Listening LynneWhere’s Dotsie?Dotsie and Alexandra have - from the beginning- held my attention. I’ve appreciated the mix of conversations that include animal welfare and environmental /climate change concerns in addition to the plethora of superb nutritional information from experts and medical professionals. I am missing Dotsie lately - her and Alexandra’s rapport makes this show skip, pump and flow. 5 stars up through December, ‘24!

-
Sarasota SusanA Great Listen!I find this one entertaining, easy to listen to, informative and inspiring. I don’t have many plant based low fat whole food eating friends in real life, so the fellowship, kindred spirits and health oriented material geared to athletes is invaluable to me! I look forward to each new episode!
-
Agent AlysaMy favorite podcast!I have loved every episode I’ve listened to and that’s been a lot! Such great information! I was brought to this podcast because of its support for vegan living but found so much more helpful information by listening.

Bobby HorselapLove the S4G podcast!52 year old male carnivore turned plant-based a year ago. S4G podcast has been an awesome resource that helps to reinforce my “why” while also educating me with great content on the “what” and “how”. Dottie and Alexandra bring energy, conviction, compassion, unapologetic truth and laughter to every episode. They are great interviewers and their conversations are easy and enjoyable to listen to. Can’t thank these ladies enough for what they do. I’m walking this path alone but don’t feel like I am because Dottie and Alexandra are there every week providing a sense of community and a movement.

vegman2020Switch4good = Podcast ExcellenceI’m 60 years old and 100% plant-based 4 and half years now. I’d like to think I couldn’t have done it without Switch4good. Their in-depth topics and incredible guests educated me on how to do this whole thing. I lost 50 pounds and sort of feel like an athlete, this is crazy! You ladies clearly have a passion for Plant Based Living, Animals and the Planet and I’m so glad you do. Please keep up the great work! Sincerely, Mitch

B. SheridanSwitch 4 BESTThis is one of the three podcasts in the health area that I NEVER miss. Dotsy and Alexandra not only work well together which makes for such a pleasant listening experience - they really know their stuff. They not only read the research but they have lived the vegan life long enough to see all sides of it. Their guests always have something worthwhile to say even ones that I would think have nothing in common with me. Dotsy and Alexandra are funny, informed, empathetic and put on a fantastic podcast.

chadwriteNewbieJust discovered this podcast, and it’s a great source of information. Dottie does good interviews, asking questions I would ask, and I’ve added my subscription to Switch4Good. Rock on!

Vikesfan7711Great informationI really appreciate the variety of topics that they cover. The two hosts bring in guests that offer a wide range of information and nearly all of it is applicable on my journey to better health. If an episode doesn’t seem useful for my situation, I’ll skip it and check in for the next one but that’s a rare occurrence. I highly recommend this podcast.

KMC313IALove this podcastGreat episodes!!

DColdwellEngaging and HonestIt seems that the guests are clear about their positions and the hosts are clear in what and how they ask. Doesn’t ever feel like I need to ask what they really think of XYZ. This podcast isn’t manipulative as well. I find this can be the case elsewhere.
-

Deb in SavannahOne of my all-time favorite podcasts!Dotsie and Alexandra consistently deliver engaging and interesting content in a fun, informative way. This dynamic duo make a great team; Dotsie with the broad brushstrokes and Alexandra drilling down the details. They’re always well prepared and are fabulous conversationalists. deniseartsThis is a very worth while way to spend some time…Lots of terrific health tips and information for this decades old Grandmother vegetarian turned plant-baser, I’m very grateful for your work. In particular, the show interviewing Diabetes Dietician Lauren Plunkett was terrific. Please continue in this vein, perhaps a Diabetes type 2 expert, a cancer survivor, etc. Hearing you two talk to people from other walks of life who can tell us how the plant-based diet has helped them manage their trouble spots is the best. can’t thank you enough for all you do!
-
Ag1980Best Health PodcastI’ve listened to pretty much every episode and they are the best interviewers! They do their homework asking the best questions, and make it fun with stories and real life scenarios. You’ll feel more well rounded knowing every episode is a different doctor or specialist! Love this show!!

overby tCan’t wait for my “podcast time”I listen to your show while getting ready for work every morning and to keep me company while doing household chores, and I love it!!! Such interesting topics and guests! I’ve recently been diagnosed with dairy and egg sensitivities and decided who best to teach me how to avoid these foods than vegans! I love that your show is accessible to everyone! Instead of being preachy, political, or guilt inducing, you are positive, encouraging, and inspiring! I am so glad I found this show, and I’m constantly recommending it to others. 😊
-
AndwengerYou had me at the titleI have been working at plant-based while food eating for several months after leaving meat nearly a year ago. I am trying to learn new tricks every day while being gracious with myself. I find the podcast to be helpful in my desire to “switch for good” and am listening to all the past episodes. Thank you!
-
judylaraLong time listener, long time plant-based 🌿I’ve been listening for some time now and, though I’ve been plant-based for 14 years, I am continuing to learn + grow through the help of this pod. Thank you for the many interesting conversations with inspiring people in the community and the wealth of information they all offer. Keep up the awesome work - it’s sure to help others along their journey. :)

Mrs EstepPositive and Encouraging!I found you guys by chance one day and now I’m hooked! It’s great to find a positive and encouraging place to see my vegan lifestyle in action! Thank you!

angelafischettiMilkedThis is a compelling, disturbing, poignant but oh so necessary film, especially at this point in time of massive climate, environment, non human animal cruelty and abuse and human health issues. Dairy destroys us all. I'm about to be 64 years young and I've been in the movement since 1987, after reading John Robbins' "Diet for a New America," I took one look at my beloved cat and knew I could no longer eat meat; becoming vegan followed 3 years later. This is nothing new to us. John Robbins disclosed it back then, the truth of what went on in animal ag. It has taken the younger generation, a generation of animal activists and animal advocates, to stir the pot that has resulted in big beef and big dairy shaking and quaking in their boots. Bravo to this generation. Thank you Dotsie, Alexandra and Chris. My heart swells with pride. Namaste.🙏
-
Matthew the plant eaterInformative and inspiringA wealth of information presented from a kind and compassionate perspective keeps me coming back for more every week. Dotsie, Alexandra and their amazing guests bring all of the science and positivity you need to absolutely thrive on a plant based lifestyle. Love you guys!!

Quigmom60Podcast NewbieAs a consumer new to podcasts, I really enjoy the dynamic between the two hosts and their uncanny ability to ask the questions that are running through my mind as I listen! I just ordered the pepperoni from the plant based meat company discussed on the episode I just finished during my walk as the ingredients were just as promised and I just inherently trust these two ladies not to steer me wrong (no pun intended!). I highly recommend this podcast for anyone considering making the switch to WFBP eating!
-
NlcoarInspiration Central ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I just listened to the 1/19/22 podcast featuring Dave W and wow was that a great interview. Dave covered how to tackle many of the challenges (ahem, excuses) we face from day-to-day when attempting to eat better. Great tips in this episode!
-
