jkotsch33Best Feeding AdviceI was (and still am) overwhelmed with it comes to feeding my first baby solids. I’m glad I stumbled upon this podcast and Edwina gives such easy, clear and non-judgmental advice. I feel better already about starting solids with my son. Highly recommend season 3 ep. 69 if you feel overwhelmed like I do.

Katie aka KatiedidSo happy I found you!Thank you so much! My weekly win today, my 2.5 year old saw me making tuna with artichoke hearts and kept saying I don’t want that. So I said, “OK, you don't need to, its just for mommy and daddy. You can just have tuna.” He later ate half of my sandwich after asking to have 1 bite. He would have eaten my whole sandwich if I wasn’t quick enough to eat it myself! I wish I found you sooner but definitely so happy I found you so I can be more confident with my next little one, 13 weeks along today!!!

AyalaY770Thank you for your informative, clear & helpful courses!Ty for these podcasts which are so helpful!! On another note, I bought the $70 dollar course on your website which was so incredibly clear and informative! It really helped soothe my anxieties about my daughters “picky” nature when I really how normal her behavior was! Since starting the course (and I haven’t even finished yet,) we’ve incorporated at least five new foods into her diet and that’s besides her general willingness to try new foods even if she doesn’t end up liking their texture or taste! Thanks for your clear modules, videos, and attached take away worksheet! The course was worth every cent!

Megan WallenSuch a great resource! This podcast has been great as my daughter progresses on her solids journey! I’m able to find an episode to help for just about any new issue that comes up. Especially loved the episode about smash cakes! I also love how short and sweet the episodes are - perfect since I don’t have a lot of time to listen. Megan @mathwithmeaning

ama.gorFood stuffing help! The episode about food stuffing has been super helpful on understanding why our 13 month old shovels food in her mouth like it’s going out of style! Understanding the why will help me figure out how to help her, and I’m looking forward to future episodes to help us out on our food journey!
-
melz1995Amazing podcastLove all the valuable guidance I get from listening to this podcast. One topic I would love a podcast on is how to approach snacks our toddlers are given at daycare three times throughout the day that are hyper palatable/more processed foods and get in the way of hunger for more well rounded foods at meal times.
-
Sarah GloyneAmazing resourceThis podcast is such an amazing resource for feeding my littles (6 months and 2 years)! While starting solids with my oldest, when he was 6 months, I was excited and creative! Now that he is a toddler, starting our feeding journey over with our new little 6 month old, I felt overwhelmed! This podcast has reinvigorated my excitement for introducing her to all the amazing foods out there!!

sravantigGreat beginning for first time momThere is so much information online and it was quiet overwhelming for me to focus and grasp where to start that's when I came across Edwena. Whew! what a relief, thanks to her my son is now a strong solid eater. Can't recommend anyone else. @thinkdffrnt

NCheevNow my 3yo eats broccoli! My 3yo eats broccoli (and claims he loves it!) and all I did was listen to this podcast. I started listening to Edwina’s podcast about a year ago and I’ve learned SO MUCH about the division of responsibility at mealtime, ways to lay off the meal-time pressure, and how to offer toddlers new foods. My 3yo is eating broccoli willingly, and even asking for it, and my 22mo is popping edamame like it’s candy. Edwina gives great, easy-to-implement tips while helping parents understand how to create and maintain a healthy relationship between their children and food, and really between parent and child too!!! She explains the current research and science in short, easy-to-understand, logic-based episodes. So thankful I’ve found great support in raising my children to listen to their hunger and fullness cues and have a healthy relationship with all foods and a willingness to try new things. Thanks, Edwina! @konaroni_thedog
