Great chat up, Chelsea, about 701. It feels like so long ago that it premiered, so my task today or tonight will be to rewatch 701. You made me remember how phenomenal Sam and Mark were in their performances. I feel like the show is showing more of book Jamie, red and fierce. The scene between these two men about a eulogy was top notch.

Have been really enjoying this fun and thoughtful podcast. Chelsea’s analysis of each episode is intelligent and insightful. Every time I listen to her podcast I want to immediately rewatch the episode she is reviewing and notice all the things she has mentioned. I also really appreciate how well balanced her analysis is with both the praise and the critique always being thoughtful and respectful. She is definitely one of my favorite Outlander podcasters.

I started watching Outlander for the first time last month and immediately became over the top obsessed. That week I went out and bought the books and am currently making my way through the second one. I also ordered the official outlander puzzle, cause why not combine my love of puzzles and Outlander? I’ve been listening to the soundtrack nonstop while studying and this podcast only serves to fuel my complete and total obsession. I love the way Chelsea breaks down each episode and I learn so much and gain so much insight. Also, I am going to Scotland this summer and am OVER THE MOON EXCITED!!! Also, I am not married or in a relationship but am fully planning on naming my future son James Alexander Malcolm Mackenzie Fraser and no, my husband will not get a say in the matter.

I just started listening a few months ago (after my third watching of the whole series) and am almost done with every episode. The podcast is engaging, thoughtful and offers new perspectives of each Outlander episode. next step is reading the books and I will need to watch and listen all over again.

I first discovered Outlander in March of 2020, right at the beginning of the new life as we know it. Since then, I’ve watched the series multiple times through, while working through the books. After watching the 5 seasons a few times, I began listening to as many Outlander podcasts as I could find. Yes. I am an Obsassenach! Sassenach Files is one of my top favorites (even more than the OL official podcast). Chelsea and Rebecca are relatable, witty, and fun to listen to. Chelsea has been podcasting alone more lately and I’ve found she’s incredibly insightful. Love that she works hard to keep us all in the loop. I’m all caught up now and eagerly await each new episode. Thanks for putting so much time into this content. I’m hooked and counting days till Bees release and Season 6 with you!

Info and the banter of the hosts. Just found this looking for a new podcast to get me through this long Droughtlander. (Sigh) The two hosts are funny, have good information, and loads of pop culture references. There’s not a lot of “In the Boookkkss” moments and NO Book Elitism. Would definitely recommend to show-watching Sassenachs everywhere.
