    Amazing!
Just an amazing podcast overall, I started listening for the Carrion Company series but after checking out their other stuff, I can definitely recommend the podcast as a whole. Stellar production value all round!

One of the best RPG podcasts
I love RPGs, and I love podcasts, so I am always looking for new shows that combine both. One thing I’ve discovered is that so many RPG podcasts can be a bit boring. It’s clear that the hosts love the subject matter, but often they just aren’t very good at talking about it, or they spend too much time trying to be funny. Mud & Blood doesn’t have either of those problems. This is a fantastic podcast with hosts that really know their subject matter and have some very interesting and thoughtful conversations. The games they review and play are amazing as well. This is a true RPG lovers podcast.

Grim, dark and worth the listen
Really digging this podcast. The focus on lesser known RPGs is appreciated. The review for Degenesis was fair and informative. Made me want to find the game.

    Very Good Stuff
Love the podcast. I would love to see more actual play. Specifically Zweihander or Cathulu Dark Ages. Keep it up!

Longwinded and Wandering on Good Topics
While I've listened to every podcast released so far (up to Episode 44), I don't think I'll continue. The audio quality is very good, and the games they cover are among my favorites (which is how I found them originally). But there are 2 big problems with Mud & Blood. Unfortunately, while the quality of content is great, the hosts are unbelievably long-winded. Episodes regularly go on and on with minimal content. They frequestly talk about irrelevant/unrelated material for several minutes, and then even realize they've wandered off-topic. Why not cut this out?! Worst offender - the review of the Warhammer 4th edition was 2 1/2 hours long! There was so much irrelevant content that should have been left out. Maybe they just need to make a bullet point plan before episodes and check it every so often? Which brings up the second point - the reviews are nearly useless. Every game they review is "just incredible". Nearly every game is over a 4.0 (only 2 have been under 4). They even comment that sometimes they have to bump a game's score up or down because it's the same as another game's score, but they think it's better or worse. I hope they can tighten up their technique and focus the episodes more in the future. I'll come back in a few months and see if things have improved.

    Coriolis
The game reviews and interviews are good, but what makes this podcast 5 stars for me is Coriolis actual play podcast. Absolutely, stellar GM and cast. Love learning about new systems and the enjoy the tone of the story. Highly recommended.

    Keep it up
Love the pod. Fantastic discussion and ideas. Has helped me immensely. Not into the theme of the actual play but the production values are fantastic. Can’t wait to hear a medi fantasy actual play done by these guys. See if you can get Zak S to do an interview.

    Strong thematic focus
Good RPG discussion podcast, focused on keeping a gritty feel in tabletop games, using story techniques and game mechanics across different systems and genres.

    Great topics and audio
Matt and Liam cover some great grim and dark systems and games. One knows they know a system when you find yourself screaming at them “but, but what about [insert nerd rage]?!” and Lo! they there they go and pick up the thing you were so bloody mad about. Then you’re smiling and saying, “I like these guys.” Needs more WFRP though. 😀 The audio sounds great. Supporting that greatness are a lot bits, to date many episodes are over 100MB. Some pod catchers won’t download episodes over 100MB on specific networks, so have good WiFi handy when syncing.
