Paige Lee W.CommunityI’ve learned so much from Reid and this podcast about how to build community and be engaged without neglecting oneself; also, the importance of life’s great pleasures: food, friendship, silliness, and making art. Thank you so much for giving us this podcast. I appreciate it more than you’ll ever know.

ghdnnsneneiejjebrbd d bfbDepressionI love the podcast. Jeremy can be so, so depressing and dismissive. It’s obvious he’s deeply depressed. Depression doesn't mean you have a insightful critical eye. He has moments where of insight..but always brings it to a sad, sad place. Why even try? Why even live? Why even create?

princesspastinaA delightLove this podcast. Your reviews of dance are so interesting, but also I’d listen to you talk about anything. Please do more ballerina book club!
-
Rosaposa003Nothing but 5 stars!Looong time listener, first time reviewer! It’s such a treat to listen to these two talk, about dance, film, art, Claire Saffitz, and life in general. My Friday mornings would be incomplete without it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-
LMC CarlsonFive StarA perfect mix of topical hot takes and serious dance world oral history, delivered with wit and panache, all of which is to say, make Dance and Stuff a habit.
-
kivypickleDon’t stop!Unless you really really want to but otherwise please don’t! I love this podcast enough to rate it, which for me who never bothers to rate things REALLY says something.
-
Rjs1003Just Great!I am a fifteen year old boy living in suburban Pennsylvania, and I’ve taken a total of three ballet classes in my life, but this podcast is so fun and relaxing to listen to while studying or doing yoga. It’s very relaxing, and the New Yorky-ness of it is so fun for me because I only make it to the city maybe five times a year. Just love this podcast!
-
FlanisjaxThey make my heart sing and my mouth smile!I laugh out loud! I am a 63 year old ex- dancer but you don’t have to be a dancer to be enchanted by these two! If I lived in New York I would seriously have to stalk them (but not in a scary way!) I Love this podcast! Never stop Reid! Never Stop!!!
-
PigeonseatingpizzaA treasureDuring the worst of COVID, when living in New York was mostly the hard and depressing parts without many of the benefits, this show provided crucial sustenance. Thank you Jack for hanging in as long as you did, and thank you Reid for carrying on!
-
bacpostmateLoveI love spending my Fridays with Dance and Stuff. Often I’m learning something new and occasionally I’m taking a trip down memory lane. Either way, Reid is a joy to listen to whether he’s conversing with himself or guests. Love to Jack and Jeremy, and hoping to hear their voices again someday as future guests on their old pod.
-
dwkubrSuperior to and more sincere than all other dance podcasts!Especially engaging on a long road trip or commute to work, Reid and Jack continue to share valuable experience in the dance world and beyond and keep it sincere! A joy to listen to!
-
bobby24loveKeep going Reid! This is one of my favorite podcast. Not just entertaining and a way to keep up with friends. It is informative and thought provoking. How amazing would it be to attend a Dance and Stuff Live Show 😳😊🙏🏾
-
Barb PFA Weekly DateAny time spent with Reid on Dance and Stuff is gold! Doesn’t matter if it’s dance or movies or fashion or food or ramblings on a walk across town. You will be better for his company.

long lean lines! My faves 💕Part of my weekly ritual. Thanks for keeping quarantine fab!

Jen LedSane conversation for an insane world - also very funnyI’m a 62 y/o woman living in the PNW. I’m a nurse. I know next to nothing about dance; not exactly your demographic, but I love listening to these two have a long, intelligent conversation. My favorite episodes are when they just talk about random stuff (love Reid’s movie recaps), but I’ve also had my interest piqued about dance. Thanks guys, and keep it up.

Stirling BakerBrilliant & Essential ListeningDance & Stuff, at first glance could be seen as a simple relaxed conversation from its title, but after one episode you’ll find it’s the best thing that could have happened to your Friday. Jack and Reid’s interview with Bill T. Jones completely changed the way I view this world as an artist. Forever grateful to this podcast and so excited for next Friday.

