    Practical and Actionable Guidance
I enjoy this podcast immensely - the content is always fresh and realistic, and I love how Aaron and Jocelyn work together to share the message. Highly recommend to any couple in any season of their relationship, but especially to those who are in one of the tougher seasons of raising young kids.

Enjoy the content, wish for less interruptions.
I enjoy the content because I feel like it’s nice to be reminded of the ways we can improve our marriage. I don’t love how Aaron is constantly interrupting Jocelyn. I’ve been binge listening to episodes recently and it occurs quite often.

    Phenomenal!
That’s the only word that fits! I am a mental health therapist and I give these episodes as homework to clients. The Freemans are creating incredible content and I so appreciate it.

    Just Give it a Listen
I came across this couple from a video I found on Instagram and have been hooked ever since. They break down such foundational elements every couple goes through in a way which is so easy to digest. I look forward to their new content every week and am so thankful I came across them. My husband and I also took their 30-day challenge and it was so worth the investment. We now do weekly check ins every week and it has truly made such an impact. Thank you to what you bring to couples every week. I hope their content helps whoever else is reading this. Just listen to at least one of their episodes, it’s worth your time.

    Required Listening!
I work in the marriage industry, but the research can be dry and boring. I love how the Freeman’s break down the findings in an engaging way that’s easily digestible and applicable. Highly recommend for those in a relationship, be it married or not. Thank you, Freeman fam!

    So relatable! So applicable!
My husband and I are high school sweethearts with 4 kids, and have really benefitted from listening to episodes either together or on the same day and starting healthy conversations around the concepts! Even having known each other most of our lives, we are still learning healthy ways to strengthen our marriage, and this podcast and couples challenge have been great tools!!

    😁
I love how these episodes have practical tips to help improve your marriage! They also do a good job at explaining concepts that completely apply to my husband and I, but we didn’t have the words to explain. The episode on What Men Need is a perfect example of this.

    Listen and Decide
Meaningful and significant is establishing fundamental groundwork for healthy conflict. Each person making these commitments and communicating as Aaron and Jocelyn discuss is a critical component to all conflict. Two gems in this podcast among many are “emotions are data” and “when you feel emotional overwhelm-listen more than you talk”. #decide

    Relatable Couples Conversation
I stumbled upon The Freemans on Instagram and signed up for a 30-day challenge after scrolling through their content. Now a follower, I thought I’d listen to their most recent podcast and wow! I was delighted by how relatable and refreshing they were. I immediately sent the podcast to my spouse because it was brief enough to get though while driving or doing chores, but provoking enough to inspire conversation. I can’t wait to learn more, and to strengthen my marriage… because love is commitment and intention every day 💍🤍🫶

    One can make a difference
My husband and I were/are struggling for years after babies came into our life. In January, baby #3 arrived. Shortly thereafter I started pumping and bottle feeding the baby, and so every night I had a bunch of pump parts and bottles to wash. I also started walking about 30 minutes per day. I found this podcast and 30 day challenge, and signed on myself. I've listened privately for 8 months now. They are extremely thoughtful and thought provoking. I do believe that my time spent listening to these podcasts has improved my relationship with my husband. I look forward to a time when we have time to listen together.

    Short and sweet
I love the Freeman’s podcasts, they are always short and to the point. I get a man and woman’s perspective of their practical information. I tend to listen first and then send the ones my husband can benefit from to him.

    Invaluable marriage wisdom
I’ve been listening to The Freeman’s for about 6 months now. They are amazing. The amount of wisdom and knowledge they have is incredible and I have learned so much just by listening to the podcasts. Although my marriage has a long way to go until reconciliation and full healing, I know that God has us in his hands and it’s people like the Freeman’s that help along the way. Hoping for my husband and I to use the guides and read the book intentionally because I know it’s going to help! The 30 day couples challenge back in June helped a lot.

    Pushing Products
Annoyed at the teasing of info and not actually providing actionable info. They want to sell you on their guides and retreats … I get it but it’s too much and not enough value.

Amazing podcast other than the fact that…
Love this podcast! They have great insights and advice! My only qualm is that Aaron cuts Jocelyn off a lot and sometimes even says “no that’s not gonna work” after she gives a great analogy or thought. I’m not a huge fan of that and I would love to hear more from her.
  • JeSsIcA34567

So Practical and Down to Earth
Absolutely love listening to this couple. Hearing their advice often just helps me keep the health of my marriage, and my behavior in our marriage top of kid. Easy to apply. Lots of Aha Moments. Easy to listen to. Started working with them in private couples session last year and couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the conversations my husband and I are having now because of their help.

Modeling HOPE for a thriving relationship.
These two are the real deal. They live what they teach and are transparent about how their marriage works and doesn’t. It’s easy to fall into cynicism around love and connection sometimes… I really appreciate how the Freeman’s give practical advice and strategies with the mindset and principles that are the foundation for the actions. Stop what you’re doing and listen.

    Practical advice with clear takeaway’s
My husband and I have been listening to the Freeman’s for a while. We will listen to an episode then discuss it together. They breakdown common relationship problems and give clear guidance on things to do. There advice is just so much more practical than other marriage podcasts. And I also think they hit other topics not commonly talked about, like intention versus impact.
  • JulieAashley
    Listening for 2 yrs now!
I’ve been married 3 years now and The Freeman’s have provided so much valuable advice. I’m truly thankful because their podcasts really helped my husband and I navigate the first years of marriage. From learning our communication styles to learning how to argue in a healthy way has been extremely helpful. Can’t wait to hear all the valuable advice they will share as they enter a new phase in life as parents. There is so much to learn and love how easy they make it to understand! Thank you for supporting us couples and congratulations on baby Skye! 💛
