I got connected to you when I listened to Jen Hemphill, Her Dinero Matters. and you gave some incredible insight as to how our minds works that you had me at “brain!” This episode, where you had Liz, from las comadres. Liz. Also inspired me and furthermore, I want to connect with her because my daughter, Juliana, who is just 8 tiny years old, was meeting her her teacher about starting a saver environment through not littering, using resources such as reusable bag instead of plastic bags. And I really want Juliana’s voice to be heard! I really am enjoying your podcasts and they give me inspiration & motivation to help me and Juliana grow… thank you.

I was recently a guest on the podcast after learning about her great podcast! The entire process was extremelly well thought out and her team provided all the support needed to prepare for the episode. Her podcast is amazing as she interviews individuals with different backgrounds and does a great job with her questions while making the guest feel at home. I highly recommend listening to her podcast as you’ll learn how so many people from different cultures have been succeeding in their career despite their past.

Pam is so down to earth and low key love her voice. Her questions to guests always take a pleasant turn and it brings out knowledge but also personality from them. Love how varied each guest is too, they’re all so inspiring! 🫶🏼

So disappointed to find this podcast but hearing all of the excuses for the men in their lives who abandoned families is just too much to take. Excusing it as generational trauma for the choices they make is just gross.

Finally, I feel like I have a bit of a ‘place’. As a biracial, second gen Mexican-American, I really struggled with identity through a lot of my younger years. In the last few years, I’ve really started to understand why this was such a task for me —just as I learned that I wasn’t alone in this feeling. A friend sent me this podcast and I was hooked immediately. It’s so relatable in so many ways but I’d say almost equally important are the guests with such a wide array of lived experiences so very different from my own. The questions and conversations make me feel like I’m part of it, and like I’d so love to be next to them sipping my own cafecito tambien. Pam is clearly passionate about her work and her curious mind and thoughtful questions keep me eager for the next episode. I’m a very grateful listener !

I have just listened to my first Cafe con Pam episode and I LOVED it. Although I’m not LatinX, I so identified with the story. Pam is a very skilled interviewer. She really knows how to bring out her guest, and she is engaged with the guest, is present to them, but doesn’t overwhelm them or make the interview about herself. One episode and I’m telling others what I heard.

I’ve been listening to Cafe con Pam for some years now and am always so pleased with the conversations and knowledge shared. It’s very inspiring to learn about the guest speakers and their stories. When i first came across this podcast i fell in love right away. Her inclusive-warm conversations truly brake barriers in the most relateable latin and poc way. It was one of the first podcasts that i could actually relate to with topics that matter curated in a very relevant and reassuring loving way. She truly delivers in each and every episode getting the most out of her amazing guests. I have laughed, i have cried , felt the warmth through her interviews, reassured my point of views in a way i couldn’t put words to before, and learned and opened my eyes about so many topics new to le. Her topics range from self help to entrepreneurship, and spirituality, among many others. Pam is very inspiring herself and her warm voice and her podcast speaks for the grand human being that she is. What a gift to include us in her growth journey. I have listened to every episode since a year after she aired her podcast and i keep and will continue to listen . With every episode i listen to I leave more knowledgeable, empowered, heard, represented, and happy . With conversations that leave you with the warmest good feelings. I found this podcast back in 2019, after another podcaster and therapist (Alejandra Alejandre, LMFT) I listen to was interviewed on this show at the time. This podcast immediately caught my attention bc of the name! I love Pam’s approach and it feels like I’m listening to a friend. There are so many good interviews. And it’s difficult to choose- but recently I enjoyed Chloe’s and hope she comes back for another one. Episodes 235 with Diana was super inspiring. I’ve found myself following many of the guests Pam has interviewed and it’s nice to learn about them and their experiences. I definitely appreciate the inclusion and diversity within our community. I had stopped listening to the podcast in 2020, but found it again last year and have made it a mission of mine to listen to all the episodes (just need 164 more, lol)

I love Pam, the way she speaks and has such natural conversations with her guests. Every episode is full of wisdom and interesting stories. I feel so much warmth binging this series while I work, I am so grateful I found it. I feel so inspired to make sure I am being paid my worth and know its never to late to change careers and complete my life goals. After hearing from so many inspiring guests, I am excited for my own future.

I have been listening to Pam for over a year and whenever I am having a moment a doubt I put on an episode because regards of the topic, I was always take away something. Pam’s approach to such diverse topics is like a good chisme, pero un chisme que te ayuda en la vida (it’s like some juicy gossip that helps you navigate life). I especially love the episodes all in Spanish or a good mix of Spaniglish!

Such a great bilingual podcast! I love how Pam introduces all of her guests. It feels like I’m sitting in the same room with my tecito. All of her guests touch on aspects that the Latinx community go through and overcome in their own way. It’s inspiring ❤️

Amazing podcast and content! I did give it 4 stars because sometimes I feel like Pam talks over guests and does not ask intriguing questions.. most of the time I know what pam’s stance is on the guests’ content.. and don’t hear much of what the guest has to say. Regardless this is worth subscribing to and will keep supporting! 💪🏽
