Get rid of ML and rename the show. Marc and Shawn would be better without the wet blanket.

Completely biased, subjective, and lacks any sense of objectivity.

Train wreck that is well produced. The busting balls is annoying. Elrick has a huge ego. Marc and Sean are great. Got to keep close to the script of hard hitting behind the scene stories. The love affair with crap music is maddening. Fast forward is a great invention.

I've been listening since day one, and enjoyed the show a lot. But lately ML has become a brittle spirit, and I'm getting close to being done. Enough of the screaming at each other! If you can dish it out, you need to be able to take it. But instead ,everything Sean says is a personal affront. Lighten up, or the Red Shovel Network is going to have one less listener to this show.

I liked this show a lot more when ML was a journalist and not a candidate. Listening a bit less this year.

Marc’s intro’s are incredible. The banter between them all is hilarious. 6 stars, if possible.

Around the 17 minute mark, you guys are talking about the Rock and whether he should run for president. It’s mentioned he doesn’t know politics or something like that. Shawn shockingly had to make a Trump comment. Get over it Shawn. But Trump, but Trump, I’m 5/8ths for Donald Trump. Blah blah blah. Please dump this guy. I can’t stand Trump either but holy crap, he’s on your mind constantly and he’s not even a thing anymore.

You are all amazing and I hope to one day see your experiences in the Kilpatrick era truly documented for all of us.

Ben was awesome. This podcast is at its best when they go into the recent history of Detroit. ML gets a bit long winded at times but I’m getting used to it. Love the local angle on all things, music, journalism, supporting local et al. Keep up the great work. Love how Shawn tries tries to reign in ML. Marc was awesome with Ben. Safe travels Matt.

Great show, finally a good intro

Love the D&M podcast, tried the latest episode and someone’s phone notification was going off every few minutes. Super annoying.

I listen to all the shows on The Red Shovel network, except the sportball one. I obviously find Marc easy to listen to. I really think he fits best on this show. Mr. Windsor is a great journalist, and I enjoy his input on all topics discussed. GREAT SHOW! Keep up the great work guys! Oh, and M.L. says a whole bunch of stuff too ;-)

ML is such a beta male that it’s almost hard to tell if he’s putting on an act. If you want information and entertainment, download the No BS News Hour. Charlie LeDuff is head and shoulders better than this guy.

I enjoy the show and often feel Mark and ML consider multiple points of view of topics. I appreciate their willingness to look at different sides and their ability to share different perspectives. Sean however comes off so arrogant and extremely opinionated, and leans in appears to lean in one political direction. After the conversation about school on July 15, I was so bothered by Sean’s opinion. I question if he understands what kids need to learn and if he even values children getting an education.

ML love listening. The July 8th cast was great. I wonder why cases of Covid are reported breathlessly by the press but no follow up on hospitalizations or deaths by the media? If these cases are reported so what was the fall out? If you want to wear a mask great. If you don’t fine. We are adults. You are or seem to be a libertarian. When did the governors get the right to determine what we have to wear? The bill of rights and the constitutional amendments are not confined to non pandemic times. Our governor does not explain why she sees our rights in the lens of a hierarchy as which are are more “import” they are rights as shown through history and the constitution. I wish the press would push back on the statements with no retort by them as to why ? Would love for you to develope a TMZ like show for politicians. Show why the fly all ove and why. When we are told to stay home like good little boys and girls. Meet them at the airport or on the beach and ask how, why etc. love the pod cast

Entertaining and informative. ML delivers light hearted commentary to serious local issues. With the help of Marc, Shawn and the soft history guy it’s a well rounded show.

The show would be good if ML wasn’t such a left-winger. If you want to hear CNN talking points, this is the show for you. Sad because ML seemed to be a good reporter.

i often look forward to listening based on the announced subject or guest, however, i am often left thinking that the show’s multiple hosts talk over the guest’s talking point.

Show is pretty good but I cannot stand arrogant Shawn Windsor. For example, him saying "thug" only applies to a certain race and should be removed from language was super obnoxious and moronic. Go find a safe space bro. Not sure why hes on there he provides nothing but negative stars. Sorry not sorry.

Funny, insightful and serious...most of the time. Red Shovel has the two best journalists in Detroit now. ML takes his craft seriously and I love hearing his stories and opinions.

Pretty easy to understand...guy is a Pull-it-sir Award winning journalist. He does his homework and has great guests.
