SawyerETXGo to GuysI have been a proud Element listener for about 5 years now. Tyler and KC are from a region that I’m from so they speak to me on a level that I understand. They also stand for the things that I stand for in life. Best podcast ever! God bless,

Jd8285God, Family, OutdoorsBy far one of my favorite podcasts, always re-listening to previous episodes while waiting for new ones to come out. These dudes are all about God, Family, and Outdoors!

Slowand OldI am learningI finally found a show that is helping me learn more about hunting public land in Texas as well as other areas. These guys are realistic about the challenge and I am encouraged by them. I hunt deer that are pressured and they explain many things that others don’t. The three things to do to get a buck episode was awesome. Thanks guys.

Eric7298One of the Best Hunting PodsTyler & KC are great. I appreciate the combination of knowledge & strategy but it never gets too deep in the weeds. Their advice is practical and can be applied by just about anyone. It doesn’t require tons of expensive anything and they recognize so much of what is important comes with experience. As a pretty new hunter that means a lot to me and it helps shorten some of the learning curve. Also, love they share their faith in Jesus and love this country. One of my favorite podcasts. Give it a listen. You will keep coming back

JWileyKLove itI really appreciate listening to the element guys. I feel like I learn something new about hunting with every episode. K.C. And Tyler aren’t afraid to talk about the Bible either, and they inspire me to grow in my walk with the Lord.
-

6484Favorite podcast!I love the latest podcast released! I have had to edit this review because I don’t know how to leave one for specific episodes but I would love to hear more like this. There is so much content out there for the how-toos of deer hunting but these candid discussions about values and faith are so refreshing and I hope it leads more in our community to the Lord.
-
Murdawg_67Must ListenThese guys are awesome!! You tube channel is amazing, love the buck truck series. If you enjoy hunting and learning about hunting, start on the first episode and roll, watched these guys grow and rewatch their you tube channel almost every night, PS. Can we get some Element DVDs out there? Not a dying technology, old camper no service, Walmart DVD player is the way to go, love to see the Element DVD next to Bone Collector & Bear Horizons!

I love the authentic look into their hunting experience and the fact that their love for the Lord is naturally on display. I appreciate all the effort they put in and highly recommend it!

im going to jailLove it Y’allLove the podcast and listening to K.C. And Tyler. I’m a big whitetail hunter and while there might not be ton of tips and tricks, the one y’all do give are great. Good having some more southern ( and I assume Christian) guys on the MeatEater network.
-
bighunter08LOVE THE POD!!!Love the pod fellas! Glad ya started one up. I really enjoyed the listen and look forward to many more!! Best of luck this season!! Stay safe, shoot straight & have fun!!!

Hogjaw HabitatEarly season deer hunting prepJust listened to this episode. I loved the portion about hunting over corn. I hunt Alabama on a non Resident tag. I pay $70 for me to hunt over bait and $70 each for my two girls to hunt over bait. Not only does that money help us see and kill more deer, it also puts more money into the conservation purse to help out with things the wildlife needs. Things like public land improvements and research for all kinds of wildlife. I bet it even improves a hiking trail or two. Glad you guys are making it in this industry and glad you were able to team up with the Meateater crew. I think all you guys have your heads and hearts in the right place.

Paul Mooney OutdoorsQuickly becoming my favoriteGreat hunting podcast, feels like your just listening along to a conversation with your buddies. Really like the bits of faith they incorporate here and there, it’s refreshing that they are open and don’t try to hide it. Keep up the great work guys
-
madouble tPicky podcast listenerI am a relatively picky podcast. Picky, picky, podcast listener and the quality of the audio and just general discussion and how clean and organized and useful relative the topics of information are given leaves me speechless. Would I expect anything less from the MeatEater? No keep killing it guys you guys rock God bless.
-
Allen Reid 5378Best discussionI love this show and I’m working my way backwards. I’d love to know why you shoot Method arrows instead of Day Six now

@Zoe_The_English_Lab on igTrying, but can’t get there.Gentlemen, it’s not an inside joke fest. More content and less mindless banter might help. I understand how some seek out faith in everything in their lives, I’m just not that person but hold it against no one, if that’s their focus. You lose people when you start to interject religion into a hunting podcast, but you’ve said “I don’t care”. A VP over at Anheuser Busch said the same and look how that worked out. Read your ENTIRE audience better. Please try to not speak over each other. Please stick to the content and stay linear in your storytelling (less tangents about digestive issues without details, etc.) The Tenth Legion references were getting tiresome in latest episode. It shows a narrow mindedness. If you’re going to criticize something, provide some detail. Lastly, listen to meateater podcast. No inside jokes, so sophomoric giggling, little tangents without Steve’s guidance, no talking over each other. You’ll vastly improve this production. I’m going to try a little longer, but you’re going to alienate more than you’ll attract with this directionless banter - unless that’s what you’re trying to accomplish.
-
jgunn15AwesomeI like this podcast as much or better than the original meateater. As a fellow Christian, I appreciate y’all being open about your faith! Plus I don’t have to listen to weak evolution theories. That’s just a plus. Very entertaining, keep up the great work.

