Tampa4356Busy finally said itIt’s so awkward how much she hates doing this podcast. C always laughs awkwardly at B’s jabs regarding it, or B’s attitude in general. Maybe hang it up if it’s too tough to do.
-
momzergoThe best!Thank you! Love listening to this every week - Busy and Caissie are the best and I have been listening to their pod since it started in 2020.
-
enter a nickname cancle okLove thisI tend to forget that I am not friends with Busy and Casey IRL. They are relatable, intelligent and fun! I look forward to the pod each week! I have learned so much about activism and empowerment and really, Thrive Causemetics liquid lash extensions is the best!!

Becks39Real? Really. These women may be “real” about their lives, but for Pete’s sake they are so wildly out of touch. $17/week for a coffee membership, helix mattresses, eating someone else’s berry delivery, “My life is awful because I’m wasting a whole afternoon getting my phone fixed?!”, “I had to walk home without listening to music!”!!! Not to mention the never ending name dropping. Nothing about these people is relatable to the majority of Americans.

Aida Dalia 1Love love loveI listen to a lot of podcasts, and this one feels the most genuine. Also, I wanted to mention that I was able to watch “Busy This Week” just by going to the QVC+ website and streaming it on my phone.
-
Kristyn1034One of my fav’s!Love listening to both of these ladies! They always have something funny to talk about and have great guests! Also love hearing Busy’s random 90’s tea she spills every once in while!
-
MarvinspaceObsessedThis show always makes me laugh and contains multitudes!
-
PppatlI listen for ALL the reasonsIt’s sometimes sad, sometimes weird, sometimes serious, sometimes boring, often smart, always real and most of the time funny. Busy and Cassie are us and that’s why we come back. All the reasons
-
DuchessofFerdinandLove this podcast!I love Busy and Caissie together so much! This podcast is the highlight of my week!
-
ms. boyskiThank you, Busy & Caissie. The discussion about the Democrats failure and the dilemma of Biden was really helpful for me. I’ve been unable to think, frozen with fear and anger. You unstuck me. Thank you. I love how brave you are in sharing your selves. ❌⭕️

Mepe03It used to be funI’ve listened since the beginning and used to really enjoy the dynamic of these two women. They had fun stories and it was cool to hear about their lives. I don’t know if they’ve become unbearable or I’ve grown intolerant but I just can’t listen anymore. First there’s the constant name dropping- mostly from Caissie. Then there’s the half stories - they want to to tell this story but just can’t disclose all of it cause Hollywood… blah blah blah. Then don’t tell the story!! Of course Busy is either crying or eating. And Caissee is filling time by being a crazy know it all - she’s an amateur scientist after all! But she really does fancy herself to be an expert on pretty much everything! I tried to go back and give it another chance this week and it was unbelievably unbearable. They’ve gone full mean girl! Casey with another half story where the punchline is she’s not going to accept apologies from randos on social media… AND do not ask those ladies for recommendations when visiting their city because they don’t know you, they don’t like you and you should just eff off. Oh, and did you know Busy’s bestie is Michelle Williams!!? And Castiey worked for Letterman?! Well, now you know and you will be reminded every week.
-
OmgclnLook forward to new episodes every weekLove this podcast! Busy and Caissie are an incredible pair and I love keeping up with them and their big feelings.

nicolesummerDisappointedI am a regular listener and really enjoy your podcast. You make me laugh and you make me cry however, I’m disappointed in the podcast entitled Inked. You were talking about what’s happening with Israel and Gaza and no one wants war. But you failed to mention about freeing the hostages. Why is it that no one who is speaking out about this says anything about the hostages. And what was happening at Columbia is not protesting. They were Jewish students literally afraid to be on campus because what was happening. Maybe was the agitators who were breaking windows and taking over buildings, and not the people with good intentions. Just disappointed that there was not one mention about freeing the hostages.

Jews everywhereRead a bookDo you really need to amplify anti semitic voices? Do better. Read a book.

