen to

I think this podcast is not real but every time I listen to it I have to constantly look over my shoulder.

Every time I listen to one of these, I always keep looking over my shoulder. I always have to have at least someone in the room with me as well, but I can’t seem to stop playing them!! I like scary stuff, but sometimes it can be a little too much. Sometimes I wish I could experience something a little creepy, but nothing’s happened to me… Yet. Well, stay creepy everyone, and stay safe!!

This is an amazing podcast! The narrator makes his voice creepy which makes it perfect. The stories give me chills and nightmares. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!

I wish there were more Bigfoot compilations. Other than that it’s absolutely amazing

I love this so much it is so amazing to listen to, I think it is amazing.

But the host is hard to listen to. Not my cup of tea. They have to have a good voice to keep me around.

Idk if these stories are fake or real but they’re all fun and scary! It would also be good to have a sound after each story!

It’s a good podcast. But, the stories seem way too made up to be remotely believable. The host is great. But the content seems very much like everything is a short story

It’s a very good podcast this was the first podcast that I listened to that got me into scary mystery stories. But the stories are very repetitive and nothing really new.

First off may your best friend Rest In Peace but This did not make him kill himself all of the other reasons are almost 100% the reason he killed himself. And this podcast is only a platform for others to share their experiences and the narrator just reads them. ( genuine question tho if you knew all that was going on why didn’t you get him help?)

Hi I listen to your podcast also if you ever see this I have a story for you. I live in California in a Christian family home I’m not so very religious thou but my parents are I was laying in bed watching tv I looked to my left and saw a tall black figure it had a white smile and it was staring at me I couldn’t move so I thought it was just sleep paralysis but it wasn’t because it slowly and slowly walk toward we showing it’s sharp teeth it still looking at me with a smile I saw it reach it’s tongue a long spiny tongue I screamed and it was gone my parents ran into my room worried for me I ended up sleeping with my mom that night but ever since I sleep in my room I always sleep with a light on it for some reason it hated the light but I’ve never seen it again after that one night. Also I’m 16 years old my name is echo I hope you tell my story.

my best friend killed himself because this podcast scared him so bad. It's also possible he killed himself because of the abusive parents, social awkwardness, betrayal by people he thought of as friends, alcoholism, drugs, depression, and his sister dying, but i think it was the podcast. I'm also thinking of suing for the hundreds of dollars I lost due to the many mattresses that had to be thrown away because i wet myself multiple times while listening to this podcast. Also can you do a best stories of 2023 episode? P.S. that is not a robot voice he's just got a good voice so shut up rafflmao and Teanahbean. Also shout out to Nikomede for turning everything into a race problem. Not everyone is a "racist" and can't you spend your time doing something better with your life than judging other people and trying to get people to think they are terrible people as bad as slave owners and white supremacists.

I love cryptic stories , wired stuff . I find it fun . This podcast is amazing . Well spoken , great stories and usually at lest an hour long . Don’t listen with a skeptic mind, just relax , enjoy the story and imagine yourself within the words.my favorites are missing 411 type & Bigfoot & dogman Great channel sir ! Bravo 👏 Also, this podcast is NOT a once a week show . He puts quality content out almost every day. Follow, and watch out, this will definitely end up in your top 3 podcasts.

The stories are good and the narrator is good but the editing is terrible. Every episode has at least one part where it will randomly replay the last minute or skip over something. It’s very jarring and takes you out of the creepy mood.

I found this podcast a few months ago. I listen to it while working, driving, or even sleeping. There are too many episodes to mention, but here are my top 2 episodes that come to mind. Today (10/05/22) was the best I’ve heard in a while! The episodes from 05/12/21 (The Scariest Stories I’ve Ever Written) is probably my favorite. Keep up the good work, and thank you for having one of the few clean scary podcasts.

Because they are tacking on some other podcast at the end now. It makes me strongly dislike the podcast imposed upon me and even love my favorite podcast less.

I get it, a lot of these are written by children. But oh my god. Punctuation.

I enjoy this podcast with the man actually telling the stories but The ladies that come in halfway through are irritating. It’s like 2 different podcasts got mashed together that don’t correlate whatsoever.

Love the content and the length. Entertaining and keeps ya thinking. It’s all so StRaNgE…
