1391Good Show butbut there are more advertisements here than any other Catholic show I listen too
-
KongKarlsAccentWhy is Jimmy playing around with his accent? I know he’s from and now returned to the South, but the accent feels a bit like a performance.
-
STL_ChrisInsightfulThank you for sharing your knowledge of the Catholic faith - much appreciated!
-
Jaquob_StrangeThank you thank you thank you!!I don’t think my conversion would have been possible without Catholic Answers and the guys that are on the show. I can’t express how thankful I am for this wonderful resource that has led me to a place where I can receive the true body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ on every Lords Day! Such a wonderful ministry and surely a blessing to so many people that now worship Christ in the way He intended in the one true Church that Christ started. Thank you so much!

God Bless the USA 67Thank youThank you for educating me! Love this show & all the guests! Thank you for what you do!

HunterReviewsTop 5 PodcastThis podcast made me Catholic! I was raised a Jehovah’s Witness and was then an atheist. Thank God for this podcast for helping me find Jesus and helping me realize the Lord has been with me the whole time. This podcast is in my top 5 all time podcasts!
-
LarylizardFaithYou have brought me back to the church.
-
True miracle of in corruptionThe best podcast everI would listen to it with my dad coming home from flag football. Don’t change the intro music
-
NerfmomFull of Wisdom, knowledge and understandingI’m an adult in RCIA, becoming a Catholic. This podcast is so clear and helpful. Than y’all for what you do.
-
kmjpmcInterest is waningI have always enjoy shows re: Q/A of Catholicism. Not a fan of weird questions or flannel panel and yes would love to hear a different intro music… Knowledgeable guests but would like their answers to take less time … please be concise and allow other callers to ask questions. Some guests are very thorough AND concise… thank you Joe H and Mark B
-
sclb71Intro musicAny chance they could change the intro music?
-
Leanski16Seek and you will findI left the Church after I was confirmed. This show brought me right on back. I had so many burning questions about Christianity, and Catholic Answers was the only show that provided the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Thank you for reigniting my Faith.
-
kenhagenThank you.Not a fan of Michael Lofton. He attacks good Catholics.
-
seeker11177Always leaving the the non live listener hangingThe last 3 days of episodes are not on Apple Podcasts, Youtube or even the Catholic Answers app. This is extremely frustrating. I have a hard time understanding why the content is unavailable for people who choose to listen the next day.
-
LAkewoodCA tyWhy didn't I learn about these guys sooner?I’ve learned so much about our faith! So clear and easy-to-understand information. To learn how to defend the trust, you should listen to Catholic Answers. I love this podcast, and I'm glad I found them!
-
willoochThe HostEver since Patrick Coffin left I’ve had to grit my teeth when listening to this host. He is constantly bailed out by the likes of Tim, Jimmy or Trent. Anyone who claims to be a Catholic and supports the liberal idea of abortion should not be on this show , let alone hosting.
-
Refman BobGreat to listenI am learning so much listening to this podcast. All the guest are so knowledgeable!
-
Corey LambrechtA+++++Great show , highly recommended!
-
sinnedwerdnaSmartGreat show they are so smart they know LITARALY everything about catholic and there answers are great always to the point and I don’t mind the commercials at all and also there pretty funny to
-
adsybcGreat podcastI’m only nine years old and I’m catholic I don’t always get the questions but I do know that it’s a great podcast I listen a lot I like that they make tons of episodes all the time so you can always listen anyway keep up the great work keep it up🇺🇸🇹🇱🙀😑🤪😋😀😃😁😁😆😄
-
EmmieQPanelExcellent show, insightful and informative. As someone from Wichita KS I can tell you the reason for our success is first and foremost the number of churches with perpetual adoration and second our commitment to Stewardship, which creates the community that so many people crave and give as a reason for leaving the Church.

Knight Says NYTThe tension is palpableThere’s a very hard analytical edge beneath Jimmy’s meek bearing but the edge is never seen. Mysterious world is a great example of the lengths to which he will go to consider even the most outlying theory with the utmost respect, patiently dismantling and cataloging the evidence piece by piece. Other hosts may be equally bright on IQ but not equally meek. I tried to listen to two recent interviews but tension with guests is frankly unbearable. CA needs more hosts who don’t seem like hyper aggressive dominant geniuses, but who come across as having above average intelligence with a kind heart. Or geniuses with a kind heart will do also.

RedTea GreenTeaAlways a good time with these guys!Keep up the good work!

