    Wonderful ideas & positive mindset
    Oh, I love the podcast so much! And I applaud your decision to live more in the present and real world with your family. I go through seasons where I listen more, and busy seasons I listen less. Now two kids have graduated, I have only two left so I have more time & energy for nutrition & wonderful flavorful recipes. I plan to listen to all the past 2 years & take notes! I have one idea- do a yearly podcast episode to just let us know about the cooking club & Patreon. I’ve deleted Instagram so wouldn’t see any announcements. I might do the cooking club in the future. You are awesome. Thank you for your energy, expertise, joy & honesty. I love it.

    I have been following Kris and cooking her recipes for a couple of years now. They are always spot on, and many of them have made it onto our family favorite list. This podcast, like everything she does, is high quality. If you’re in a food rut she will get you out of it. Need to brush up on your kitchen skills? She can help you with that. Or maybe you need tips for budgeting your grocery shopping or streamlining your kitchen routine and meal planning. Kris has you covered. Plus she’s just a super kind human.     I recently started a journey of trying to find more joy while in my kitchen. As a mama of 2 (7mo & 2yo) I spend sooooo much of my time in the kitchen getting food together or cleaning up and truly it’s my least favorite. I love good food but it always tastes better when I don’t have to cook or clean. Finding this podcast and Kris’s IG page has given me hope! This isn’t a boring show about food, it is a really informative and inspiring show about healthy lifestyle in the real world, balancing meals as a mom, and making things easy but still taste great.     Talks way too fast
    The content has the potential to be so good, but she talks waaaayyyy too fast. It gives me a headache. Please slow down or use post production. The podcast app only allows half speed which makes you sound alike a robot, so you need to help your potential new listeners out here by slowing down. Maybe that means covering less per episode.
