LovesRingoAmazing!This is the first podcast I’ve ever listened to every episode and I look forward to each new one every week! I’ve always struggled with being late and I can honestly say because I’ve been moved to make myself wake up a hour early I haven’t been late in over 2 weeks! I think about the podcasts and short notes throughout my day and can relate them to my own life. Also I’m going to London with my sister next month and think it’s so exciting we’ll be in the same place as Adrienne!

Adrienne is inspiring and asks all the right questions to her guests to get them to feel comfortbale and speak honestly about their stories. Each episode has left me with a new task/plan/suggestion to use in my own personal power hour. I love her phrase " You can do hard things"- it became my new mantra for a marathon.
