-
Dad Bod JayThe homiesIt’s crazy to think I actually get excited when the weekly episode drops. Love the banter and the hilarious stream of consciousness. Especially Killian’s love for stoicism 😂 Currently saving for PSL1! Much love!

NFL_Fan_72Intelligent comedyAsk me to describe this show in two words and there ya have it. Bravo, gents. Keep winning -Andy

DJ XelluT H I C CSuper insightful information on how to be thicc. If Apple could declare one podcast to be the most thicc, this would be it. Top tier content.
-
SorreyCanadaUsed to be betterThe podcast used to focus on training. Now half the time it’s just a couple of guys talking about how it was growing up on the tough streets of Canada (eh?). I’ve learned a lot from the PreScript gang … hopefully they bring the pod back to more applicable content.

Marcosm524Most informativeJordan ROCKS!

Jordan HamsleyThis has changed the way I approach trainingJordan & Jordan have provided me a valuable resource, a new mental approach to training. I always trained hard & I’d say began training smart throughout grad school for strength & conditioning coaching, but the way they speak on training made me evaluate the biomechanics of the lifts I do and way I do/prescribe them so much more. I always learn from this show and it’s ranges from funny to deep/insightful. Awesome podcast.

Dr. de CastroAmazingAs a fellow chiropractor, I enjoy hearing a combination of a strength coach mentality and the chiropractic training. It's raw, and we need more of that in our profession. Shake up the status quo, because it isn't working anymore! Thanks for starting this guys, keep up the amazing work and training more and more people not what to think, but how to think

BeyonmelSTU & Jordan are the dream teamThis new episode with Stu is the best episode yet. A lot of the time Jordan goes over my head with the way he presents info but Stu just makes sense. He helped me figure out bracing before a squat in this episode in such a simple way it’s ridiculous. Can’t wait to hear him again on here. Love the podcast please bring back Stu soon💯🙏🏼

babajajaa356th rating woohooThe show has excellent content, guests and very knowledgeable hosts, do like I did and BINGE listen! @Titanfuelsupplements

EvanPetersonCan’t stop listening! The Jordan’s are hilariously informative. Every episode that features both will make you LOL at least 3 times and still deliver valuable info. 9.25/10 would tend a live recording. Have a bar and lounge chairs set up around their Adirondack chairs and let us enjoy a great glass of whiskey will taking in the banter and learnin’

乔学生1955Catching upI’m binge listening as I try to catch up to everything these guys have released. Great perspectives from two different views of fitness by two guys that understand anatomy and physiology. I’m learning as we go. Thanks guys. OK, I’m still only up to Episode 61, but you guys are over 300 reviews. You are still THICCCCCCCC!

swoodbury24Regarding Episode 114The point of the red x is to bring awareness that slavery does still exist. It’s not just in 3rd world countries. One example in North America is human trafficking. Yes, more can be done by actually helping. The End It movement was created strictly to bring awareness in hopes that people would do more than just draw a red x on the back of their hands. Other than that, great podcasts.

johnbeck1000Blows my mind...1 of the best podcast out there. The Jordan’s are knowledgeable at what they do, really feed off each other and have different specialties in training so it mixes well for everyone. Jordan Shallow is awesome to listen to and he blows my mind with his understanding of biomechanics and strength training plus knowing how to get it across to an average joe like myself
-
freewillyfitnessThese maple syrup drinking spandex wearing guys have a killer showMost of the time these guys sound they’re speaking another language in comparison to the average person without anatomical knowledge. But one of the best podcasts I could recommend to anyone who is involved in health and fitness. If you call yourself a trainer and you’re not listening to this on a regular basis, you’re doing yourself and your clients a disservice
-
KEvinJM2415Best podcast on iTunesAs someone who works in both the strength and conditioning field and chiropractic field, these guys are spot on. Their mindset is what both fields need much more of. Dr Shallow and Dr Juinta are both hilarious and extremely smart individuals that understand how our bodies works and how to leverage their understanding of the human body to optimize training. The guests on the podcast are awesome and each one brings a unique story and perspective that give insight into this crazy world of training, fitness, and clinical rehab.

