She speaks as if she’s sitting in her living room with you - so relatable and friendly. I appreciate when people are open and share about their own struggles and how they’ve learned and are continuing to learn from them. Angela shares this with us. With Ayurveda, it can sometimes feel unachievable, like you have to do all the things correctly. But Simple Ayurveda is here to show and guide us that it can be simple and doable.

Yoga1111So Useful!I love this podcast, because, as the title suggests, the content is refreshingly simple and free of the self-promotion and pretense inherent in so many wellness podcasts. Angela gets right to the heart of the topic, and also shares examples (from triumphs to stumbles) from her own life with inspiring honesty. I always come away from each episode with several useful tips to enhance my daily routine and my overall sense of well-being. Rainwater McleanLove the RealnessThis show is great at times over stimulating sometimes but wonderful. Episode 227 is so worth a listen. I was actually listening to this for my relationship with my daughter and family members and I just love how honesty trumps anything else, so real esp when she speaks on the relationship between her and the deities in the Gita. So real and so wonderful.

Kacee H.INSPIRATIONAL!I love listening to the Simple Ayurveda podcast! I have an interest in Ayurveda because I’ve been doing yoga and meditating off and on for years and wanted to learn more and tie everything together. Listening weekly has had me so inspired to try Ayurveda in my life if only in small ways. I have gone from incorporating more meditation to learning about the miracle of ghee, doshas and then trying my hand at kitchari, dry brushing and tongue scraping and oil pulling. These small changes have made a noticeable impact on my life and I am always ready to learn more. Angela has a way of teaching the topic that is non judgemental, relatable and easy to understand that you want to deepen your understanding. She also has some great guest speakers. Keep up the good work!