Antonia357Terrific show! The best!Love this show, sincerely… has answered so many of my questions.
-
Alfred GonzalesCy and commercials take away from itAfter Jerry usher and pat coffin, In our charity I think cy is a step down. He means well but he’s just a little too goofy. And it’s a distraction. Also all the commercials. I think a better apologetic show is EWTN “Called to Communion”. It’s just one hour of straight apologetic answers with no commercials and now goofiness. Still that being said, I do appreciate Catholic answers and all that it’s done. I am glad that we have it
-
Nav loves GodGood and helpful! Many good answers, questions, and help!
-
Micram330Best podcast and radio show out thereThis podcast is amazing. The guests are always so well prepared and open to any question that callers may have. Cy is great host.
-
O'TreasaighGreat content - too many sales pitchesI want to love these guys, but I tuned in to another “Defending the Faith” session, hoping for guidance, and instead got another segment of the sales pitch of the day. Enough already. You’re making it impossible to tune in.
-
Mr. OdubSold out to radical right wing politicsLong time listener who has noticed that right wing politics are now more important than Catholicism on this show. These apologists unfortunately sold out to a political agenda.
-
SgtStorkGetting to the truthGreat teaching.
-
DeniseDSSo InformativeI have listened to Catholic Answers for years now. It’s often though a challenge stay tuned in and undistracted. The current host is very chatty, overly humorous and tends to interrupt the guest speakers with his own comments. It would be most helpful if he toned down his verbosity and stayed out of the way of the speaker and caller.
-
Mayra :-)I’ve learned so much and so will you!I like that the speakers are respectful to callers asking questions and do a great job of explaining the Catholic Church’s position on various topics. I’ve learned so much about what the Catholic Church teaches from this show.
-
onestrivingsoulPretty Good ShowMy favorite episodes are when Cy Kellett and Trent Horn are on together; their repartee is quite entertaining!
-
JNC0902Great showGreat host + great guests = great show
-
bigjohn64Great teachingI am studying at my dioceses catechetical institute. I just finished year one of a two year certificate for adult faith formation. This podcast aided my learning , I believe that the success that I achieved at school was influenced in a positive way by being an everyday listener. Thanks for your apostolate.
-
Eric from MichiganGreat podcast for all ChristiansI’ve learned so much from this show. Great guests that know about the Bible and the early Church. They have taught me a love of Holy Scripture and have helped me grow in my relationship with Our Lord Jesus Christ! God Bless!
-
DanTheCatholicManA MUST-HEAR FOR ALL CATHOLICSThis show is just so informative and the apologist they bring on the show are just really smart people and they know everything there is to know about the Catholic faith and can answer any objection one may have about the Catholic faith.
-

-
ToastmonsterCatholic NecessityI have found no better source outside the Church (but absolutely with the Church) to learn and understand the faith better than at Catholic Answers and all their resources (Forums, CA live, catholic.com) etc. Thank you to everyone at CA and all those who help support CA!!! Don’t just listen; become a supporter!!!!
-
JohnSutterEssential ListeningFor Catholics and also non-Catholics. I have learned so much about the catholic faith from this show. The host is charismatic, and the guests are knowledgeable and charitable.

-
AMM1125I love this showNo easier way to learn more about your Catholic faith. I absolutely love this show.
-
One star is too generousSuch a great way to get Catholic Answers!I love this podcast! The apologists give a lot of information in laymen’s terms to answer caller’s questions. Cy Kellet is an amazingly sweet and gracious host. He definitely makes this show fun! I learn something new about our faith every day. Thanks CAL!
-
cyuraskoAlways the bestClear, concise teaching on all matters of the Catholic Faith. Lots of fun too!
-
SrCatherineDefinitely the Holy Spirit!Praise God for the CA’s ministry

-
leftsnareThe BEST Resource for Catholics with QuestionsIt is quite possible I would not be a practicing Catholic today without this podcast. It helped me realize the beauty of my faith and never failed to provide intelligent and truly satisfying responses to my questions and objections.
-
JosephFlahertyGreat if your CCD is a little rustyAs a lapsed Catholic, I've found this show to be excellent remedial catechesis. There's great banter betwee Cy Kellett, the host and a rotating group of co-hosts. Trent Horn is like the Catholic Ben Shapiro, Tim Staples is the platonic ideal of a CYO coach, Jimmy Akin is the master of the occult and arcane, Fr. Hugh Barbor is the avuncular elder statesman. The callers add an unpredictable element to the show that makes it entertaining. Great stuff.
-
helsydheieyAmazing Show/Podcast led by Cy Kellett and World Class Catholic ApologistsCatholic Answers Live is an exceptional show, teaching through words and actions about the Catholic faith. This show has brought me and my wife closer to Jesus and strengthened our understanding of the teachings of the Catholic Church. The host, Cy Kellett, and the best Catholic Apologists of our time make the show fun, educational, and entertaining. I highly encourage everyone to subscribe and listen. Thank you to everyone at Catholic Answers!
