Listening to this pod I’ll get wrapped up in the story and suddenly find myself doing a spit take because of something hilarious that was just (no, I didn’t expect them to mention the Jonas Brother’s chastity rings in one episode... it just came out of nowhere. There are also really cool, legit references to locations in the Bay Area which is a lot of fun. Can’t wait for more!

Anders and Helen are a delight to spend time with! They have a charming cast of characters, and it’s very clear that everyone involved is having a wonderful time. This is a really great podcast to listen to when you need some levity.

Wow so great. A real deep dive into the world of treasure hunting. Tightly plotted and with consistent continuity. You won’t believe they are making it up as they go along. It is fun and genre.

I highly recommend Treasure Hunting Helen for your amusement! Mystery and adventure are mixed with droll humor and weird bits of trivia in this unfolding saga and a new quirky guest character appears in every episode.

Rather than going for quick gags, this is a comedy podcast with a lot of heart. These are skilled improvisers, and you can tell as they let characters build and breathe, and before you know it you're grinning ear to ear for the whole episode. Always puts me in the best mood.

I learned a lot about treasure hunting! I think so anyway. Had a good time listening. I'll have to update this review after I do an actual treasure hunt....