j_dinkzRX’d RadioThis podcast is one of the very few I listen to regularly. As Chiropractor who still trains heavy and implements exercise based interventions in practice, I myself have learned a TON from just listening and tuning in, sometimes even taking notes to utilize in my own private practice. Dr. Shallow is one of the smartest people I have encountered in this profession. The Dr. Jiunta and Dr. Shallow combo is lethal in terms on knowledge and clinical pearls. The amount of useful information, whether it is clinical, training, business (they would laugh but seriously), or just great life advice in general, this podcast is constantly playing from my phone. Thank you guys for the knowledge and hilarity, the blend between those is second to none (I’ve laughed out loud in my car by myself). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Russell DalrympleI took their advice and squatted 1,100The sea was angry that day, my friends - like an old man trying to send back soup in a deli. I got about fifty feet out and suddenly, the great beast appeared before me. I tell you he was ten stories high if he was a foot. As if sensing my presence, he let out a great bellow. I said, "Easy, big fella!" And then, as I watched him struggling, I realized that something was obstructing its breathing. From where I was standing, I could see directly into the eye of the great fish. Mammal. Whatever. Well then, from out of nowhere, a huge tidal wave lifted me, tossed me like a cork, and I found myself right on top of him - face to face with the blowhole. I could barely see from the waves crashing down upon me, but I knew something was there. So I reached my hand in, felt around, and pulled out the obstruction.

jayaaadeeThe homies!Worth listening to every episode... brilliant, hilarious, informative and much much more!

G44PBest Podcast EverLove your guy’s mentality on life, business, and training. Learn something new every single episode.
-
waffleirongymWorth a listenJordan’s rants are awesome. Very informative and opinionated, not in a bad way. The hosts know who they are and what basic principles they believe in. Hopefully this helps get them up in the ratings. Maybe even enough to get on the Massenomics top 10 strength training podcasts.
-
Ratt_PakBest Learning PodcastLearn something new/intriguing from every episode. Jordan and Jordan are both no BS people and are also funny as hell.
-
Dtheman555Tons of muscle hereJ & J are fitness guru’s, with a great mix of strength and mobility. Understanding proper movement is underrated by the young, however, old gym rats like me can appreciate working through injuries rather than working around them to continue basic movements like squats and deadlifts (my favorites). Keep up the great work.
-
Logo17Awesome fitness podcastI love the tactical, honest and real rawness Jordan delivers in this podcast. Seriously amazing guests and Ben is a absolutely amazing host. Every episode teaches me something new. I hit subscribe and definitely can’t wait for the next show!!!

-
reviews require nicknames? The good goodThe perspective on strength sports as well as manual therapies, the level of detail (manifested mostly in blackout rants), and the entertainment factor of this podcast are fantastic. Whether it is a new frame of reference or a completely new concept, i learn something from every podcast.
-
caolsonApril 6th Show with TonyI don’t know how to leave a review for an exact episode. No one will read the emails I would send to Dr Shallow or Tony so I’ll post it here. The April 6th episode was one of the best podcast episodes I’ve ever listened to. So much rang true in my own life, beliefs and experiences. I had to pull over and just listen. Thanks for this
-
KyleMcKeeRGood knowledge and top tier rants.Like elite level rants.
-
Steven StearnsAmazing podcastThe way the Jordans think really pushes you to analyze your own methods and practices. As someone hoping to go into physical therapy, these two embody the type of clinician I hope to be one day. Incredibly funny, incredibly intelligent guys who make excellent points and make them very easy to understand.
-
_slick_rick_The goal is to get big and F*** OFF STRONGThe Jordan’s take on life, the fitness industry, and strength training is honest and absolutely worth a listen. Come for the humor, stay for great programming advice.
-
Boleti60980One of my favoritesI listen to this while I train. It makes me feel like Jordan and Jordan are in the gym with me making fun of my squat form and skinny calves. But in all seriousness it has actually changed a lot of things that I had been doing that weren’t working well. I’m also using the pre_script.com lower body reset program now for some hip pinching that’s been plaguing me for months and it’s working well. I’m a Physician Assistant and this podcast has also helped me find more practical and knowledgeable ways to help my patients. Worth a listen for sure.

