It feels so good to hear Bita and Beata share about our culture, and what it looks like here in the US. They capture the recipes, food, symbolisms, and stories so well... makes me feel like we must be cousins! Thank you for making this podcast as a glimpse into our culture, and to celebrate it <3

    Inspiration
I never cook. Never. Thanks to this podcast, one of my resolutions for the year is to start with one Persian dish per week. I’m half Persian and love the food so much! Can’t wait. Thanks for the inspiration!

    Great Podcast!!
I love podcasts but I’m a newbie to Persian cooking. I follow Beata’s Instagram and when I heard about this podcast, it really intrigued me and I’m so glad I listened!! Beata and Bita make Persian cooking super approachable and are really entertaining to top it off!! I’ve loved eating Persian cooking but it’a always been intimidating to actually cook, but now I’m inspirered to make several recipes, I think I’ll start with the cookies from the Persian sweets episode for the holidays!! This podcast is the whole package. Along with all the great cooking tips, I’m loving hearing about their experiences and how their journeys have evolved! Thanks Bita and Beata!!

Congratulations to Bita and Beata on their first podcast. I literally had to stop the podcast midstream to eat something just because I started to get so hungry while listening. I look forward to hearing more delicious descriptions of yummy Persian food in future podcasts.
