NaomiSunshineMy saving graceLooking for something to keep me going after my mother passed away, your podcast out of a few became one of my go to’s. To help me get out of bed, I listen to an episode or when I felt like I need a boost of energy to keep going, I listen to one of your episodes. Thank you! It’s sad to know you’re leaving at the end of the month. But I hope that you take care of yourself. I truly wish you well. 💚

BelgadcVery inspiring presentation for leadership and determination.I love this podcast. I didn’t know any of these speakers until I found this channel in 2020 at the start of the pandemic. Now I recognize when others are referring to these principles during presentations. My only suggestion would be to acknowledge that the speakers are not addressing this podcast’s audience: “they did not stop by”. The presentations are taken from unrelated events to the podcast.
-
In5anityDisappointing DeliveryThe delivery on this podcast felt off and amateur. The speaker’s long pauses between words made it hard to follow, almost like there was a connection issue—only to realize it was the speaker struggling to connect their thoughts. It gave the impression that they weren’t fully convinced by what they were saying, which made it difficult for me to feel engaged or persuaded. Overall, I couldn’t connect with the content, and it left me unimpressed. Definitely not for me.
-
MakeItOriginal-24Falsely appropriating TED talks…It’s one thing to feature talks but another to say “thanks (speaker) for stopping by” when they haven’t guested on the episode at all, the recording of a talk they gave is just being reposted. If you’re just reposting content you can’t pretend you’re running an original podcast and these aren’t interviews.

Water, Water, EverywhereDepression Detox has cleared my mindWhen I was first introduced to this podcast in 2024, I went all the way back to the first episode and ‘binge listened’. All I can say is “THANK YOU”. Listening to this podcast has given me new hope and new energy for living each day happier.
-
Boredatwork19Love your voice and the Hello opening!Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us!
-
Clarence 53A New HelloThe show is great, but the way you say hello could be changed. Don’t get the significance of the elongated “Hello” and it is, surprisingly, not very welcoming.
-

Mrs. SFCUplifting and EncouragingThis is the best podcast out there. The brief, perfectly chosen clips inspire and encourage each time. I feel that Maleek truly cares about us, and his commentary and clips are proof of that. I’ve listened for over a year now, every morning as I’m getting ready. At least once I week I share an episode with someone who would needs or would love the message. Thank you for all of your work!
-
JoelfromtheparkInspiringAll these episodes are amazing because it broadens what I would normally listen to. Plus - I swear it’s like he knows what I need to hear each week! I rarely miss and episode.

rachelmclouEveryone should listen - my absolute favorite podcastI’m not being dramatic when I say that this show changed my life. I started listening a few years ago, not long after it first started. I was feeling lost, had to move back in with my parents after losing a ton of income during the pandemic, and felt like a failure. I’ve never been a podcast person, but for some reason decided to search “depression” and found this show. Malikee has such a calming presence, and the clips and speakers he chooses are always inspiring. Some episodes connect with me on a deeper level than others, but I’ve never heard an episode that I didn’t like. Each one is short enough to listen to daily, but they always keep me thinking all week. Whenever I am feeling down, distracted, or just craving some inspiration I listen to an episode. I’ve shared this podcast with multiple family members, friends, and my significant other, and they each have thanked me for what it’s brought to their lives. I can’t thanks Malikee enough for creating this show, and I’m sorry it’s taken so long to leave this review! It’s been amazing to see the show grow to more and more days of episodes, and I just followed the instagram. Give it a shot, you won’t regret it!

Bogangles001PricelessThis is what I have been searching for for years on Apple Podcasts! The host provides an invaluable service by connecting listeners to inspirational speakers from varied backgrounds. The uplifting teachings and words of wisdom are curated clips from YouTube, audiobooks, and other sources, and they usually leave me wanting to delve further. He helpfully provides all the links and info to do that. This has truly made a positive impact on my outlook and therefore my well-being. Each day is better after listening to an episode. I also appreciate that new episodes come out so consistently. Thank you thank you!

JustJo With-ItPositive for awareness and growth!Without getting into personal details, I came across this podcast when I was looking for strength. I love how Malikee introduces so many different speakers, choosing specific clips to help bring mental awareness in all parts of life. The clips are short and Malikee gives all information on where to find more about the speaker, clip, or topic, giving you the choice to dig deeper into the subject if you desire. I can’t thank you enough, Malikee! You may not know it, but you’ve been so helpful to me in these past couple of years. I’ve caught up to your new episodes, so I’ve been re-listening to older episodes! Keep up the amazing work you do and keep bringing on the recommendations!

nossladyMust listen if you’re going through a hard timeThis podcast has helped me through - For 10 years I’ve been struggling, like REALLY struggling - lost my career, single mom, 3 kids, too much to describe, and I got through with the support of friends and family and drawing on faith - this year I lost two of my primary supports, one right after the other, both unexpectedly - I don’t have time for a deep dive into therapy, and I want to keep building on what I’ve accomplished over the last 10 years - but the depression was dragging me down and I was starting to feel my grip slip - this podcast has been a godsend - short, clear, uplifting, just enough to help me shake off the clouds and correct my course so I can get through the day. I’m still struggling but I’m getting through and struggling less w this podcast. Thank you thank you thank you.