Liv.M☀️GoodSometimes it can be more interesting in other episodes than others
-
Mag AiryAlways EntertainingLadies, Gentlemen, and Other- Reid and Jack are my weekly thrill and I think everyone should be listening too. Their banter is entertaining and makes me feel connected to what’s going on in the Arts— even though I don’t live in NYC and am not an artist. My husband gets ticked if I listen to the show without him and it’s broadened our horizons on dance and stuff. 10/10.

TheSeasKneesI could listen to Reid and Jack all day longSeriously, I feel bereft at the end of each episode. These two are an absolute JOY. I learn so much about dance, but they make any topic, from the DMV to Maleficent, interesting and delightful. They have the sweetest friendship and it's a gift to be privvy to all this cuteness and intelligence.
-
TheoToMorrow100%Talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, not ever been done before, unafraid to reference or not reference. All around great podcast.
-
Mary-ElizaBest Podcast!Jack and Reid are hilarious, smart, and make every Friday feel like a tiny gift because I get to listen to them. I love when Reid does a play by play of a movie or just becomes not interested because even that’s interesting and fun! They bring up ideas and concepts about dance that I wish more people, especially anyone who produces or choreographs, would listen and take into consideration. Thank you for being friends and making this podcast!

MMPATTERSONGBeverly Hills ChihuahuaA couple of years ago, the team from Orange is the New Black came to scout our apartment for a location, and the director of one of the (many) Beverly Hills Chihuahua movies was there. The love of my life is a long haired chihuahua, and the director said it’s a shame Massimo (my dog) couldn’t be in a Beverly Hills Chihuahua movie.

JHB365MergingDef speed up. Love you both so much.
-
SamanthadancesFreeway mergingI love you Jack, but you have to speed up to get on the freeway 😂 I agree with Reid
-
zaracorzine13WonderfulI look forward to my Friday morning commute only because it means listening to Reid and Jack!
-
mrkittenThis podcast is EVERYTHING.I could not possibly love this more, come for the dance chats, stay for Jack's laugh and Reid's movie reviews and stories that leave me with tighter abs from all the hilarity. XXOOXXOO

Marytg66These Queens give me LIFE!I am so thankful that I found Dance and Stuff. To say that Jack and Reid are hysterical is an understatement. I am a middle aged dancer / teacher / choreographer... etc. I am an ex NYC resident who never wanted to leave. I listen to this podcast driving back and forth in the car to teach. I laugh out loud often!!! Both are clever, kind and keep me informed about what is going on in the world of dance NY 2.0.and beyond. My only request would be to speak on aging in the industry and how to handle injuries physically, spiritually and emotionally. May God continue to bless these queens. Bravo!!!

jeskyrLike Lying on MarleyAs a former dancer (read: felt like a has-been or a never-was for a long time), I approach dance content with my heart on my sleeve and 87 defense mechanism in my hands. Reid and Jack provide a valuable, comfortable, inviting scene for me to re-indulge in the world I miss so terribly. I respect their opinions and experience and so appreciate the vulnerable, personal, and gracious way they deliver their thoughts and showcase their guests. Listening to them puts me back in a split, sewing ribbons before class. I feel informed and caught-up with what’s going on with dance, but mostly I get a hit of the warm, dancerly community that I long for. - The Almost Dancer

michellemmesimply the bestthey are the funniest people. they bring me joy and sometimes a much needed deep moment. me loves you.
-
@tybbPrayingThat you both have seen The Favourite, can’t wait for thoughts! 💕
-
KITKATTACKBest dance podcast for sure!Reid and Jack are HILARIOUS. I would listen to them talk for hours even if it was about the most mundane topic ever. They also are super steeped into the dance world so they have on a lot of good guests. I love this podcast and would recommend it anyone, even non dancers. Thanks for doing what you are doing Jack and Reid and please keep it up!

