    Rollback Episode
The host is way too staunch in his opinions and a victim of confirmation bias. He dishonestly dismisses every decent argument on the other side of the “issue”. All while being hypocritical and inflammatory towards the opposing view point. There wasn’t one original opinion you couldn’t find posted numerous times on Twitter

Matt is super knowledgeable and makes golf content fun and approachable.

350 into the wind with that last pod!
Couldn’t agree more with courses adapting personalities that can better suit specific types of golf. I would STILL be able and willing to play ALL, (and you actually just said that as I typed it while I’m still listening) I love a good paced 18, of course hitting a road jam by hole 7 is frustrating, but fairly or unfairly, I can’t imagine it being fun for those who are playing slower either. The last thing I want is to people feel like they shouldn’t go back out because they didn’t play well and hated that the group behind them was constantly at the tee box with them as they tee off.

    The search ends here
I’ve listened to multiple golf podcasts but they all seemed to not be quite what I was looking for. I had been subscribed to the Plugged in golf newsletter for around a year before finally downloading the podcast. What can I say, the podcast is informative and enjoyable to listen to without being too long or getting “in to the weeds.” I’ve found my golf podcast!!

    Volume
Matt, I really enjoy your interviews but could you please turn up your mike? You speak in a whisper compared to your guests.

    Worth the listen
This is a great podcast. Subjects are about many areas of golf - very cool interviews with people in the golf industry. Check it out and get some insight into the people being interviewed and the companies that they work for...

    Almost there - 3.5 stars
I really want to like this podcast but there are two things that make me hesitate before I press play 1. Please stop playing with the paper on your desk while you are recording. It is really distracting and drowns out the guest at times. 2. Half of these are sales pitches from vendors who are talking about products. As a host please stop pandering to the guest and treat them like golf enthusiasts. Ok one question about what’s new with this years ball but then ask other questions that any golfer would appreciate. This leads me to how you earned the four stars instead of two: the back nine. This segment is brilliant. Great thought inspiring questions that make you smile and think about your own experiences. I have stolen these questions and ask them as conversation starters with my golfing buddies. Keep up the good work and please search for more industry folks as guests and less vendors.
  • I love camp!
    The Back Nine
I love The Back Nine questions Matt asks each of his guests. They’re simple golf questions, but I love to hear every answer!

    Great content and insight
The first episode was great! Hearing from Nick was fantastic and a side to golf we don’t generally get to hear from. Loved the back 9 questions at the end too. Only suggestion would be to make Matt’s voice a little louder during the interview. Keep up the great work. - @golfspy_meyer
