Randy SFEpisode with DennyGreat podcast with Denny. Some very import tidbits of information. I need to remember what he said about just keep pulling. Strong shot is key to hitting your intended target. Thank you for another great podcast.
-
Fritz FeulnerOutstandingExcellent content, great insights, mature attitudes. Perhaps the best outdoors podcast since the pre-corporate MeatEater! It just gets better and better. The Push is keeping it real, quite literally.

-
Yomamma'vagToo cool for schoolDecided to listen for the first time I. Forever. Not glad to hear the continued jabs at old school bow hunters and traditions. Keep up the immature takes and the back handed remarks. I’m sure it’s great for the 15 people who follow
-
Jeremy DeMontTrad lifeWish this had come out years ago. Can’t tell you how many times a picked up a single string bow shot it and then went right back to a recurve. These guys and this podcast along with the film The Push opened the door and allowed me to learn to be a better hunter and of course how to shoot and stick with a single string bow

Bwana7965Just what I needed! After 40 years bow hunting I feel like a little kid again! My target panic is gone and my shooting gets better each day. I listen everyday during my 3 hour work commute (90 minute each way) and can’t wait to get in the car to listen to another podcast from the Push. I haven’t got through all of them but when I do I’ll just start over! I bought into both the ShotIQ and the Solid Shooting Mechanics and I am shooting better than ever and I’m just getting started! Thanks guys and keep up the great work!! Thanks to Tom and Joel too! You all make a great team!!!

Hud SpudGodsendI have been loving your content, guys. I bought my first bow (Samick Sage #40) about a month ago and have benefited greatly from both your YouTube channel and podcast. Matt, your tips about dedicated aiming tightened my groups up sooo much. I love your guests and discovered South Cox’s podcast too. Super stoked to see where you guys go with it. Stay primal!

oharahunterI love what y’all are doing!Yes I said “y’all” in the subject line! I am from Oklahoma and that is the way it’s been said since I’ve been born. Regardless of the pronunciation differences of a few words we are all family. I recently took a trip with the family “3 kids and a wife” to Montana from Oklahoma. I love podcasts, especially while driving with 3 kids in the back seat! Before I left I decided to download some of yours”yalls”. I have been listening to meateater and joe rogan and several others for a while. I have been building selfbows for several years and just didn’t like some of the things other podcasts were putting out there but I have to tell you I was so intrigued with “y’alls” Podcast I a couldn’t stop listening! It was about a 19 hour drive up there and I think I completed 24-25 by the time I got back. You really do have a ton of information if people are willing to learn. I’m on episode 50 or 51 now and listening as I can. I’ve built a couple of glass bows in the last month and in all reality you or someone that you interviewed inspired me to do more trad. I always take my compound out first and I’ve taken a ton of deer and hogs with it. Im always worried when I see a big buck on camera and thinking I won’t have the range for him. This year I decided to go trad only and got a doe 3 days ago and I’m in my stand again this evening as I write this. I appreciate the inspiration and knowledge y’all are providing. Thank you CR

john.spezzanoThis podcast are a must listen!Matt and Tim have done an outstanding job of organizing the best in all aspects of tradbow archery. Top shelf archery coaches like Tom Clum, Sr and Rod Jenkins who are also hunters present information that will drastically improve your tradbow shooting. Masters of the field like Barry Wensel introduce you to new hunting tactics. And some truly amazing storytellers like Monty Browning round out the experience with nail biting back country encounters. If you’re into hunting with the tradbow you NEED to listen to this podcast.

abussard34The Push got me startedHunting has always been on my mind as is true for most of Western Pennsylvania residents. About a year ago, I was on a typical late night Youtube spree looking up whitetail videos, wishing it could be deer season already. I stumbled on a channel called Leatherwood Outdoor. I happened to hear about these guys from a friend who once worked with one of them at a local PA game commission pheasant farm. I watched a few of their videos and then I came across, a video called “The Push - A Traditional Archery Film.” I began watching the film and was immediately caught on the primal aspect. The idea of carrying a recurve bow into the woods and pursuing game as hunters have done for centuries. I continued watching the film as it was packed full of information, everything one could know about the tradlife. For months I continued watching and researching others who taught about recurves and their equipment. Upon digging further into the tradlife and with the help of other social media, I was able to find The Push. When I realized Matt had lived so close to me, ~20 miles, I could not believe it. The Push was right in my backyard here in Western PA. Time went by and I had reached out to The Push numerous times with questions relating to getting started. The Push was happy to help and gave me good insight and comments as I went forth. As of recent, I had made a trip to Lancaster Archery to complete my recurve set up. Getting to release that first arrow is something I will never forgot. The tradlife began pumping through my veins and I can not wait to carry my recurve into the woods on opening day for the first time. Looking back, The Push inspired and got me started on this tradition archery journey. I still go back and watch their film I referenced above as the content in that film is so rich with knowledge. The podcasts have been another great extension for me as I look to learn from the experience/stories of others. Sitting at work or on the way home, The Push podcasts are something I would recommend listening to regardless of ones hunting background . Most importantly, please check out their YouTube channel and get hooked on traditional archery like I did. Thanks Push! Get Primal!
