    Amazing!
This is the first podcast I’ve ever listened to every episode and I look forward to each new one every week! I’ve always struggled with being late and I can honestly say because I’ve been moved to make myself wake up a hour early I haven’t been late in over 2 weeks! I think about the podcasts and short notes throughout my day and can relate them to my own life. Also I’m going to London with my sister next month and think it’s so exciting we’ll be in the same place as Adrienne!

    My power hour podcast go-to
Since starting this podcast, I’ve been intentional with the first hour of my day, and I’ve found that by listening to this podcast first thing in the morning I’m motivated, encouraged, and ready to attack the rest of my day. This podcast is the best power hour podcast I’ve found.

    Great Inspiration
I absolutely love this podcast. Adrienne and the interviews give me great inspiration. I’ve been working on being more disciplined with not hitting the snooze button in the morning and getting up. Each time I don’t hit the snooze button I think, “I can do hard things!”

    Increased my workouts!
After I finished my last podcast series I struggled to find a new one I loved but Adrienne blew everyone else away! I love her show and her guests so so much, I’ve started following a lot of them actually too! 😁 I look forward to working out in the mornings now because it’s the only time I listen to the podcast, I actually started working out MORE because 1. I get to listen to her show and 2. I CAN DO HARD THINGS ❤️❤️❤️

    Amazing, inspiring!
Amazing, I absolutely love this podcast. Adrienne is inspiring and asks all the right questions to her guests to get them to feel comfortbale and speak honestly about their stories. Each episode has left me with a new task/plan/suggestion to use in my own personal power hour. I love her phrase " You can do hard things"- it became my new mantra for a marathon.

    Great insight!
This was very enlightening and I like the fact it was established early the Power Hour doesn’t have to be first thing in the morning but whenever you can get the most done for yourself. Looking forward to more podcasts!!