matthew sigmundFavorite podcast I listen toThese dudes always kill it

Rush9192I Don’t Think You’ll Die Nameless... but...Don’t worry Jordan, if you die nameless, like the kind gent on youtube predicts, I will still let people know about this podcast. You guys are doing a kickass job in a world of therapists and practitioners who practice with mediocrity at best. I am continuing to work to better myself and my practice in a way that I can be ethically and morally proud of. I love listening to the show on the way to and from the office. Funny and informative. Keep doing what you’re doing and don’t die just yet, because I haven’t found a replacement podcast. Keep grinding guys. Yours Truly Chad Rush at Rush Chiropractic Center
-
TurnNCoffG.O.A.T.Just started working my way through the show, each episode drops a knowledge bomb bigger than Hiroshima. The information the Jordan’s share and the light shed on stability and functionality, and debunking the common lifting myths is second to none. Keep the episodes coming guys!
-
TyyttytLove the showThis show is such a good balance of entertainment and information. Love the show I’ll definitely will be purchasing your programs.
-
Bmal26RX’D, MindPumpGreat podcast. Solid mix of entertainment and really good value. These guys make you feel like you’re sitting in the room with them having the conversation. Great guys and great minds together. You will gain something listening any episode.
-
PikovAndropovTwo Assinine People Way Smarter Than MeThe podcast is the first one that manages to keep my attention being interesting throughout. They don't water down their information to a bottom level, they put out what they know and the info they give is so good it makes me angry I didn't know about them before. Also I had to download Itunes to leave a review, which is total crap. THICC

DopestDopeEverSmokedDopest Dope Ever SmokedFirst off #FuckTurkishGetUps .....This is by far the funniest and most informative podcast ever established. The easy to digest analogies and extremely detailed information that they provide makes this podcast 100 levels above the rest...and paired with the HILARIOUS jokes and interactions between these 2 makes me extremely excited once I hear that a new episode has been released. Talk about pitching a tent hahahaha! ALL AROUND AWESOME PODCAST!
-
Top40haterFantasticI love this podcast. Very informative from guys that push their systems.

RaynocerosWhen to get a coach?I’ve been lifting for about 13 years now. Mostly for sports, then focused on bodybuilding and competed and finally grew up and grew a pair and have been competing in powerlifting for about a year and a half - 2 years. I understand my physical and CNS limits and incorporate a lot of mobility/stability work since my weights have gotten a lot heavier I found the need for it real quick. It was about the same time I found your guys podcast and apply a lot of what you talk about. My question is at what point do I or anyone else decide it’s time for a coach? Is it the weight? Continuous injury? Someone to be able to have a strong grasp on correct movement patterns. Plateaus? Just a desire to get better? I’ve been contemplating it for a while and want to know what you guys think dictates the right time to get a (hopefully) professional eye for my lifts and training. Cheers.
-
Crunkkid23Best fitness podcast out thereAwesome content, no BS, and just the right about of crude humor. Would love if you guys did an episode on overtraining I feel like you guys could shed some light on this for sure.
-
Li McCInformative, explanatory yet extremely wittyHilarious and witty podcast packed with real informative, explanatory knowledge and bs-free content within the athletic and fitness industry.
-
Tuffie226Brawn via brainsWhen I first checked out the podcast I just assumed it was another lifters podcast that talked training and the fitness culture (which I was completely ok with). The docs are obviously highly intelligent individuals who excel at their sports and that was what I was looking for. As I got further into the series, there have been several episodes which were purely intellect based, culminating with the latest episode (#85) that showcased how much a podcast could actually travel down a path that wasn’t strictly the bro stuff, which has made me a dedicated follower now. I suspect but can’t confirm that the docs ideology may lean a slightly center or left of my own, but truth be told I would infinitely rather listen to an articulate and intelligent discussion that I don’t 100 percent agree with versus someone completely right leaning who cannot make a coherent argument defending why they believe the way that they do. Excellent job docs.
-
AlldreadAmazing contentBig Jordan and Bigger Jordan have great chemistry and deliver great useful content that everyone can benefit from. Highly recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to learn more about fitness from two super smart guys that also keep it entertaining.
-
