Keep politics out of the show!
I used to love listening to catch up on what is going on with Peloton. However, Crystals is becoming unbearable with her little jabs and comments about things that are going on politically. Over 50% of the country don’t agree with your opinion. We listen to hear about Peloton not what Crystals opinion is about tariffs etc. which have nothing to do with our workouts. Opinions are like AH’s. Everyone has one.

    Tom is not funny
This podcast would be much better if Tom realized he’s not a standup comedian and is not funny, no matter how much Crystal laughs at his attempts at humor. I fast forward through much of the show and banter. I finally unsubscribed to this show today. Tom’s juvenile sexual “humor” makes me think he’s the neighbor you tell people to avoid, or the uncle no one wants to sit with at the holidays. I realized I was skipping more than I was listening so bye bye Clipout.

    Funny, engaging, & informative
I look forward to this podcast every week - Crystal & Tom are so funny & down to earth. Their attention to detail & senses of humor brighten my day. Definitely recommend this pod for anyone in the Pelo community or even if you’re Pelo-curious

    It’s a good time!
As a Peloton member, I often use The Clip Out to get my questions answered and keep up with the community. As a recent guest, interacting with the hosts couldn’t have been more easy or enjoyable. Big ups to Crystal and Tom for the work they are doing!

    Love this show
I usually don’t write reviews (I should) but the latest episode highlighting Shea’s mom and how Peloton has helped her autistic daughter was incredible. The hosts are great. I do like Crystal’s laugh and their dynamic is lovely and soothing. I also like their regular guests too with the health advice. Thank you!

    Hard to listen
The woman’s voice is obnoxious. Also, no matter what side, political views should remain absent from your content. Do better.
  • Baker7689
    Dishing on all the news!
There is no lack of Peloton news and gossip to be found. Crystal and Tom filter out the drama (well as much as possible) and bring real experience, news and insights this each episode. Love the banter between them and their commitment to the company!

    Best Peloton Podcast
I joined the cult back in April 😂. I’ve been using another company for workouts and stumbled on to Peloton. No turning back now. I found your podcast about a month ago. You two are hilarious and have such great content. Crystal you’re awesome but Tom OMG, Team Tom for me. You make me laugh all the time. Keep up the great work and peddle on.

Professional, passionate Peloton perspectives and ponderings
I came for the Peloton content, but I stay for the professionalism and fun. Together, Crystal and Tom have created a fair, thorough, and organized package that keeps me up-to-date on all things Peloton, while also satisfying my love (need??) for good quality all around. One of my favorite aspects of this show is that Crystal advocates for the perspectives and experiences of people from all across the Pelospectrum—from absolute newbies to original-original-OGs. She recognizes her own biases and so willingly puts herself in as many different shoes as possible to fairly assess the Pelotopic at hand. I also love that Tom and Crystal demonstrate a solid understanding of the corporate processes and tech production systems behind the scenes at Peloton, often times backed by insider insight, which they use to help make sense of the occasional outward chaos. When the world wants to paint a bleak Pelopicture, I can rely on The Clip Out for a realistic (and overall optimistic) outlook. And the fact that Tom has never used Peloton equipment or content but still appreciates the platform enough to bring his energy and talent to this podcast says so much good about Peloton, not to mention how much it says about his love for Crystal and the fun they have together. His silliness and wit remind me to enjoy the ride. It is a pleasure to spend time with this adorable power couple each week. Thank you, Tom and Crystal, for your very hard work for this very special community!

    Unsubscribed
FYI-if you have different political views than the hosts-that are so open minded…your lives don’t matter. The whole DMK debacle and the way this show handled this matter showed their true colors. Only listen to this show if you are an OG of Peloton from way back and are an ‘ open minded liberal’ . Conservatives use Peloton too —and use to listen to your podcast. Unsubscribed.

    Disappointed
I have enjoyed listening to The Clip Out, but I didn’t agree with them posting Daniel McKenna’s termination. It is one thing to scoop features of a new rower, new artist series, etc., but scooping Daniel’s off boarding didn’t sit right with me. He is a person. My guess is that Daniel was not given the opportunity to say good-bye, so just because it had been x weeks since the off boarding doesn’t make it OK. By the way, people who offer constructive criticism are not necessarily haters and it makes you look bad when you delete those comments from FB and Instagram.
  • Rplugs
    Questionable ethics
To have a fan podcast in one thing, but to share confidential comments from the company they are “a fan” of, to the public, is HORRENDOUS. The podcast hosts also delete comments on fb that question their ethics.