Missyinbrooklyn😵💫The tirade against those who have expressed their anger and frustration over the silence of those with platforms about what’s happening in Gaza and Palestine was gross. Rather than express anger and frustration at the US government that has sent billions in weapons to a government that is using them to erase an entire population under the guise of fighting terrorism, you express your disdain for those who are calling out the bizarre self-centered celebrity or celebrity adjacent class. I still didn’t hear a call for a ceasefire, an end to violence or an end to the occupation. I have heard you say the typical “it’s complicated.” maybe the call out should be on those who have allowed this massacre to continue rather than those who are desperate to get people to use their platforms and join in a vocal and continuous call for a permanent ceasefire and an end to the occupation.
-
SRRpodLove you bothThank you for the storytelling and the fresh perspectives!
-
paigerdWe 🫶🏼 CaissieI really enjoy this podcast. But I dare Busy to ask Caissie ONE question or to not constantly divert every.single.conversation back to herself. I understand the podcast is called “Busy Phillips is Doing Her Best”— but she has a co-host. And it doesn’t seem there is a lot of air left in the room for that co-host, or any other guest.
-
Yukan1224Gives me all the good feels!!Absolutely love the podcast and listening each week!! I always learn something new from Busy and Caissie!! I feel like I’m with two good friends and I wish I could give them both a big hug!!
-
micklef1213THE best! Always!thank god!!!!!! Have made it through lousy Christmas (is it new years yet??;) & get to hang with my pod pals for a couple hours… thank you both for squeezing in one last ep for 2023, during this strange purgatory/‘holiday’ week, for those of us who also find ourselves on a real….*journey* lol. Looking back on these last years listening each week.. I'm so so grateful that your best and all that’s shared has included the perfect words/feelings/jokes for me, time & time again <3
-
RickiDeeYouKnowMeValipUsed to love but honestly it’s just depressing to her this woman cry all the time. I get it, she’s been through it, but her help.
-
Thee FishsticksVoyeuristicIt’s like unintentionally eves dropping on a very loud adjacent booth at a restaurant. You hear things that are honest, embarrassing, funny.
-
Betton-whoEating while recording!?First time listener… shocked to hear HEAR Busy loudly unwrapping, and eating a burger and fries while recording! Leaving her co-host to ramble on buying time while Busy is just… eating!? It’s so rude. A type of disrespect to the audience I’ve actually never experienced in other podcasts. Will not be listening again.
-
ER_M995/5feels like a convo with friends!!
-
SS2286Great listenI love this podcast. I listen weekly and have never been disappointed. Here for the many laughs, the many cries, and everything in between. The discourse is always thought provoking. There’s usually very interesting guests too.
-
sfmakerFrom 5 stars to 1The ONLY reason I’ve continued listening to this podcast was for Caissie (she is a wealth of wisdom, humor and joy), but Busy and her crying / self-focus/ and failure to see anything outside her short-sighted world view (as I write this, over 9000 humans have died in Gaza, but she’s over here suggesting that those lives do not matter) is too much. I’m done.
-
WindmillssssNot for me anymoreI have listened to this podcast from the beginning. I have hung in there bc I really like Caisse. But I can no longer listen to Busy's complete narcissistic diatribes. She makes everything about herself. Or her child Birdie. Her activitism is performative. She only cares about social issues that directly affect her. Otherwise she is uninformed or unbothered.
-
AnnieC2017❤️Thank you for being raw and real. ❤️
-
ChanmastAlong for the rideJust finished the book so checking in to see what’s new
-
paperdaisyjaneThanks for doing your thingHi Busy! I don’t have time to listen to your podcast bc I have 3 kids and I’m subvalued as a woman and a mother. But I’ve been having a hard time and every time I cry in public I think of you and it makes me feel more ok. So thanks for crying and for being a fiercely loving mom for me to admire. Thanks for making this amazing podcast, I promise I’ll go back and listen later. Big hugs!
-
kdm91212Great!3.5 stars, I really enjoy it. I like their takes on pop culture/politics. Those are the most fun since they always come in with unique perspectives.
-
jjjkkktttIt’s just so…I loved this pod at first. Shantira - we miss you! Caisie- you’re a gem. Busy - I can only assume you don’t read reviews or…you’re just so self absorbed that you don’t care.
-
Fam in JapanI adore these twoI have been a fan of this pod since it started. It is my favorite time of the week when I put on an episode and hang out with these two amazing women. I really loved the advice episode! Keep that idea in the rotation. I hope that you are both working on other projects!!!
-
kateeeeebbbbbbberVery hit or missI have listened to this podcast since the beginning and find it very hit or miss. Caissie is a great podcast host. She is insightful and thoughtful and funny. Busy is… less so. Most episodes are great, but sometimes Busy comes off as so out of touch and self centered I need to turn it off. I suppose naming a podcast after oneself even though it’s fully co-hosted by another person is not really the sign of a person who instinctively thinks of others. Caissie is the real star of the show, and gets me to come back and listen each week.
-
AmandaBordyThe BESTI have loved Busy since Dawson’s Creek and always followed her work. I was devastated when Bush Tonight was canceled. But honestly, if canceling it have me this pod, I’m ok with it! I have never been one turned off by the 3 hours episodes. It gives me days of content to listen to in the AM getting ready for work. Which is great because Busy and Cassie really feel like my IRL friends. I can’t recommend this podcast enough. From the cry sessions, Hollywood breaks, “you guys lean in close” moments. I love it all!!
