    Unscientific Nutra Nonsense
Kept an open mind but this show is mainly interviewing book selling doctors hyping unsupported nutra nonsense made this show a no go. For quality ear time head toward better informed shows with scientists and professionals who aren’t cherry picking results to support their option. Big thumbs down.

    Circadian Rhythm episode
It was quite frustrating that Kristen didn’t offer any information or advice for people who do work unusual shifts. That’s the reality of life that some of us have to work at night; we can’t all get in bed at 9:15. I’m still at work at that time, and so are a lot of other people. Jason asked the question about NBA players and other athletes, but she didn’t answer it at all. It’s maddening that people in the wellness space seem often seem inflexible and unaware.

    Didn’t appreciate politics
Julia Galen — a guest on a recent podcast, preached rationality and balance. Yet she continued to talk badly about politics she didn’t agree with — hypocracy! Also, spreading lies about the detrimental effects of the vax is irresponsible — it is a harmful medicine that was designed to kill.

    Love this podcast!
I appreciate the opportunity to hear what leading researchers have to say about some of the most important health issues of our time.

    Olenick
I was very interested about the subject matter Alyssa Olenick was speaking on. But, I couldn’t listen because she spoke so fast and with seemingly to take a breath. I couldn’t keep with it. She should have been prepped better

    Great Podcast
I appreciate the meaningful content and experts interviewed. Health is much more than a workout and it’s helpful to learn from a variety of people who are passionate about their health.

    Great show!
This episode with Thomas Hübl, Ph.D., is a game-changer! His insights into healing generational trauma are nothing short of extraordinary. It's a deep dive into recognizing trauma symptoms, healing ancestral wounds, and becoming emotionally resilient. If you're interested in personal growth and healing, don't miss this one.

    Great info-PANDAS Episode?
Man. I have learned so much from this podcast that is going to transfer over to helping my little girl recently diagnosed with PANDAS. Have you considered an episode on PANDAS? It’s been a historical controversial diagnosis but is becoming more accepted. I can say from experience. It’s real. I would love to see an episode on PANDAS!!

    Something to look forward to
Kudos to MBG - every power walk, or commute to work has become enjoyable. I’m constantly learning new things about parenting, nutrition, or how to maintain general well being and self awareness through different experiences. I’ve lost patience and interest in other podcasts quickly where all interviewees seem unimpressive, but not MBG. It’s evident that purpose is infused into the brand. Thanks for being more than just entertainment, but lessons to live by.

    Actionable tips
I've learned really great tips from this podcast. I love to share certain episodes with friends so we can listen together and discuss afterwards. It's a great addition to my weekly routine!

Too Many Other Great Podcasts to Choose
This podcast has some potential with interesting content and guests, but unfortunately, between Jason’s interview style (monotone voice and not succinct) and always making the interview and conversation about how it applies to HIM, I just can’t listen anymore. In at least 3 different interviews, he tells his story, AGAIN, about how he played college basketball, then stopped, and now has “old man’s flat butt”. He then proceeds to tell us, AGAIN, about his workout routine, his protein consumption, and how he no longer has a flat butt. And he also LOVES donuts, that is also shared ad nauseam. So I’m passing on this one, there are way too many other great podcasts to choose from with similar content.

    Very informative!

    Please discuss plant-based options too
This podcast used to be more plant-based friendly, but lately the guests and discussions have not been inclusive to plant based eating, calling the choice to not eat animal products a “political agenda.” I think this is insensitive to the many people who choose to eat plant-based for environmental and ethical reasons. I wish the discussions could be more inclusive to all ways of eating and make the effort to equally discuss plant and animal proteins for listeners.

    Jillian Michaels
Fantastic integration of fitness and politics and somehow how they affect each other! As a psychiatrist who majored in political science, and now practices integrative/functional medicine, this interview should be shared, and re-heard!

    Out of touch
The latest interview felt very out of touch and smug. I continually tune in intermittently to see if the tone and context of this podcast has changed but it hasn’t. Not my cup of tea anymore

    Nutrition
Great podcast today w Maya Feller, RD. She had some great advice on not going to extremes, and Jason, your feedback was helpful as well. My kids are grown but I’m horrified at the things I fed them when they were young, so many packaged foods that we saw as normal in the Midwest suburbs! Just eat real food!!

    Do your homework
It was such a waste of Charlie Palmer’s time to be interviewed by someone who hasn’t read the book. If you don’t know the topic, just ask “so what is your book about?” And for the record, you can eat whole foods and exercise daily and still be overweight. You kind of seem like the least informed podcast host in this realm. Really need to read a lot more.

So informative and fun to listen to
Such a great podcast with the most interesting guests! Makes health and wellness topics more digestible and easy to listen to!

Great content and guests, lackluster host
The topics and guests are always on point, but very difficult to to stay engaged with the host’s monotone voice and low energy. I always get excited to listen but end up bored out of my skull. Would be a true powerhouse if MBG considered this

    Great Info
Great topics and excellent show. This show really changed my life for the better and really turned me on to topics to learn more about and do more research on. Really changed my lifestyle choices and diet the more I learn about health/nutrition.

Go to podcast for health and wellness at any age
MindBodyGreen has become a go to podcast for knowing and learning how I can impact my health and wellness. From variety of topics to quality interviews with experts. I always learning how I can take control of my health and wellness. 5 ⭐️ highly recommended and often shared.