    All things Peloton
So yeah. I drank the peloton koolaid hard and love it. But hey! At least it keeps me active right? I’m so happy that I found this podcast, because it’s enjoyable to listen to while I’m working and allows me to keep up with my Peloton obsession. Crystal and Tom make a great team. I can’t believe I just found this gem after almost 4 years of peloton workouts! Love the conversations, updates, and so many laughs. A must for any peloton member! ❤️

    Great infotainment
Really enjoying the show. Tom’s brand of humor hits just right. Crystal is delightful and special guests are great. Sunday I hopped on the bike without a specific plan and saw that 1 friend was on; it was Crystal with 3 minutes until a Jenn Sherman 45 minute 80’s ride. Perfect! I joined and PR’ed the ride with my first strive score over 100! Thanks for putting out a quality show and being accessible and engaging for your listeners. Leaderboard name RockyMountnMike.

    Contagious Enthusiasm
Tom and Crystal’s genuine appreciation for Peloton (ok, mostly Crystal’s) makes this podcast feel like a weekly virtual meetup. Fun to hear their perspectives on the business side and the lighter stuff. My favorite segment is the regular person interview at the end. Not sure why it’s interesting to hear who some stranger’s favorite instructor is, but it’s interesting! Would love a little-known-Pelo-facts section… for example, Howard Stern often says instructors have to cover their belly buttons in class. Is that true? It’s random but he’s right - instructors are ALWAYS wearing high-waisted leggings. 🤷🏻‍♀️😆

    A Birthday Review
Happy Birthday, Tom! So glad you were born so you could make me laugh. I love this podcast, how you two interact, and the info you share. Thanks, Tom and Crystal! (The title might be misleading. I can’t review your birthday)

Great show for all things Peloton!
There are so many things I love about the show. First, Tom and Crystal are adorable and hysterical. I especially love the rabbit holes that Tom goes down. I learn so much. My musical taste and humor align with Tom’s. The best thing about the show is the analysis of all things peloton. It is smart, fair, and right on the money. Thanks for doing the show! Mary Binder. #Ice_and_Fire

Best Way to Start my Weekend!
I have been listening to The Clip Out for a couple of years now, and it has easily become my favorite podcast! I look forward to my drive to work on Fridays; I am a glorified Peloton nerd and I can’t get enough of all of the news and information Crystal and Tom provide! Crystal and Tom have a chemistry and energy that always makes me feel happy; thank you for bringing the latest in the world of Peloton to us each week!

    Goodbye, ClipOut
As much as I used to adore this podcast, it has become increasingly difficult to justify taking the time to listen each week. Between the MetPro segments, the ever-growing amount of non relevant ads, and the host’s inability to accept managerial change in the company, what used to be my favorite weekly podcast has literally become a chore to digest. The podcast and the connected group/page used to be a solid place to go for relevant information (but no longer). I finally lost it when the hosts started to speculate about the reasons why a long-time instructor would be taking time off from Peloton and then suggesting that she might be pregnant. Not only was this type of speculation completely wrong, it was invasive and inappropriate. And finally: yes—grammar and spelling matter. I will be getting my peloton news from more reputable sources from now on.

    Peloton Nerds Love this Podcast
This is a phenomenal podcast for all of us that NEED to know everything about our favorite way to workout. Crystal and Tom bring a great dynamic, John Mills always has a great perspective and all of the guests have amazing and relevant information. Plus, it is fun to listen to! I always find myself singing or humming along to the theme song. If you live Peloton, you will live this podcast. #DisneyCardio
  • arsohn
    LOL!
So funny to listen to Crystal insist that having John Foley and/or his wife step down from their roles as being the death of the company - curious to see what “spin” she’ll put on the company news after the shakeup that occurred this week right before earnings…how about we comment on all of the layoffs and how it compares to the instructors continuing to flash their lavish lifestyle on IG? This company needs to wake up fast. And the whole emphasis on Met Pro now - you really need a disclaimer at the beginning of each episode that makes it very clear that Crystal has a conflict of interest by promoting the product as she also works for them. Also the cackling of the hosts give The Bob and Tom Show a run for their money… And Crystal seems to never want to fault Peloton’s original leadership for the terrible decisions Foley made - and her incessant whining about Peloton possibly being acquired is so patronizing…
  • SarahM518
It was Mediocre before, but now it’s a weight loss ad
I used to listen to this podcast thinking there would be some interesting pelo news. And then it started to focus more and more on self help and weight loss. When Crystal started using it as a platform to build up her met pro business - I couldn’t take it anymore. Pelo Buddy and others have a podcast and various sites that provide just as much, if not better in quality information. My recommendation: skip it.

    Love this podcast
I’ve been a peloton member since early 2017 and I’ve been listening to the clip out since the very first episode. Great way to feed my pelo-addiction and I look forward to listening on my commute every week

    Love this pod
One of my favorite podcasts. I’ve listened every Friday for more then 3 years. I feel like Tom and Crystal are my friends. Love my peloton but sometimes I don’t even care about the peloton news and I listen just cause it gives me happy vibes. Much appreciation guys. #Happyeverafter on the bike. (Btw because of y’all I also own a tonal😉)

Too many ads and diet focus
I really enjoyed this podcast at first, but then grew weary of the diet and weight loss focus and constant ads. Once I heard that Crystal was officially working for MetPro (in addition to the weekly segments and ads in the podcast), I had to unsubscribe. There’s a lot of good content, but to fast forward and deal with all of the ads and diet culture stuff was too much. One of the things many of us love about Peloton is the focus on being stronger and improvement, and the never mentioning of weight loss. The Clip Out is the opposite- much more weight loss and diet culture focused. The hosts did not care at all when I politely offered the feedback that the diet focus was too much.

