I enjoyed this and Ian was really interesting and looking fwd to the book, but when the interviewer was speaking about Paul of the 90’s and said “his uninspiring marriage..” Umm, what now?

Overall loved the podcast, except the Andy Miller episode talking about the Hunter Davies book. That guy is such a tool. I only got thru 1/2 the episode before I couldn’t listen to his nonsense anymore.

Beatles pods are full of blokes chatting crap! Here we have one bloke who lets his guests tell their story!! It’s my favourite Beatles pod. My only complaint it doesn’t come out quickly enough!!

Joe does a fantastic job of assembling interesting guests, and he is a great interviewer. If you love, or even are just interested in, the Beatles, then you should subscribe to this podcast.

Joe is a very talented interviewer whose podcast has opened me up to many Beatles books which I never knew existed. He lets his guests speak without speaking over him or her, but at the same time asks deep, probing questions. Give him a listen!

Fascinating interview! Kudos to Hagan for telling it like it is/was. He sounds like a genuine guy and a treasure of a journalist. Even Paul opened up to him! Joe’s best interview yet IMO

Joe has vast knowledge of the Beatles and asks thought-provoking questions. The discussions he has with his guests are entertaining and informative. Highly recommend!
