    CSCS in audio
This is a great podcast for learning the nuts and bolts of strength and conditioning, especially if you want to take the CSCS exam. Matt does a great job of breaking it down without being too technical in the science jargon. It’s good to have a notebook handy.

    A very insightful podcast
Over the past couple of months, I have been slowly immersing myself in the world of exercise science. I found this podcast whilst looking for podcasts on the topic. I would recommend this show in a heartbeat for all of the people who are interested in exercise science. The speaker really knows what he's talking about. Even though I am not anywhere near being qualified to take the CSCS(I'm a grad student in CS) I still enjoy this podcast and think it's a great resource for those wanting to study for that exam!

Incredibly Helpful - Clear and concise
I’ve just started listening, and have now followed the Facebook study group and YouTube page. Matt and his guests make everything even more understandable with real life experiences. In regards to the CSCS prep episodes, I have found his explanations and analogies incredibly helpful as they are focused on helping you understand, not just memorize. The amount of dedication and work are very evident and in all the months of studying for this exam, I’ve never been more confident than in this last couple weeks of listening and learning from Matt and the resources he has provided.

    Informative Content
I found Matt on YouTube and find his videos helpful in preparing for the CSCS exam. I was excited to here that also had a podcast as I spend a lot of time driving. I’m enjoying it so far. Only bit of feedback would be to slow down the pace of your voice to allow the information delivered to be better digested. Great content though. Appreciate your efforts in your mission to educate on S&C topics
