Dan King in San DiegoThe best career coach and podcast!I started listening to career-related podcasts when I was considering a career change, and Lesa Edwards' The Exclusive Career Coach quickly became one of my favorites. Her podcast offers practical advice, real-world insights, and occasional guest interviews that provide valuable perspectives. It wasn’t long before I took advantage of Lesa’s free consultation, where I found her to be just as warm and genuine as she is in her episodes. I later invested in a coaching package, which I am immensely grateful for. Lesa not only provided practical career advice but also helped me reframe my situation in a more positive light. One of the most impactful tools she taught me is the concept of "no free rent"—mindfully stopping work-related stress from taking up space in my thoughts outside of working hours. Lesa also reminded me that while some things in life and work are hard, I am capable of handling them. That mindset has been invaluable, especially during a challenging work situation I couldn’t discuss with anyone else. With her support, I was able to work through it and take the right next steps. I highly recommend Lesa to anyone looking for insightful, actionable career guidance. Her support has made a meaningful difference in my professional life.

jwestbrook1102My go to podcast for career advice!Exclusive Career Coach with Lesa Edwards is my go to podcast for career advice! She is extremely knowledgeable and always has very interesting guests on the show, some of whom I have connected with on LinkedIn. One of my favorite episodes is: 5 Ways Mind Drama Can Creep into Your Job Search (with guest Jane Springer). I am always excited to listen to her new episodes when they come out (and revisit old ones I have saved).

Mark Anthony DysonValuable episode about job-hoppingThanks to Lesa and her guest, Sonja, for offering a precise thought process in figuring out how to excel in their career advancement efforts. Many career coaches will share about salary increases without understanding career value in its entirety. This episode is worth listening to if you are measuring your career leaps strategically. Ruth, ACRWAccurate & Informative!I have listened to a few months of podcasts over the last 2 weeks, and the information is a goldmine. I’m an Academy Certified Resume Writer who has worked with new grads through executives, and I frequently find as much misinformation as helpful insights within career resources. This is the first podcast I’ve heard where everything checks out. I’m so glad to have found this resource!
