Ramon_fr_TXCan’t stand the spoiled teenager voicesI swear I tried. I started three different episodes but their voices turn me off. The episode titles sound very interesting though. But I just couldn’t stand the spoiled teenager voices. So annoying 😖

Super abc123New ChallengesNew information that people don’t think about .. they show you medication isn’t always the answer. Makes you more aware and have more questions about what is the cause of what is happening.. You see the symptoms but what is the root cause . it is great to always thinking out side the box of medications if possible. just makes you aware of what could be going on .. trust your body and not all the doctors.. they are always keeping you up to date on the system.
-

KristinaSchaffThe absolute best practitioners! This podcast changed my life! I left a review over a year ago but had to come back and edit it. I loved the podcast when I started it and I love it even more now! It’s educational, no ads, it’s easy to follow and understand what they’re talking about without having knowledge in it. I love when they talk about their kids and husbands too, it’s so entertaining! If you’re ever listening and thinking to yourself “wow, I have a lot of those symptoms”… reach out to them! Liz just helped me through a 6+ month healing journey and I feel better than I ever have!! Thank you Liz and Becca!
-

But Liz and Becca are always research based and as they grow, they share new info they learn and in turn, help us all grow and learn. Every episode is different and helpful with the fun addition of their friendly banter. It’s a great mix of learning and fun. Highly recommend!

JenZaldivarSo beneficialI came across “the hormone queen” on Instagram a few weeks back. To be honest, not even sure how, but I am so thankful I did. It’s been a true wealth of information for me to soak in and I’ve already tried implementing small changes that I can as I learn. I would love to do more, but at this time I financially cannot, and yet their podcast and their instagrams are so helpful, and they respond to questions very quickly. I can’t wait for the podcasts each week as I continue to understand and learn ways to heal my body from the inside out. Thanks Queens for keeping it real and helping us live our lives within the moment the best each of us can.
-
DhhmammaThe real deal!Becca and Liz have gotten me through so much! They have taught me how to survive through the darkest of times while simultaneously teaching me more about my ever-changing body than I knew possible. The time when I just wanted to give up, they helped put me through a gut protocol that addressed the damage of so much stress that I thought exercise would fix. Not only have I maintained a 50 pound weight loss the last three years I am prepping my body in the best way possible so that I can continue that journey of being the healthiest woman I can be! my weight loss journey is not over, but in order to reach my full potential, I had to learn to stop and heal myself inside before I can get to the outside, Thank you 💕