Some good guests/host needs to work on his interviewing skills
There are a wide variety of guests on the show, some of whom I find more interesting and persuasive than others of course. I will say, however, that Jason needs to work on his interviewing skills. Specifically he has to make his questions more succinct and less self-referential. He literally rambles on , going off on strange tangents, sometimes for quite a while, before he finally gets to the point and allows the guest to answer. He also has “vocal fry” when he speaks, which is quite distracting. He would benefit from some work with a speech therapist.

    More than health
I got into it for health and nutrition, but I love the broader content too. Some cf my favorite episodes are about the “mind” part of mindbodygreen - must listen to the Scott Galloway episode on mental health, parenting, and social media! mindbodygreen presents a wide range of views, and Jason keeps the conversation engaging and approachable regardless of the complexity of the topic.

Love it but maybe a different interviewer?
Very informative & great guests! I’ve followed Mindbodygreen in both podcast and article form for many years.. never disappointed with the topics and information. However, I find the founder/interviewer to be quite self-centered and out of touch in conversation with the guests. His guests all have a great way of turning his mundane and confusing questions into a thoughtful and intellectual answer. However, I’m often left disappointed with his response when it’s immediately a personal anecdote that doesn't seem entirely related to or missing the point of what the guest has just said. On the whole, I love the podcast and will continue to listen!

Great Addition to my Podcast Favorites
I got a lot out of Dr. Bresden interview and left that feedback requesting a deep dive into finding a functional medical specialist to find out what my auto immune issues are a reaction to and how to heal myself. I actually got an email with a link to find a specialist and a request for a review. Thanks and Mind Body Green is on my refresh list!

    Highly recommend!
Great podcast with content that you can immediately apply to your life and mindset.
  • Just have some integrity
    Yikes
How embarrassing for Wachob. Guest Gabrielle Lyons spews misinformation and he can’t display the humility to either comment on the backlash and/or simply remove the misinformation. Either way, the company’s articles and podcast episodes have devolved mostly into clickbait and sound bytes to shill their in-house products. Not what it used to be and credibility is in shambles after this episode

    The best podcast!
I’ve been listening to this podcast from the beginning and it continues to get better and better. So many amazing guest and so much valuable info that keeps me coming back and constantly improving. Thanks to the team for all the hard work!

Great content - fair/poor audio quality
Wonderful podcast with useful information. Unfortunately, the host’s audio quality is not up to par for a podcast of this caliber.

    I am obsess
MGB is brilliant, educational, and offers cutting edge information about our physical and mental health. I am obsess with learning more about healthy living and MBG provides me with the knowledge I seek. If you are open minded and want to learn about the most important thing to life which is health, you won’t be disappointed. MBG is my number 1 podcast. Thanks MBG for all you do.

    Great guests- challenging host
I love mindbodygreen and was excited to start listening to this podcast. Unfortunately Jason’s voice and lack of energy don’t hold my interest. The voice is so important- as well as the competent. Just listened to the episode with Mark Sisson and wanted more Mark - as much as Mark spoke. Jason has a wealth of knowledge but I would love a voice that doesn’t sound like he’s exhausted and monotone.

    Becca Levy Ageism Podcast
I understand you want to sell your book, but you kept repeating the same ideas over and over again about positive beliefs! Got it the first time. Be generous and informative and share other tips with listeners who actually tuned in for that purpose! Also, starting every answer with that is a good question sounds so gimmicky and fake. A very disappointing take on such an important topic that made me stop mid-podcast.
  • Stress Workout Addict
    Very informative!
Really impressed with Jason’s guests and their breadth of knowledge. Have listened to three or four so. Will continue staying tuned! A must podcast to have at the ready!

Missed Mark with Dr. Jeffrey Bland
Hi Jason, Totally missed the mark with Jeffrey Bland. He is a brilliant man and was promoting regenerative farming and your focus was buckwheat. How can your show being “green” promote and not tell the truth about all the nasty chemicals of what you described as fake meat? You cowardly stayed away from the truth. Get this right and tell the truth. Respectfully, Christina

Too much fat phobia/diet culture talk, talks as if getting older is something to be ashamed of, and is always trying to sell you something 🚩🚩🚩

Like it with a grain of salt
Of course many of the guests on mind-body green probably think salt is bad for you. But some of them think salt is good for you. What I really like about this podcast and mind-body green in general is that Jason has a wide variety of guests on expressing a wide range of opinions. Of course it’s all very confusing and contradictory but that is acknowledged and I appreciate his open mindedness in the face of a constantly changing health landscape. I think he does a really good job considering that he has products that he’s trying to sell as well as his brand. Usually that’s a big turn off for me because I see a podcast as being one long advertisement. But mind-body green does provide some very useful and interesting information and I like it and I recommend it.

    High quality podcast
Love this podcast and the range of topics and guests. How about adding timestamps like other podcasts do (MindPump)? That way I can listen once and then go back and re-listen to the specific topics I find useful.

    Informative & engaging!
I love Jason’s podcast, it’s one of my go-to health podcasts! He’s a down-to-earth kind of guy, and interviews amazing professionals in the field of mind-body-health. I always come away from his podcast with some relevant info or tip to implement my healthy lifestyle.