uhbuhguhHappy first anniversary! What a lovely podcast. Thank you for all the smiles/giggles and insights. Congratulations to everything y’all have done for the past year and wishing you both great health. I loves you! - Robin
-
bloodandgoldI’m not a dancer, but I’m not not a dancer.I accidentally found this podcast through Instagram when seeing a photo of Jack Ferver and recognizing him from strangers with candy. Reid I fell in love with instantly! They have incredible chemistry and are so funny and interesting. I love learning about the inner workings of dance, design, production, and choreography, but it’s also incredible to learn about the gross underbelly of dance culture run by the Herero normative and high society.

nicknames aren't my thing👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻First of all, as an LA based fan I would LIVE for an LA themed special edition. You two keep me entertained and informed while sitting in traffic comparable to the plight of co-existing with MTA. Don’t stop.

The Faerie QueefeWE LOVES YOUReid and Jack are your treasured friends from art school who you haven’t seen in 20 years. (Except no matter how much I begged, my parents wouldn’t let me go to Interlochen.) Not only are they insightful, smart, and hilarious AF, you can also trust them to speak honestly and call out garbage when they see it (hello, Jared Leto). Unlike so many dull conversational-format podcasts, WGOWDAS makes you feel invited and in-on-the-joke, and it is an absolute delight from start to finish.

Lalzamora6 Starssszzzzah!!Gee what can I say that hasn’t already been said? Just please go on forever, whatever you’re doing is really werrrking for me, and I think I speak for your entire listening audience when I say you give us laughs (and a little bit of shade) and love (and some other strong feelings) and LIFE. What you’re doing is so important! Keep on healing. Keep it real. Let’s do this.

-
JMelSchulerCurrently binge-listening to thisHilarious banter glides into thoughtful analysis of dance (& stuff). Glad to have this little window into what's happening in dance now. Many outlets provide current happenings in ballet, but it's harder to find insight into dance outside of that realm.
-
blkgfyso goodbest part of my friday is getting to listen to this podcast. so good for anyone with any interest in dance and any amount of knowledge. the dance and the stuff commentary are equally interesting, insightful, and hilarious. thankful for all the hours I've wasted and all the movie endings that have been ruined for me.
-
drebinx#rundontwalkI am having the grandest time listening to these hilarious, intelligent, sweet and savory discussions and interviews. As a dancer in Los Angeles, I maybe know of half of the people Reid and Jack talk about but whatevs - I LOVE IT ALL. All things Dance and all things Stuff, listening to this podcast feels like a great group hang with your best dance friends- getting down and dirty on dance gossip, what's on netflix, and the trials/tribulations/celebrations of dance (and non-dance) life.
-
greenpointgrrrlCome AWWWWNNJust moved to NYC to pursue DANSE and this podcast might be the most educational and entertaining source of all things performance/art. At its best it's a dramaturgical breakdown of the latest and (maybe not) greatest in show business, and at its....well at other times it's like a good gossip sesh with the girlies. If nothing else, these KWEENS know how to make a grrrl feel a lot less lonely on her god forsaken MTA commute!!!

Grant WahlquistO. M. G.Every Friday when a new episode of What's Going On With Dance and Stuff appears on my phone I shriek and twirl and work myself into a state. Jack and Reid are smart, funny, and amazing, and I am deep into the parasocial relationship I have with them through the podcast. Cackling and gasping along to their podcast while I speed through rural Maine makes me feel so happy and so much less alone. WERK!
-
Kitkatt_6AhhmazingI love!
-
Rturk84You will laugh. You will learn. And if you find the motivation...you will dance.I always look forward to learning all about dance and stuff! You will be endlessly entertained. Discussions on costume, performance, big budget movies, and of course a good Reid burp-I live!!!! Keep casting spells on us witches.
-
thisisnotmygivennamei liveMy heart flutters whensoever a new episode of WGOWDAS appears on my cellular phone. The theme song alone is worth 5 stars. Everything I know about dance I learned from this podcast (and also from Miss Helen, my ballet teacher during my brief career from age 5 to 8). Jack and Reid make me feel connected to the dance world even though I am so not. I love them, I love their friendship, and sometimes I find that my thoughts are narrated in their melodic voices.
