    Highly recommend! If you love musical theatre, you must listen! One episode in and I love this! So much more than I expected! I love hearing new, original works, and am amazed by the different artists abilities to come together and create this! Love the talk-backs afterwards, so interesting to hear about the people who made the musical, their background, and their processes.

    Mini Broadway Radio Musicals!!! What a Concept!
    The Getaway is a fun, jazzy short musical. An Uber driver on his first day of work becomes the unwitting Getaway driver for two madcap bank robbers. Great comedy, orchestrations and performances. This is the first of 10 short works, and each one is followed by a conversation with the creators. While live theater is still shut down… let’s go old school radio!!!

    Great for a Theatre-goer in Quarantine!
    If you, like many, are a fan of theatre and you miss going to see a new show, “Bite-Sized Broadway” is perfect! I usually listen to cast recordings or a podcast during exercise or a commute, and they’ve just tied the two together to make a fresh experience for all. It’s especially interesting to get to hear from the writers of the shows, like a talkback, in “Act 2” of the episode. It makes it feel just that much more special. 100/10, would recommend!

    I’ve heard some of this work in a development form at a program at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts (at Lincoln Center) and was really impressed! I can’t wait to hear these shows again and discover new work!

    Love the quality of the musicals - it’s a tiny taste of Broadway. And the whole episode is set up to feel like you’re in a theatre. Something we’ve been missing a lot!

    An amazing broadway experience in the time of no broadway
    This is perfect for me as for the last 7 month (because of the pandemic) I couldn't see any broadway shows. I am glad that I can feel again the spirit of broadway from the comfort of my home. The sound is amazing feels like it was recorded at a studio which probably not true because it is the pandemic. The music is pretty great and new. The first episode have a funny silly story with great music. You should listen to it.