Idbd442Left turnThey lost me at “my favorite antagonist is Hitler”. Man it was all laughs until two of them are putting Hitler in the same category as Jaffar and Iceman….

wri290ghtGreat contentWelcome to meat eater, just found out about you guys, I’ll be listening every week.
-
Lucious456LegitimatelyI gave this podcast a shot as I am an avid listener of other meateater network podcasts. I was enjoying the most recent episode when I witnessed the repeated misuse of the slang word “Legit.” “Legit” is short for “legitimate” and not short for “legitimately” which is a totally different word. This is a common mistake that can be forgiven if infrequent, but makes you sound more uneducated with each use. I enjoyed the podcast and look forward to new episodes!

Smarti6785Thank youI wanted to thank you guys for the kind and frequent mentions of the quality hunting in the state of Arkansas. As a resident of the state, I am occasionally disappointed with what seems to be a negative outsider perspective of our wildlife and hunting habitat in general. Thanks to you guys and people like Clay Newcomb Arkansas is getting the recognition it deserves. I’m also a new listener and enjoy the “southern” spin you y’all put on your hunting adventures and approaches to story telling. Thanks again.
-
Taken it Slow...Unintended ConsequencesMan, I love y’alls content, but most of all I love the way you give all glory and praise to our Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ! Keep it up!
-
Osborn OutdoorsNot Worth My TimeToo much joking about other shows and people in the outdoor industry, and too much non hunting conversations. It shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to get into the topic.
-
Captain JMMAwesomeA group that has fun!! We can dig deep into the weeds and lose the fun of hunting. We all over analyze a hunt and lose the fun of just hunting. Get out sit hunt and enjoy. It’s a relief to hear a group that really enjoys the hunt. Keep it up!!
-
Mike Pineywoods TexasEast Texas brotherLove y’all‘s podcast/YouTube channel. Great to hear and see local guys making it in the hunting industry. I’m about 45 miles south of y’all in a little town of Eustace. Keep up the good work guys.

thompson447Great JobI found out about this show from having listened to an episode of The Southern Outdoorsman podcast a few months ago. I’ve been listening ever since, and I really enjoy how down to earth, blue collar, and relatable the guys are. I live in Mansfield, TX and took up archery in 2020. I’ve been lucky enough to harvest a Texas public land buck in 2020 and 2021 with a tree saddle. I’ve also been up to Oklahoma and have aspirations to hit some other states. I say all that because it seems there aren’t a lot of Bowhunting podcasts that are based in Texas and it seems like bowhunters outside of this state are surprised when they hear about Bowhunting taking place (in this state). It’s refreshing and relatable to listen to these guys and I always make sure I’m paying attention, and often I’ll rewind pieces back to ensure I really absorb the information - because they go in to such great detail. Great job guys and keep it up. I’ve only been at this for two seasons now but I’m hooked. I listen to podcasts and try to absorb as much content year round, just being a student - getting that itch for season in February haha. You can catch me all year sippin a cold beer in my garage with Whiskey Myers (shout to east Texas) jamming, and me shooting arrows in to my target from 7 feet away to make sure my mechanics are dialed. Thank you for all that you guys do!!
-
MdnaborsGood Ol Texas Boys and BucksI’m so glad I found this podcast. They are hardcore hunters but seem to be great family guys and Christ followers too who are unapologetic about sharing their faith while telling epic deer hunting stories. I’d love to share deer camp with these guys someday and chase big whitetails! Keep up the great work guys.
-
_Try_Again_Didn’t have to listenWatched the New Mexico elk hunt on YouTube. Shot a bull and didn’t even go look for your arrow? Just decided that the bull lived and never tried to track him? What a joke. Hunting at its worst.
-
Suffering OutdoorsAwesome podcastI love the Element podcast. KC and Tyler are fun, energetic, and educational. I look forward to following along with each episode and watching their YouTube videos. John from Suffering Outdoors.

Two plyVery informative and rawI love how these guys interact with one another and keep it fun. They do a great job breaking hunting down and offer a perfect mix of basic and advanced tactics. One of my favorite parts of the podcast is when there is a part that clearly was meant to be edited out. It may sound sarcastic, but it’s not. These guys are real, the stories are real and they own their failures just like their successes. I am late to the party and thankfully have plenty of episodes to catch up on. Seth Durham ME

Aa85667Hard passInane banter. Non well produced. Too much whining and not enough useful info. Wouldn’t even put this in the top 20 of hunting podcasts.
