    Please stop giggling!
I just listened to my first episode. The one with Michael Ornelas and “Fine” Dining. The content was fine, but I couldn’t get past the female hostess, Amber, giggling all the time. So annoying! She giggles after asking every question. I am not exaggerating. I got the impression she may have even been flirting with the guest. So inappropriate, especially if she wants to be taken seriously as a podcaster. I am going to listen to one more episode before giving up on her.

    Relatable and informative
Amber always has relevant topics and guests talking about important things for IBD patients. She’s always relatable and makes great content FOR patients not about them.

    Informative and Relatable
I’ve gained so much knowledge about ulcerative colitis and Crohns from listening to the episodes on About IBD. The topics are varied and the IBD Warriors tell such open and honest stories about their lives. Amber brings such a unique perspective as a patient herself and her personality is so bubbly and shines through in her interviews.

Great topics, easy to listen to
I’m on a continual quest to learn as much as I can about my daughter’s Crohn’s diagnosis two years ago, and how her life could evolve in the decades to come. After trying out a couple of IBD/autoimmune podcasts, I knew after listening to only a few minutes of one of Amber’s episodes that hers would become my go to. Her mix of topics is right in line with what interests me, her expert conversation (not as a physician or nurse, but as a patient-advocate) is clearly well researched and informed, her guests are top notch, and her delivery is polished yet still relatable. It’s like listening to a smart friend who can completely relate to what you’re going through. I’ve asked a number of family members to listen too... so much to learn from this podcast!

    Learn and have fun!
Amber does a wonderful job of spreading awareness through this wonderfully executed podcast. While this show is certainly an invaluable resource for those dealing with IBD, it is equally valuable for caregivers and friends. The show is informative and fun at the same time. Help spread awareness and subscribe!