-
joshuabb4Feels like a hug!At this point, Busy and Cassie feel like my friends. I’ve loved Busy since her Dawson’s Creek days and I find myself gravitating towards this podcast for the hilarious stories, sharing of heartfelt and sometimes difficult feelings, and seeing the genuine connection between these women.
-
Plmorrow007Thought Provoking ConversationThis podcast is great! It has the perfect amount of gossip, deep conversations, and girl time you’ll need all week. Awesome show! They keep it real and I love their catchphrases. Cool cool.
-
krutleNope, Nope and nopeNope how many times can she say like ? Yep toooo many
-
nicodependentNo NotesLove Caissie and Busy in the most deeply authentic way a one-sided parasocial relationship will allow. They are so fully themselves, vulnerable, relatable, and funny lil cutie pies to boot. Lots of grit and grace here. This podcast is a good hang.
-
RoccoRigatoniA nice companion pod but please stop eatingIt’s nice to sit in on this special female relationship, although an editor would boost it into the stratosphere. But pretty sure we all have adult adhd so it works for us! Busy. You’re amazing. Please. I beg you to stop eating while talking. Please. I have to turn it off because of said adhd and misophonia and I want to keep listening but it literally makes me want to scrub my ear canal. With all due respect, it only takes 5 mins to eat a meal and the podcast is 3hrs when most are under 1hr, so there’s time to stop and eat. Love ya. Mean it.
-
Just a she/her doing her bestFavorite Podcast! This is my most favorite podcast to listen and feel like I am having our with friends and part of an honest conversation, friendship, life talk! It got everything from the funny random stuff which I absolutely love that makes it feel real, to the serious concerns of the world. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-
Rkennedy137Hanging Out With my BestiesThis podcast is the highlight of my week. The roller coast of emotions I go through every episode gets me through my work week. I love the “inside baseball” comments and special guest and even the ads they do are fun/funny and always genuine. I love that they’re long and help me get through my midweek drag. Keep up the great work!!
-
EmilyMontionLove listening to you Busy and Caissie!I love this pod and these ladies! Busy is unfiltered and Caissie is so thoughtful. Both are courageous about speaking their minds. I feel like I’m getting some friend talk every week with this pod, and I’m always thrilled when there is a new episode. Can Shantira guest host?? Much love from a big law trial lawyer and mom of two little ones.
-
stephaniesezzI like the pod but...I don’t mind the 3hr long pods since I listen to them while I work or do chores. I really do like Busy but my biggest problem with the show is her not letting others finish their sentences and her constant need for one-up-manship. This woman is on the pod, literally talking about her battle with breast cancer and Busy interrupts her to say “oh yeah, but have you ever....?” and talks about moving for the hundredth time. I know it was hard on you but come on, Busy! Caissie is a gem and I love how she adds in her stories but always knows when to bring everything back to the person that they are actually trying to interview.
-
DaniYogaTTHey, Man. Where’s Michelle?Originally this pod was about Pandemic and LA and Freaks and Geeks Was Awesome Now I’m just waiting for Michelle Williams to talk about Fabelmans because it’s so good. No shade to G5Eva. Just “Have you any idea how much I love you?!?!
-
MukmomjessUnsent positive reviewI was about to send a positive review from this week’s pod because I loved the gratitude cards Busy pulled. This should be a weekly thing!! But then I realized I wrote a review way back in 2020 during the pandemic and for some reason …I blame the kids and pandemic obvs… I never sent it! Anyways, here’s the unsent review…. “Just discovered this pod but love listening to smart, proactive women reflect on the week’s events and state of being. Really enjoyed all of the interviews so far and so appreciate the good chuckle each one brings me while working through the daily to-dos as a stay at home mom just trying to stay sane while facilitating at home preschool for my 4yr old and supervising virtual kindergarten for my 6yr old. Thank you!!”
-
MayadelaluzLUVVVVLove these two always a good listen
-
theedup reviewLoveLove the live shows. ❤️
-
Scormier44Not for non moms I guessThey really had me…til they started bashing women without children. Oof. I can’t have human children, yet I know I’d be a good mom. Apparently I’m not allowed to think that. Or refer to my pets as my kids even tho they’re the only ones I can ever have. Really sad to be missing this one going forward but maybe I can find 3 hours in my day for something that doesn’t make me feel like crap about infertility
-
marianne m mooreWhere is the Southern Portion of this Tour?!?I ADORE THIS SHOW, and I have been a fan of Busy since I first spotted her on Front St. in my hometown creating memories with her bestie M, drinking PCJ, brunch at Deluxe where I am sure she met the infamous CB as he slung their cocktails into every late night in the Port City that ended up at the blue house on fifth st. Because “ain’t no party like a fifth street party cuz a fifth street party don’t stop!” I tots feel like we could be friends IRL, but in all seriousness… you are such a talented, brilliant, hilarious, gem! You had THE BEST LATE NIGHT SHOW EVER!!! This is great, but I do wish you filmed these and put them up on YouTube… granted that’s a major step down for you both. Hope M wins the O!!! And I so wish you were Coming further south!! 💛✨🙏

art2020🗽🗽🗽🗽🗽Stop eating and talkingReposting this review because when i tried to give this podcast another chance, it starts with chewing? Not cute to eat and talk. It’s gross. It’s disrespectful. Not worth trying again -and yet I tried, and what happens? Disgusting eating sounds.