Loving this podcast! Your Friday episode was really good and informative. Thank you for all of the hard work you do!

    Too many ads
At this point I prefer the Pelo Buddy TV Peloton podcast, which isn’t constantly trying to sell me something. I enjoy parts of this podcast but have to fast forward through the ads and the recurring MetPro segment.

    Laughter problem
Used to listen about a year ago, then stopped because of the frequent and intolerable laughter/giggling. Gave it a shot again today but the giggling has persisted so I think I’ll take an indefinite break again. It’s a shame because the content is generally good.

    Way to represent the Midwest!
I wish you had been on the air earlier! Purchased my bike in 2014! I was completely lost in the beginning. I tried to get Peloton information from everywhere. Your podcast would have been the best source of all things Peloton. I love listening to your show on my long commutes home from Kansas to Kansas City. Crystal, Tom,John Mills , Dr Jenn and Angelo I cannot live without my weekly fix. You both do a great job of keeping it real. Keep making it great!

    The Outlet
If you don’t dare bring up the Peloton tread, bike, app to your family. If your friends lost (never had) interest in your badges. If you are bursting to talk about what Peloton instructor is dating another. If you need to share your speculations about what Peloton might offer next…put this podcast cast on and indulge in talking back to Tom and Crystal. It will be like group therapy and the rest of your friends will stop avoiding your calls…and you might just pick up a life changing fitness tip or inspiration. Two genuinely nice people plus Crystal’s infectious (can we still use that word?) giggle will keep you coming back every week. They put a ton of work into this, and impressive amount, every week!
  • AllenToDiggs
    Offensive and Arrogant
I just found your podcast and really started to love it until I got to today’s episode about hunters. As a female hunter and peloton user I found your comments to be incredibly insulting. For the record camouflage is worn to blend in and blaze orange is worn for hunter safety so that the hunter is visible to other hunters in the woods. Deer cannot see blaze orange due to limited photoreceptors compared to humans. Crystal makes the comment that echelon should be cautious about the users they are trying to attract, therefore suggesting that hunters are at a lower sociological level than peloton users and not nearly good enough to ride something as illustrious as a Peloton. Get over yourselves and educate yourself prior to making such ignorant comments. Signed, a deer hunting, camo wearing, fellow Peloton enthusiast.

    Queenofcardio loves the clip out!
Entertaining and informative! Great podcast for anyone who loves Peloton and the fitness industry. Tom and Crystal have amazing chemistry (obvi because they’re married) and I enjoy all the guests they have as well!

    If you love pretentious blather…
This podcast is awful. First of all, Crystal’s voice is painful to listen to for more than a minute. Then you get into the “content” which is just regurgitated gossip with nothing at all interesting. She’s made an identity and livelihood off of the backs of Peloton instructors and was recently sharing a story of Jess King’s girlfriend, supporting those comparing what she did to gun violence and child sex-trafficking, while silencing those pointing out the deplorable comparisons. Urinating isn’t the same as pointing a gun at a crowd, sweetie. This podcast and its host is a dumpster fire.

The Greatest Podcast of All Time!!!
This is my favorite Podcast! I never miss an episode. I listened to The Clip Out on my hour round trip drive for both my COVID vaccines and Crystal and Tom were like supportive friends who kept me company and helped me smile through the anxiety. Also to thanks them, I am a proud owner and active user of a Tonal. Crystal and Tom and the Clip Out have brought me countless hours of entertainment, fun information, and inspiration. Thank you for all that you do. I appreciate you both!

    Outstanding Resource
I’ve only had my Peloton bike+ for 2.5 months and I’m a newbie to cycling. I happened to find this podcast when it was mentioned on another Peloton related podcast. I’m so grateful for the recommendation! Tom and Crystal produce a professional, informative, upbeat and entertaining podcast every week. It has been so enlightening to learn about Peloton and cycling through Clip Out. I started by listening to recent episodes and now I am working my way from the earliest to the most recent ones. Learning about Peloton’s evolution, as well as Crystal & Tom’s fitness journeys, has been fascinating.

    Fast paced and fun
I never listen to long podcasts, 50-60 minutes my absolute max for an episode but this one is so well put together that it just flys by. Lots of interesting segments, plenty of variety and the right mix of laughter and fun. This team really helps feed my Peloton addiction and gets me my fix when commuting to and from work as I catch up on old episodes. #ZenBob on the LB.
