    More like Astrology Gays Club
This is not a show where you’ll find thoughtful discussion. Had to finally unsubscribe after a recent episode, where the hosts set out to determine whether a movie was part of the queer canon, but spent most of the time vapidly screeching about the zodiac signs of fictional characters. I even came back once to hear their take on another movie, and they couldn’t stop speculating on the star sign of a character in a film. That is not criticism.

This is condescending, and pretentiious. Superficial no-talents talkin' about what they wanted to see instead of what they saw. Way corny. these are not my people....

Love the hosts. Love the vibe.
Newly discovered this pod for the PEARL review. I love your chemistry, and the unapologetically queer vibe! Excited to continue to listen. Sincerely, Zacary Landolt (Co-host of the podcast “Two Gays Watch”)

    Hi I like it!!
Hi I like the show, my one comment that I think could make it better would be if the hosts introduced themselves at the beginning of the episode. My first ep was Cinderella and so I dont have the background of who you are! But still enjoyed it!

    Just Chill Sis
A decent show that covers a fairly wide range of LGBT films, although more international films are encouraged. But I have to say, Daniel is beyond annoying, and makes most episodes unlistenable. I guess, I would chalk it up to age and immaturity, but I can’t be much older than him. People come in all shapes and sizes, and their differences should be celebrated. But he is not for me.

Good road trip reviews—horror genre lacking
I started with the road trip reviews thru the queer lense and was so entertained and given food for thought. TransAmerica, My Own Private Idaho—-fantastic ! The horror reviews, specifically The Hunger, a film produced in 1982 (prior to widespread understanding and commentary of the burgeoning AIDS epidemic) is out of step and too irreverent. Catherine Denueve, a globally famous French actress for 50 years...not hard to get the name correct at least once dear hosts. This is not an “AIDS” film and when reviewing, a certain host should have been more careful with his glib assessment that becoming a vampire is synonymous with contracting AIDS, in this particular film. Gen Z is not the last word on cinema critique and some of the more seasoned hosts should be holding him to task more at times.

    Another hit
If you’re familiar with Atlanta’s LGBTQ+ community, you know Wussy Magazine puts out nonstop quality content, from killer comedy shows to amazing drag events. (And if you’re not acquainted with Jon Dean’s photography, you gotta check that out, too!) And now on top of that already glorious portfolio, they’ve added a new hilariously entertaining podcast about movies to the family tree. Wussy Movie Cub is like watching a film with your new best friends.
