This used to be my favorite and I still appreciate the conversations with Dan Byrd. However, the multi day posts with click bait titles in ALL CAPS is exhausting and usually content is disappointing on these. Bummer

Tried this podcast for several weeks but it’s not good. It’s milk-toast fear mongering with little to no unique substance. The host also spends a ton of each podcast begging people to buy his program.

This is a must listen for anyone serious about long term real estate investing and not being a boomer doomer

Normalizing an election denier and insurrectionist as a presidential candidate because of perceived economic benefits is, in my opinion, irresponsible, even without explicit endorsement from the podcaster. Unfollow after 3 years of daily listening

I’ve been watching Michael for about a year on YouTube and recently read his book and figured I might as well add the podcast feed. Is last episode really got me fired up. I’m a single parent who’s taking the steps. 1 of 4 properties under my belt and planning for 2 of 4. Thanks Michael for the daily inspiration. 👊🏾

Generally, I think there are interesting concepts being talked about but between the poor audio as well as the disorganized discussion, it's very hard to enjoy any of it. It feels like this show has no idea what it's doing - stocks one day and then a property case study another day. Hope the host sees this comment!

I own 18 buy n hold properties and listen to every episode on this podcast on my runs. By far the best RE podcast (and I listen to a lot! Lol) and very informative of not only what’s going on with the RE market, but the economy as a whole which ultimately affects real estate.

The show is great. Has become my favorite real estate Podcast, but it’s got problems that I don’t know how to fix, or even it it is possible to fix. Often a show that I have already listened too comes back up as new? The timing is crazy today is Sunday April 9, 2023 and I’ve been listening to the shows that’s been posted on April 7th and 8 th. After two newer shows two pops up in the rotation from March 26th talking about First Republic Bank? It is not like this is a one off, it happens pretty regularly. Love the show just wish things went in order. It would be less confusion.

This guy is so sensational. Constantly over rotates an opinion based on the current events of the day. One day he’s screaming recession is over. The next he’s saying it’s Armageddon. Make up your mind or at the minimum just say, “I don’t know”. Or maybe put a warning sign up on your podcast with the words, “I am desperate for downloads and viewership! My headlines are saying Click me please!!!” Enough.

I think he provides good information but I’m not sure because I can’t really hear what he’s saying. Dude has to be using a Compaq mic from the late 90s.

Great show, but the audio is horrible. Sounds like the microphone is 10 ft away and he’s shouting at it.

Love the content, and how often it’s put out. BUT the talking volume is half the volume of the intro. So I turn it up super loud, and as soon as the next episode plays it nearly rips my head off. Won’t subscribe because of this. Easily fixable by the creator but he’s too lazy.

This is for the host mainly. Moving forward in your minutes, have your guest turn off his/her notifications before! That would make the show more appealing. Go give the episode a listen and see how loud and distracting it is 📣💥

Thanks for putting this on podcast Michael! He puts the experience and knowledge of himself and many of his associates out there for all of us to learn from. There is lots of immediately usable information for a wide swath of real estate investors

Michael and the people he surrounds himself with have so much Info! Get ahead of the pack with his daily financial reports and by learning to read your market!

Straight and to the point! Engaging , great content, and actionable information! A must listen!

Michael breaks it down without sugarcoating. What he has done/doing is real and I hope his message gets through to our younger generation, so they have life even better than their parents.

I really appreciate the in-depth conversations about the economy and real estate market. It’s a great way for me to keep up with the latest news and try to figure out the direction the real estate market is going.

Michael puts out great, easy to digest content every day. His perspective drills down to the importance of having the correct perspective when investing in real estate.
