    This podcast has no direction
Sorry. Kyle seems like an intelligent guy, but this podcast has no direction. I’ve made it to season two and there’s still no point to this show. I feel like he just wanted to make a podcast and hear himself speak. I also didn’t like how he lied to John to get an interview by disguising it as a way to talk about his grandfather, but then he snuck in a question about Roswell to the poor guy. Real or not, this isn’t worth your time. It’s not really about the Roswell incident.

    Terrible acting.
You can clearly tell this is scripted and fake. Waste of time.

First off thanks to Kyle for doing this show and I only hope it answers some of the questions we have. Great work.

    Clifford Irving meets Roswell
Interesting and you will want to listen to the entire season. Worth your time to listen. He has the bait and hook right. Super noncommittal. Will open your mind in a way you may not expect and may make you mad because it feels like trickery. Good length per episode. The host states time and time again how he is trying to find out more about his family history, not so much. Then there’s the crash “incident” story. Lots of levels to explore in the story telling. Great moral application suitable for the US’s current state of marginalized people and misunderstood and devalued perspectives and experiences. Leveraging the Roswell event to tell a moral tale and recognize empathy, clever, but annoying at times. I don’t need a bible lesson. *Referred to people as “hillbillies” and called people weirdos- contradictory to his other moral compass statements earlier in the podcast. Not answering the question of true or not was frustrating but I get why and kept me listening. The purposeful flim-flam is information gate keeping. Stating he’s not a journalist and not this and not that when he clearly is, also frustrating. It’s a catchy story, would have preferred he just said so instead of forcing me to hear the moral story. Recommend listening for sure! Be prepared for a pretentious storyteller.

    Insightful and wildly interesting
We started listening as we were driving through Roswell and couldn’t stop listening. It’s a beautiful look at a small town, what it means to be misunderstood, and an exploration of truth - all through the interesting and compelling frame of the UFO incident

Quality audio and sub par fiction IMHO
I was hooked at first but ended up seriously disappointed. I mean the guy is given, what he makes seem like, a piece of the crashed roswell UFO in like episode 5 or so and doesn’t mention it again until the end of the season. And even then only mentions It in one sentence??????? Seems totally BS to me. If someone gave you what they claim is a piece of a crashed UFO, don’t you think that would be the focus of at least the next episode? Nope, no discussion at all about it. Apparently he didn’t care. That makes me highly suspicious to the credibility of the creator claiming this to be a true account of his meeting with “John”. Two stars only because the audio quality is good for what he claims this to be

    Delightful Discovery
I literally stumbled onto CIR last evening as I was sitting out under the dark Arizona sky. Binged all 3 episodes in one sitting. Can’t wait for episode #4 to see what John has decided to tell Kyle.

    As interesting as it sounds!
A podcast that kept me interested from the first second! It’s left me hanging waiting for the next episode. It makes me want to run to Roswell and go to this little jewelry store and buy something, just to be part of it all. I had already fallen in love with Roswell , and now it makes me feel part of this little mysterious town all over again. Great story teller of a great story!

    Worth the journey
From the moment I clicked on Crashed in Roswell, I was drawn in. The description of the story already had me excited to hear the first podcast. Being a transplant to Roswell, all I knew of the city was that of the crash. I’m so excited to see how this unfolds.

    Interesting introduction.
Having moved to Roswell in 1999, except for 3 years living else where. I moved back in 2013 to retire. I have always been interested in the history, stories and pictures of the Crash of 1947 and The city of Roswell. I look forward to following the episodes of Kelly Bullock and his story about the crash of 1947 and the city of Roswell.
