The Hunt Suburbia Podcast features stories and strategies for scouting and hunting big bucks in suburban areas. Based in Massachusetts, content will be heavy on Northeastern bowhunting, but will feature guests from all over. Topics will range from bowhunting the suburbs to rifle hunting the big woods, to everything in between. You'll enjoy the podcast whether you are a new hunter looking for tips, or a seasoned veteran just looking for content to feed your whitetail addiction. Weekly episodes are published on Sundays, and bonus episodes featuring fresh kill stories can drop at any time throughout the week!

British hunter with new found passion

As someone who moved over here from the UK and got into hunting, I came across hunt suburbia a month before hunt stock 2024. I bought tickets and brought my son and we had a fantastic day. Since then I’ve been following you guys. I hunt New England and always looking for new ideas and inspirations. Most hunting podcasts tend to focus on high deer populations or midwestern locations. Anyone who lives in New England knows it’s a different kettle of fish so I’m grateful for a New England based podcast.

Great stuff!

We hunt mostly suburban with youth hunters being our focus. There’s so many things we don’t know when it comes to suburban hunting especially with kids in tow lol… I really appreciate the insight into all things suburban hunting. We’re learning with every episode!

It’s a go to podcast for me. The host, Pat, is an excellent interviewer and has great experience himself. The content on here can help you gain that extra tip, entertain you while you’re scouting, or hyping up for deer season. Being a northeast bowhunter, there isn’t anything else I’d rather listen to. 10/10

New Hunter

Podcast is awesome. Every episode I learn a lot , these guys are veterans. Been on about 20 hunts only seen a few deer. When the time comes that I see a deer in shooting range , feel I will be a lot calmer listening to all these shooting stories. Can’t wait to get my first. Great pod. Keep it up

First Podcast

Just figuring out how to do podcasts and this was the first one I started listening to. From the first episode I listened to I was hooked. Ton of useful info to learn from, great stories, and created even more excitement for deer hunting after the season was over. Highly recommend and hope Pat keeps this going.

I’m very happy to have found Hunt Suburbia. After seeing less deer than usual this season, this podcast has been an awesome way to get reenergized for next. The guests have been ultra informative and the talk about “deer camp” makes me want to find a group to go with.

My 7th year bow hunting this season and a Member on the awesome Boston Bow Hunter page where i found out about your podcast. Loved the interview with Jake from the amazing Sea Bucks series, and its awesome to have a mostly unique New England deer hunting podcast. It truly is a diff ball game in new england deer hunting, especially pressured public land which i mostly hunt. Keep up the good work and the useful info and tips👌🏼

Great Podcast for New England Hunters

This is my first Bow season, first episode in and I’m already hooked. For a first year hunter, I’m learning a bunch of things about hunting tactics, tracking and hearing awesome success stories. Pat is extremely knowledgeable and a great host!

Huge help for a new bow hunter in Mass

I just started to get into bow hunting this year, and can’t say enough good things about this podcast. There’s so much info out there on hunting in the Midwest, which is entirely different then hunting in the pressured woods of suburban Massachusetts. If you’re from New England, then this is a must listen.

Local Listener

I was excited to hear of this podcast after seeing a post about it in the popular Facebook Group Boston Bowhunter. The first episode was a great start, and something I looked forward to as someone who has seen all of Kevin’s YouTube videos throughout the years. I look forward to hearing the perspective of other hunters from Massachusetts across all different skill/ability levels in episodes to come. I could go without an intro/exit song in the future, but aside from that very excited for what the show has to bring!

The slippery bow hunting slope

I fit right into the demographic at the end, I’ve target shot with firearms for years and some archery, but with everything happening with Covid, it gave me some time to look into hunting a bit more seriously, something I’ve always been interested in. However, since I don’t come from a hunting family, the thought of learning everything was daunting. It’s been great picking up tips from different forums/groups and I look forward to the future episodes and learning from the more experienced folk in my area. I gravitated towards learning how to bow hunt and boy, is it a rabbit hole!

I enjoyed the first episode, as a older man just getting into hunting (bow hunting specifically). I found it very informative and fun to listen to. It was like friends just telling some cool stories over a few beers.

Excellent!

Patrick is an outstanding host and his approach with Hunt Suburbia both educational and entertaining. The conversation feels like sitting around a campfire or the tailgate of a truck with a couple buddies and talking about a mutual passion for the outdoors. This is very well done!
